Absolutely worst experience!! They r basically just looting people. For simple body pain the doc has ordered to take blood test, CT and covid test even after telling them that patient had been vaccinated, and also when no such covid symptoms were shown. They gave a bill of 22,000 inr for all these tests. So moral of the story: if u go to this hospital with body pain existing for 2 days they will give a bill for 22,000 inr.

4weeks ago I am in some difficulty in walking difficulty in eating and seeing double.i was admitted in sms hospital ICU.i was given appropriate treatment and discharge after 2 weeks.now I recovered well.no walking difficulty and I am eating well.seeing also well.excellect treatment and treat in a correct way. Dr.duraisamy speech is very humble and very kindness.thank u so much for ur best treatment.i reffered the patients to sms hospital . finally All are good.no words to say.i am so happy.

My mother was admitted on nov 19 for breathing inconvience..Duty Doctor and nurse asked for medical history and they were so polite and explained in ease..after all the regular checks admitted in ICU..Doctor diagonised very well. during daily checks he use to ask for patients query and provide the medicine accordingly.. -Insurance staffs were friendly whenever asked for doubts. -Hospitality is fair enough.. -Infrastructure good What I felt is overall experience is good.but could have reduce the non medicine expense like gloves.. At first 4-5 box along with medicine and that expense ratio reached little higher than drug..

Very wrost hospital i have seen, i admitted my mother in this hospital for headache for just one day they have been charged 60000, no response from sisters, i tried to claim insurance but they didn't give proper response , they way of doctor he speeks good but they aim only for admit a patient to charge a money .

money minded. I visited the hospital for my mother. Initially they told to take all the tests which will come upto 17 to 18000 and then they give tablets which will be available in the medical itself. The next by seeing the report doctor told to stop some tablet and give other tablets. After 15 days they will say like it is better if you do operation. Total money waste

I admitted in the hospital for 15 days for vertigo problem, only money sucking, I visited all the labs doing all the checkup and taking scan for chest and abdomen. please don't go there. If anyone admitted in the hospital keep an eye on your medicine, a group of 5 to 6 nurses surrounded and do the work by loading the drips, the medicine disappear

My mother Mrs. Arumbu got admitted at GH with un conscious & hemorrhage.Gods grace my mother was brought in SMS Hospital & treated. She had excellent level of conscious & right sided paralysis. Very worst financial scam during COVID, i paid 1 lakh advance amount for admission and during discharge my total bill was around 2.5 lakh and insurance claim was approved for 2 lakh. They did not credit me the balance 50k from my advance saying insurance agencies will not credit the full approved amount

The doctor was very kind and urged us to have complete confidence in our ability to heal and maintain wellness. The nurses are very nice and after some checks, they respond obediently to whatever we talk about. The service provided overall is excellent.

The infrastructure of the hospital is too good. Doctors are soo friendly and motivating during my recovery process.I was admitted there for 5 days for covid and i am totally fine now.
