They promised to deliver between 3 and 48 hours but failed to do so. At least they could inform that order is taking longer than usual.

The worst experience ever. First time ordered a printer cartridge that never arrive. Had do stop my work and wait for them to come. Customer service never picks up the phone. Just an automatic registered message that speaks all the time. Great job! Continue this way as you will fail soon

Very rude costumer service! Very bad service in general. The order is never within promised time and sometimes even wrong. And when you tell them it's wrong they make it seem like it's not their problem. If I pay for something and you promise to deliver within allocated time, I expect it by then and exactly what I paid for! I don't know why I bothered with this company!

Failed to deliver in 48 hours as it is promised. It's been nearly a week since I made my order, I have been back and forth with Customer Service on the phone, no signs of regret or any discount on my product since they failed to deliver, she just asked if I wanted to cancel my order, they are willing to lose a customer!

Scam. Ordered an electric toothbrush they told me in 24/48h will be there. Contacted them after 48h told me someone will let me know soon. Another day passed, contacted again and told me: we are contacting the supplier because they sent us a new supply. Ok. Another day passed again and they told me nothing. After 5 days I decided to cancel the order because it was a total scam and waste of time, on top of that all their personnel were lying to us saying its gonna be there today, tomorrow and then 5 days passed like this. Worst experience ever so far in Albania.

It wasn't that bad, some items might be a little overpriced but still you can buy there items that aren't in Albania and the price of them might be 5 dollars more. still great service. not bad.

I just wanted to share that I got an expensive order from them, an espresso machine , they told me by them selves that coffe comes with the machine to try. I also ordered more capsules of coffee. All I got was the espresso machine with no coffee. When i contacted them they said they are sorry and will send them tomorrow. Today I contacted them again, and they said they are waiting for the destributor to bring the coffee. Very unprofessional and very rude.

I've been calling them everyday about my order which was supposed to come in 48 hours. It's been a week and no sign of the order. Worst company.

DO NOT BUY!!! This place is a scam, beware. I went to purchase a phone charger and when I arrived at the counter to pay, the person at the register takes out the charger from the box and hands it to me as I give her the money. THEY KEPT THE BOX!!! I thought that was very weird but what do I care as I am on vacation and got my phone charger. The overpriced charger did not work therefore I went back within a couple of hours to exchange it. THEY DID NOT EXCHANGE IT. The box was still there on the counter where she left it. So after a few back and forth I left the charger on the counter and left. Then it all clicked, I bought someone else’s returned item and they were planning to put another charger in the box and scam another tourist. If you buy from here then you will be disappointed. BUYER BEWARE.

-Bought a Patriot SD card that broke down in less then a month. -Had the necessary documents to get a replacement, and then they pull something like "you need the original package because we might sell this SD card again if deemed fixable by repair service". -Steer clear of them, they sell faulty equipment, and are completely shameless about hiding behind arbitrary rules that make no sense.

I ordered and paid a home appliance for more than EUR 1100 on the Aladini website. A few days later they wrote that they don’t actually have the appliance. Despite many exchanges with their customer service, they did not refund the money - totally incredible. It was only thanks to Paypal Buyer Protection that I could recover the money after more than six weeks. Aladini customer service was of no help. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a retailer anywhere. Absolutely untrustworthy.

I ordered an office desk. The store manager sent me an email saying that the order would be delivered to Vlora in 15-20 days. After 16 days I received a call from the delivery company. The table was delivered the same day.
