The room was very disappointing. The shower was cold took 2 days to fix. Staff in reception were rude. Hotel looks and feels very dated and unfortunately customer care is not high on their priority. Breakfast is poor and very limited. Coffee machine only delivers luke warm coffee. However if you agree to buy you can have a hot filtered one. There was a situation when a staff member was asking my partner and i to pay for a sunbed. He was loud and it was very embarrassing .Manager complained it was a mix up and he did not understand English. I exained he was arguing with my partner in his native language and it was in fact an issue of training and poor management. This is without doubt the worse hotel i have ever stayed in. My advice is if you are thinking of staying in Durres pay a little more and get a better hotel with a management team who understand about customer care and satisfaction.

Excellent food, and best service in the Durresi area. The staff are helpful, respectful and always with a smile. If you need any advice on anything, the owner, Liri, is absolutely available for all his guests. Extremely Clean , spacious and comfortable rooms complete the decorum of this jewel in the Adriatic Coast. Do not miss the sunsets accompanied with a glass of vine from the veranda. You will definitely go back, as do I every chance I get.

Amazing food, waiters mostly don't speak English, but are really kind and eager to help. Rooms in the old part are ok, but bathrooms are really awful. I'd really recommend to book rooms in the new part of the hotel. On the positive side, hotel is basically on the beach which is great.

Better not 🤐 No changing bed sheets, no toilet paper, no cleansing for five days... A disaster... Asking for a taxi and waiting for more than an hour, I had to quite and in two minutes I pick one on the road... AC in the room was the only good thing. The refrigerator wasn't working. The view was a fantastic back wall of another building. Maybe it was only me, but to me is a experience to avoid. The only good thing is the location and (almost always) the good will of the restaurant employees and the sympathy. I'll thank them for that...

There are much better options then this Hotel the owners are very rude,the price is not compatible with what they offer ,breakfest everyday the same ,the rooms are not cleaned and if you complain you have to argue with the owners wife and with the old lady that should clean your room.The waiters are very nice also the young lady in the Reception is very helpful but everything else is very limited ,if i could i would give 0 Star

Very bad experience with the owners. We paid for the room for two nights, and told the owner we might leave earlier. Next day they ask from us to pay extra for the second night, that we had already paid. The owner was yelling at us and she was using bad words. Also the service in the restaurant was very bad. We are not recommending this hotel.

The location of the accommodation is extraordinary! The beach is on the other side is great! The breakfast is plentiful and super tasty, the restaurant is clean and the chef always finds our appetite 😁. Room was amazing and very comfortable. The owner of the hotel (which is the chef) and his wife are very hospitable, and the employees are helpful! I definitely recommend it to everyone!

We booked this hotel for our weekend getaway and everything was more than perfect. The room has everything you need, the view is breathtaking and the food will literally make you lick your fingers. The owners are so welcoming and friendly. We're already planning on returning, and even stay longer.

Several times, I have been at Adriatic 2 . Enjoyed very much with all the guests we stayed in. Excellent food , amazing service, beautiful location. The best place in Durres coast to enjoy the sunset.
