Today I had the pleasure to meet the new hairdresser and the nail artist.The experience from top to bottom was AWESOME. Even tho I called today for an a same day appointment(which I know it’s not always the best scenario) they took the time to listen and accommodate me. My experience at elite was great, the girls were super kind and nice, the wax and my nails were very good. But I do have to say unfortunately I did not have a nice experience with the hairdresser who cut my hair SUPER short, even tho I asked not to. He was the whole time rushing the nail girl who was doing her best job possible, complaining, I wouldn’t recommend him, but the team in general is amazing and was super sweet and dedicated!
