The
hotel
has
some
positives
and
negatives.
To
start,
we
booked
through
Booking.com
which
I
have
discovered
after
a
few
tries
now
is
a
horrible
service
for
Albania;
as
none
of
the
hotels
have
any
clue
about
your
reservation
upon
arrival.
Checking
in
was
a
bit
rough
because
of
this,
but
we
managed.
Room
was
decent
for
a
family
with
a
balcony
towards
the
water.
Restaurant
was
decent,
except
the
waiters
failed
to
provide
some
of
the
requests
I
made,
such
as
a
couple
of
cappuccino’s
for
breakfast;
had
to
track
them
down
a
few
times
to
fix
things
(wife’s
food
never
came,
everyone
else
done,
etc).
Beach
is
nice,
but
there
was
no
beach
service.
Free
open
parking
by
the
water
front
for
guests
only
is
a
huge
plus,
and
it
is
right
on
the
catwalk.
Place
is
a
gem
not
being
fully
taken
advantage
of.
Would
I
stay
here
again,
possibly.
To
be
honest,
I
wish
I
could
purchase
the
place
to
really
show
what
the
location
is
capable
of;
it
would
shine.
I
should
add
that
although
the
staff
were
sometimes
forgetful,
the
few
that
were
there
did
always
attempt
to
please,
were
very
friendly,
and
worked
hard.
I
really
think
it
is
the
lack
of
managerial
supervision
that
is
preventing
this
place
from
being
a
5
star
resort;
that,
and
the
need
for
some
renovation
updates.
Next
day
update:
After
the
family
all
came
down
ill
the
day
we
left,
I
began
reviewing
other
persons
prior
reviews,
and
one
matched
something
my
wife
had
mentioned;
which
was
a
review
about
the
breakfast
and
flies.
Sounds
gross,
but
the
breakfast
did
have
flies
buzzing
about
the
food,
as
most
of
it
was
uncovered
and
unprotected
in
the
open
air.
For
this
reason
I
had
to
drop
the
star
rating
on
the
hotel.
