booked
2
luxury
king
sized
bed
rooms
for
5
adults,
thinking
that
I
can
get
an
extra
bed
for
charge
for
extra
person,
but
the
hotel
policy
was
only
2
persons
per
rooms
it
seems,
which
was
not
mentioned
while
booking
so
I
booked
only
2
rooms,
for
which
the
front
desk
person
who
works
at
night
shift
(His
name
is
“Kalai”),
was
so
rude
and
unprofessional
to
us,
saying
that
why
you
are
bringing
5
members
and
all
in
a
very
disrespectful
manner,
I
told,
that’s
fine
I
will
pay
for
extra
person,
no
issues
for
me,
he
was
still
rude
and
sounded
very
unprofessional
to
us,
it’s
not
the
way
to
deal
or
treat
customers,
hope
this
will
be
taken
care
by
the
hotel
manager,
when
we
asked
for
manager
number,
they
denied
to
give.
This
shows
how
transparent
they
are
to
the
customers,
my
suggestion
to
the
manager,
please
recruit
kind
and
responsible
people
on
the
front
desk,
so
that
there
won’t
be
any
issues
in
future.
For
this
awful
experience,
I
won’t
suggest
any
of
my
friends
or
family
to
this
hotel.

firstly
please
learn
to
accept
the
mistakes
and
constructive
criticisms,
your
front
desk
staff
didn’t
ask
me
to
book
extra
rooms
and
I
didn’t
decline
anything,
I
was
ready
to
pay
the
extra
charges
for
extra
person,
and
I
paid
it
right
away
even
though
your
unprofessional
staff
was
yelling
at
us.
Actually
your
staffs
only
declined
to
give
your
owner
contact
number,
if
the
real
owner
is
seeing
this
message,
you
can
share
your
contact
to
my
mail
id
provided
in
your
booking
form.
Or
if
you
want
to
support
your
unprofessional
staffs
then
be
it.
