An average hotel on the higher floors of a shopping mall. There is enough parking space in the basement. The restaurant serves good food and the service at the restaurant was very good. The hotel reception and lobby and all are good, But the room maintenance is not up to the mark. The drainage in the bathroom was not working well, and water was left on the floors.

The rooms are not great, with fixtures and fittings showing their age or poor quality. The extra roller bed was awful quality. Service was alright. It took a while for bedding or towels to arrive, despite asking for them multiple times. Service was better for breakfast. The breakfast was good, with a number of hot options at the buffet.

Very worst. Request not to check in...waste of money. They charged INR2600 for 1night. No facilities. They couldn't serve us coffee....no restaurant..no food...full of lies....only show offs...staffs are arrogant.

We booked 2 luxury king sized bed rooms for 5 adults, thinking that I can get an extra bed for charge for extra person, but the hotel policy was only 2 persons per rooms it seems, which was not mentioned while booking so I booked only 2 rooms, for which the front desk person who works at night shift (His name is “Kalai”), was so rude and unprofessional to us, saying that why you are bringing 5 members and all in a very disrespectful manner, I told, that’s fine I will pay for extra person, no issues for me, he was still rude and sounded very unprofessional to us, it’s not the way to deal or treat customers, hope this will be taken care by the hotel manager, when we asked for manager number, they denied to give. This shows how transparent they are to the customers, my suggestion to the manager, please recruit kind and responsible people on the front desk, so that there won’t be any issues in future. For this awful experience, I won’t suggest any of my friends or family to this hotel. Reply to owners message: Yes the problem was the way your front desk staff explained it was so rude and unprofessional that’s what I’m trying to convey here, firstly please learn to accept the mistakes and constructive criticisms, your front desk staff didn’t ask me to book extra rooms and I didn’t decline anything, I was ready to pay the extra charges for extra person, and I paid it right away even though your unprofessional staff was yelling at us. Actually your staffs only declined to give your owner contact number, if the real owner is seeing this message, you can share your contact to my mail id provided in your booking form. Or if you want to support your unprofessional staffs then be it. Thanks!

Good veg and non veg hotel in Trichy. It is located in manghalam towers, trichy. All vegetarian and non vegetarian items from chicken, mutton, prawns, fish, crab, egg. Biryani, fried rice ,starters available. Parking facility is provided. Very crowded during holidays and weekends. Ice creams and desserts available. Tiffen items also available. Kari dosa. Paneer dishes, naan, kulcha and parathas. Rooms are also available.

Good place to stay with family. Staff are very courteous. Any problem they attend immediately. Breakfast is included in room cost. Restaurant price seems to be high

I came to Trichy to attend Iyappan kovil KUMBABISHAGAM. I gave a low star for rooms and service. Bcoz 1. I have mainly chosen this hotel since it is near to Iyyapan Kovil , and I was given a single room but the room was not as expected , full of cockroaches and it seems that they are not cleaning the room properly. 2. The moment I entered the bathroom there was a very uncontrollable smell which I experienced for the first time and I informed the room service first ,initially they replied that no cleaners available now but once I argued they came with room spray which gave only temporary relief and again after some time had the same experience. 3. I ordered dinner and by 9.30 pm I finished my dinner and slept, at about 11.20 pm the room service knocked on the door and called through the calling bell , I opened the door and there stood the room service boy and asked me to sign the bill for the dinner , I was shocked and asked him why can't you get that in the morning and he replied we have to get sign since we forget . So this was the bad experience that happened. Other than that this hotel is walkable distance from the Cantonment Court bus stop. Easily connects Central, Chathiram bus stands , Collector office and railway station. The atmosphere was good, The food that I ordered ( Panner Dosa) and ate was very tasty and reasonably priced. There is also a Spa and bar but I don't know the things since I didn't experience it.

The hotel is centrally located with ample parking facility. The buffet breakfast spread & the food is tasty. All the staffs were young & very responsive. Over-all wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at Hotel High Point and overall, it was an average experience. The amenities were what you would expect from a mid-range hotel, nothing too fancy but everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight for me was the bar, which had a good selection of drinks and a nice atmosphere to relax in after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there were a few minor issues with the room that could have been better. However, these were quickly resolved by the staff when we brought them to their attention. Overall, I would recommend Hotel High Point if you're looking for an affordable option with a decent bar. It's not the most luxurious or high-end hotel, but it's a solid choice for a comfortable stay.

