The best travel agency in town! Me and my family booked for a few days long trip around Albania and the service and people there were absolutely amazing. A really good thing is that their office is right on the center of Tirana and they managed to respond us with everything we needed too! Definitely will come back again, soon!!! 😊

I was in a trip for Formula 1 with Verde Travel in Tirana. I have communicate for about one week with the agents for this trip and they are very helpful for every details. Even that me and my friend contact this agency in different hours of the day, they are available to support me. Thank you, and I choose you again.

Das Auto wurde pünktlich und sauber geliefert, aber mit fast leeren Tank und am Ende kam der große Ärger !!!!! Das Auto wurde uns ohne gemeinsame Begutachtung übergeben... nach 4 Tagen haben wir das Auto zurückgeben ... danach wurde es ohne gemeinsame Begutachtung abgegeben , in die Werkstatt gefahren und wieder vor das Hotel gestellt. Am Ende sollten wir ein Blech am Unterboden zerstört haben ... das Problem musste dann zusammen mit der POLIZEI geregelt werden. Der Ärger hat uns 2 Stunden von unserem Urlaub gekostet 😒 Der Sales Manager kann kein Englisch und wollte auch nicht wirklich mit uns reden. Anmerkung: Die positive Gesamtbewertung kommt daher , weil der Sales Manager sein eigenes Unternehmen bewertet hat und wahrscheinlich einige Familienangehörige. ( sieht man am Nachnamen )

Sehr schlechter Verleih. Es wird nur darauf geachtet abzuzocken. Uns wurde ein Preis von 280 EUR genannt, den wir in Lek haben bezahlen wollte. Die Dame beharrte dabei auf 35.000 lek, dies entsprach eine Summe von 300 € (Stand Aug 22). Beim ansprechen würde die Dame sehr nervös und sprach etwas vom schnellen Wechselkurs etc. Letztendlich bekamen wir einen Wagen mit Motorschaden zu dem Preis. Wie bereits angesprochen hatte der Wagen diverse Mängel wie eine andauernd aufleuchtende Motorkontrollleuchte. Kein Wischwasser und weitere Kleinigkeiten. Des Weiteren war der Vertrag einigermassen dubios und dient dazu am Ende nochmals schöne Euronen im Büro zu lassen. Das Auto muss innen und aussen gewaschen abgegeben werden, also sauberer als zu vor. Wir dachten es sei ein Scherz den Wagen zu waschen bei Abgabe, leider war dies Realität. Man berechnete uns 10 Euro mehr. Ausserdem darf vor dem Büro nicht geparkt werden, welches uns nicht gesagt wurden ist. Auf den folgenden Strafzettel erhielten wir vom Mietwagenveranstalter 40% Strafgebühr zu zahlen. Nun fragen wir uns, wer denn hier abstraft? Der Staat oder das kleine Büro. Zusammenfassend will ich sagen, bitte bucht einfach keinen Mietwagen hier. Es gibt tausend ehrliche Mietwagenverleihe, auch in Albanien, wo gerne mit Touristen gespielt wird! Haltet Abstand von diesem Büro. Dieser Verleih respektiert ihre Kunden nicht und ist nur aufs schnelle Geld hinaus. Man hat das Gefühl es wird nach Fehlern und somit Euros gesucht.

As a matter of fact the Travel Agency must make sure what kind of service it is offering when it comes to the hotel they book for the customers, as for the price it wasn’t expected to be a luxurious hotel but a CLEAN one this was the only request which seems not achieved to be accomplished at all by your agency. The room was extremely small, you couldn’t breath, bed sheets were not clean etc etc etc……. ****Please Do not trust agency recommendations neither on the area where to stay neither nor the hotel to choose book yourself and it will be better**** They recommend you hotels that are on the worst areas because only there they have availability***Never booking again!!!!!!!
