    I am a sportsperson who knows the importance of being fit both mentally and physically and Ravi's fitness is just the place for it. The environment in which we workout is really serene and keeps us motivated throughout the session.The coaches there really gets us and gives everyone special attention. They motivate us and help us keep going. They give us proper diet plan and workout schedule so that we don't do too much or too less. On the whole RAVI'S FITNESS is a place I would recommend for anyone who is willing get fit both physically and mentally...!!

    I was very hesitant to actually join any fitness center for a very long time.. Later I came to know about a fitness program without involving any sort of sophisticated gym equipments, and that very concept impressed me. And my first day experience was itself very motivating and inculcated the basic discipline which was basic necessity to lead a healthy life... My journey is just a month old now... I'm really very keen to get a healthy life style and habits from the best trainers in this cross fit world... Hats off to Ravi bro and his team....

    Ravi’s cross fit - The best place to get physically fit and bring discipline to your lifestyle. My journey just started casually as a weekend class ., and was captivated with the amazing positive benefits in my body., and now I bring my 2 children too. The trainers here are highly skilled and informative., they correct our mistakes and help us. Ravi sir - A good friend, trainer and a fantastic coach …. takes fitness as his breath and imbibes to all his clients for wellness and betterment of everyone. He gives suggestions for diet and lifestyle changes that gives more mileage to our body . I am 49.., and do realise the benefits of attending the classes regularly. I strongly recommend Ravi’s.. for everyone who wants get fit and get rid of all age related ailments.

    First of all sorry for the late review .. After my delivery my stomach was looks like a pregnant women, everyone asked about my belly.. i was so depressed and worried about my body... But after joining your class this is my 3rd month now I can see visible changes in my body.. my mommy tummy also quite reduced... I want to follow the proper diet and want reduce more inch loss. Now I am feeling very happy and confident... All the credits goes to you only (Ravi sir)... Really thank you so much sir from the bottom of my heart without your guidance i didn't achieve this..

    I joined Ravi sir’s online class for my postnatal weight loss and DR Correctionand it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. Initially I wasn’t confident if I will be able to loose weight but right exercises can do wonders and I saw it myself. Within couple of months just by following the exercise routine I was able to loose weight. And the best part the classes are it’s so unique and no same exercises everyday! They have the best coaches I would say, they always motivate you to push little further and correct your postures. Thanks for the awesome work and efforts in changing ppl’s life Ravi Sir!!

    Everyday I start workouts with a guilty mind that I didn't find your workout session before my delivery. I could deliver my baby 7 days after my actual due date due to the medical norms in the UK. I had 10 days of pain and officially 16 hrs of intense labor. I was afraid to do any outdoor activities since I already had to survive COVID 19 during my pregnancy. If I had followed your prenatal workouts I would have avoided 16 hrs of intense labor and an emergency c section. I've been struggling to get up off the floor without support for around 6 months after the c section. I could easily achieve this within 2 weeks of postnatal workouts. Thank you very much... You are doing a wonderful job.. .Keep rocking..

    Ravi’s fitness centre and CrossFit training is one of the best fitness training centres in Coimbatore. I have been a part of their fitness program few years back and was unable to continue due to their location. Now the new branch in Saibaba Colony is easily accessible for people of northern part of Coimbatore. Ravi is a good friend and a great trainer. His motivation has made me come back to his fitness centre and has helped me to inculcate fitness into my lifestyle. The trainers are also super friendly and great task masters and also help us with dieting and other special requirements. Their CrossFit fitness program includes functional/traditional weight training, cardio, HIIT workouts and other fun activities. Mostly comprised of group sessions, the batches are available in various slots, both in the morning and evening helps us to fit into our daily routine. Being a beginner with just one month of experience, I have already started to enjoy the workouts and feel good to work in groups which helps me to PUSH BEYOND MY LIMITS.

    I gained around 15 kgs in the past one year. I was confused whether to join cross fit or gym as I had issues with my back. But when I attended the first two classes here, I felt really good. My muscle stiffness and sore muscles are now gone. I can already feel the changes in my body. The atmosphere here is great. Trainers Yasif and Vivek are so supportive and they keep pushing us. Finally, Ravi Sir is the best. He attends everyone individually and gives workout according to one’s need. He keeps cheering and motivating to lead a healthy and a happy life. Perfect place to tone your body.

