If you are looking to see what a great Albania hospitality is, then this is the place. I was greet by the mother of the host. She was really friendly and show me everything around the house. The room was really nice and big. Comfortable beds. When I waked up, I was welcome to the kitchen where the breakfast was prepared. Simple and really delicious breakfast. As I was about to leave, the host rented me an umbrella for the day which I returned it during my second stay. Insteresting fact If you love old soviet style movies for example Mëngjese të reja then you will be in a big suprise

I had such a wonderful stay here. The guest house itself is clean and comfortable, walking distance to the centre of Tirana. I slept very well and had everything I needed. The breakfast was generous and tasty and set me up well for the day. What made Hygge stand out to me was the exceptional hospitality. Otjela and her family made me feel so welcome and did everything to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. My plane was very delayed and they stayed up late to ensure that I got let in safely, something which I won't forget. When I left it felt like saying goodbye to old friends. Thanks so much to this lovely family for welcoming me to Albania!

-Super freundliche Besitzerin und Tochter Wir haben die Unterkunft nicht gleich gefunden und uns wurde super gut geholfen Besitzerin spricht nicht so besonders gut Englisch aber sie gibt sich die größte Mühe und hilft einem wo sie nur kann. Auch ihr Mann ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Das Frühstück ist schmackhaft und auf wünsche wird eingegangen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, dass an der Eingangstür ein Fliegengitter angebracht wird wegen der Moskitos (im Zimmer selbst waren Fliegengitter). Absolute Empfehlung dort zu übernachten :)

Unser Einstand in Albanien und das gleich bei so einer netten Gastgeberin in ihrem zu Hause. Besser hätte Albanien für uns nicht beginnen können! Wer es einfach, aber herzlich und warm mag, wer ein Land von seiner Gastfreundschaft her kennenlernen möchte, ist hier richtig.

I really enjoyed the hospitality. The host even provided a packed breakfast because we were leaving in the morning. Loved the homemade Raki and fresh mandarins from their garden.
