The worst service ever. They told me my order would come in 2 days and it didn’t . Then they lied a week later saying it was coming and they suddenly cancelled my order. Very irresponsible!!

Worst service! I called the costumer service about a product’s availability and they confirmed. I spent almost one hour in the shop and in the end they told me that the product is sold out.

Their store is closed ...they say to open it at 08:00..and now is 08:24 The door is full of dirty which means ia not open for days now.

Bad service. I ordered on Friday and it didn’t come. They wrote my address incorrectly and the product got cancelled. I ordered the product again and was told that it will come on the same day since I live in Tirana but it never came and they are not answering on Instagram or WhatsApp. Irresponsible and Immature service.
