The
room
was
very
disappointing.
The
shower
was
cold
took
2
days
to
fix.
Staff
in
reception
were
rude.
Hotel
looks
and
feels
very
dated
and
unfortunately
customer
care
is
not
high
on
their
priority.
Breakfast
is
poor
and
very
limited.
Coffee
machine
only
delivers
luke
warm
coffee.
However
if
you
agree
to
buy
you
can
have
a
hot
filtered
one.
There
was
a
situation
when
a
staff
member
was
asking
my
partner
and
i
to
pay
for
a
sunbed.
He
was
loud
and
it
was
very
embarrassing
.Manager
complained
it
was
a
mix
up
and
he
did
not
understand
English.
I
exained
he
was
arguing
with
my
partner
in
his
native
language
and
it
was
in
fact
an
issue
of
training
and
poor
management.
This
is
without
doubt
the
worse
hotel
i
have
ever
stayed
in.
My
advice
is
if
you
are
thinking
of
staying
in
Durres
pay
a
little
more
and
get
a
better
hotel
with
a
management
team
who
understand
about
customer
care
and
satisfaction.