The hotel room was good, but no restaurant fesility or any other restaurants at walkable distance only BBq nation and a small burger shop near hotel, 1.5km from bus stand but lots of hotels near bus stand so if you have a car or bike this hotel will be a good stay If you go by bus please choose hotels near by bus stand. Auto from bus stand to hotel is asking for 50 to 80 rupees

Breakfast is too bad. With complimentary only booking taking from apps. So, Hotel is responsible to provide atleast a decent brrakfast to Guests. Kindly have a look to breakfast menu. Sambar is horrible. Rooms, House keeping, Reception - All excellent.

Nice stay. Decent room, clean linen, nice shower. But charging plugs one or two sockets are not working. Otherwise nice place well maintained.

As for the room, it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staffs were polite and accommodating and were always willing to fulfil my requests. I would like to thank all the staffs (esp. Mr Shiva, Mr Kalai and Mr Karthi) for their outstanding service. Not forgetting the food was veryyy tasty.

Comfortable place to stay. Stayed at High Point as a big group twice after a camp. Impressed with their hospitality, politeness and care for guests. Rooms are near and clean. Beds are super comfortable that all of us (7-9 people) sleep better at High Point than our homes. The breakfast buffet and restaurant food are good and perfect for kids too. Special thanks to Mr Kalai, Mr Karthik & to Mr Shiva for taking care of our stay and needs.

Bad service and maintenance. They give a room with a leaking faucet and spilt water all over the bathroom floor. Can’t believe that wasn’t checked when they clean and certify the room ready to be occupied! And then they forget your room number for room service! And never turn up! How does hotel hospitality do that? And it wasn’t even crowded or full occupancy!

This is one best hotel to stay. I come from Bangalore and found this hotel the best in the Trichy. I've been their customer over 5 times within a year.

Good and comfortable rooms and ambience. Accessibility is good. Only drawback was the food, din't have variety and whatever we ordered , the quantity wasn't sufficient at all. Coffee was good. Good for just staying and visiting places nearby.

Budget friendly and surrounded with all adequate amenities. Definitely the rooms are well spaced and the hygiene standards are on par. Stayed here first when this hotel was opened 10 years ago. Booked again for travel last week. We were Impressed with same brilliant hospitality and excellent service given by staff. Hotel rooms are very clean and spacious enough with ample parking space.Hotel also has service apartments nearby for large group of travellers. Thanks to Front desk Kalai; Shiva and Karthik; Canteen staff Prem Kumar. They made our stay comfortable and memorable. Room was very clean. So were the sheets, towels. Cleanliness in the bathroom was OK, there is some room for further improvements. Access is completely digital with cards. There isn't any option to lock(like a bolt) even from inside, which I didn't like. Also room service will clean your room on your absence. Hotel is on 4th floor which is connected by Lift. I'm told there is no staircase exit from hotel. Not sure how does emergency exit work. Plenty of parking. 2km from bus stand. Has got a bar,spa, reliance smart in same building. I booked it on spot after seeing the room as prices were cheaper online as per the advice of receptionist.

The hygiene and maintenance of rooms were good. But the restaurant was not open for dinner as they said they were short of staff after an event. So only room service was available and that too very limited menu! But the highlight was the in-house spa. We had opted for foot reflexology and back massage. But I was shocked that they didn't even wash the feet with plain water leave alone a hot water soak etc!!😱 when I asked the lady, she said that it's ok for her! Absolutely disgusting! So we had the back massage with the same dirty hands!! We were too tired to complain., The Hotel is good... but a big no to the spa!!

Had a nice stay in this hotel with my mother for 3 days. Reall awesome customer service by Mr. Karthik, Mr. Shiva and Mr. Kalai. Nice buffet breakfast. Very friendly staffs. A special thanks to Karthik and Shiva sir for their response. Happy stay.