    Ravifit is unique CrossFit centre. The ambiance will speak for it. Personal trainers for all. I have a sedentary lifestyle with less physical activity . One fine day decided to give a push in my lifestyle and fortunately found Ravisfit. Ravi and other Trainers are professional ,patient and understanding. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I can do things I thought impossible, my whole system (body) feels energetic and fully charged bcox of the class and workouts with this ambiance give more pleasant and natural feel good time during workouts, . After one short month I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that i will continue my fitness as a lifestyle.

    Personally, I love the location, its a bit outdoorsy and partially enclosed on the top. The trainers are experienced and customise the workouts for each of us, according to our needs and ability, including our diets. Also they are fun, which makes the communication smooth, which is a added bonus particularly during exercises. I would definitely recommend everyone to check it out.

    I joined the class to reduce my weight , and I have hypothyroidism , so I had difficulty reducing my weight. After joining the class , within a month I have reduced 2 kg and I am going to continue to shed more. I am very happy to see this change visually. Thank you team for your effective session, I have attended all the classes and tried to follow the diet plan to an extent. Thank you so much teamfor effective sessions, and my happiness is beyond words to express. My confidence also improved because of this.

    I am happy to share my weight loss journey with your program. My initial weight was 92kg and within a month i was able to drastic weight and inch loss though i was not able to follow proper diet and walking. The immediate result motivates to continue the workout and diet properly… your guidance towards the formation of workout, diet and following up on the measurements everything makes to feel good vibe and encourages to continue… I was not able to continue the class due to personal reason but still i want to rejoin back and i did it..     At first I thought losing weight after delivery would be impossible but it became possible after I joined Ravi Sir’s fitness training. Inspite of mommy life and not so perfectly maintained diet,I’ve lost around 5kgs in 60days,my hair fall had almost stopped,my body feels light nd flexible which has build my self confidence and his effort for making me fit is awesome.     Hi Team, I was very depressed due to body shaming and lost all my confidence. Since then I decided to join postnatal fitness training program class. I was looking for the same and came across your insta profile. Firstly I was a bit hesitant to join the online classes coz I wasn't sure of. But then after seeing many mum's successful journeys for 3 months, I decided to join. And believe me it was so good and very engaging coz of your unique exercises, that too is not monotonous. I had severe back pain and DR. And i could feel both of them got better by the time.     Hi Ravi After pregnancy gained so much weight and cravings for food also increased. I was trying to a lot to reduce it but I was not able to do it. Gave up many times. Tried many things. This created so much stress with me. I was very frustrated and also not able to control my cravings. Felt very demotivated. After I joined here I was able to see many changes.     My journey with Ravis crossfit has been awesome. Their group class are different, engaging and planned mindfully targeting different parts of the body. This actually made me to go each day with lots of expectations and interest. All the trainers are super friendly, motivating and espically knowledgeable. Unlike regular gym here the trainers take individual interest in everyone. No matter what fitness level you are at...they focus on getting you sweat with proper forms and safety. They really helped me to shed my shyness and gain confidence in starting days All they asked is commitment and consistency.     Good morning mam, For the past two months I have been wearing 5XL(top) Now i am wearing XXL (top) mam I follow your 80% diet only mam Bottom 7XL mam, now i will be wearing 3XL but it is a little tight. Now my weight is 96.1 kg. Will try to follow proper diet, beginning of class my weight is 106.6kg and now 96.1kg.     Me and My Husband were 75 kg each when we started on December 5 2023. But now we are 69 each in just one and half months Ravis fitness gave us hope and courage to begin this fitness journey as a couple. I never expected this change. We are feeling so active and energetic. One honest feedback I want to share was… It has been 5 months since I got my periods but post joining Ravi’s fitness I got my periods in 35 days And after c section I had severe back pain and spinal problems for about three years it was always difficult for me to sleep flat But now I have no more pains, touchwood Thanks for proper guidance in workouts and diet We would like to thank the whole team for the care, support, training and guidance and for the interesting non repetitive workouts. Initially I was worried to attend online class that I might not be getting proper guidance, but Trainers at Ravi's CrossFit paid attention to every individual, offered personalized guidance to make sure we perform excercise with proper form and techniques.
