We booked mini hall here Ambiance of hall was nice But the sound system was poor it will work for some time after that noise will come. In food some of dishes were good Food serving staff was also not that much co-operative.

It has been a while since we traveled to Trichy and it was made really easy with our stay in Vivid. The property was excellent, great value for money and it is located close to all the temples. The breakfast that is included along with stay was very good. Overall a great stay and I would recommend it to everyone.

I stayed for the first time at this property. The most unforgettable event that happened was that I left my gold ring in the room and return back to my country. After arriving back to my country I realized that I have left my ring in the hotel room. Immediately I got in contact with the Manager of the Hotel Mr Tamil Arasan. He was very helpful and manage to locate my ring and called me to inform that my ring was found. I am very grateful for his honestly and help. Will surely come back to Vivid again. This will my unforgettable moment forever. Thank you

I'm gonna give an honest review about this hotel. Cleanliness - I'll rate zero for this hotel. The showers, curtains, taps are so old and rusty. This is a problem which is common for most of the hotels in TN and wonder why the owners aren't concentrating on this part after two to three years building a hotel. The curtains were so stained and gave a dirty feeling. Above all the bathroom roof was full of dark fungus and mold(look at the photos). This is not only unclean but also will cause multiple diseases to the guests. I complained in the reception and one of the guys in the reception defended the hotel(as if he's having a share in the hotel profit) that it's paint spill and not fungus ...lol. Man up Bro. We are from abroad and know the in and outs of cleanliness and experience with hotels of multiple countries. After an argument they sent a guy to clean those stuff yet the molds didn't go away. Cleanliness has to be from day 1 and not in one day everything will be clean and clear. So cleanliness - zero. Service - I can give three stars. Some of the staff - the lady at the reception and the restaurant girl and boy are really good and welcoming. But some other staff (like the guy who defended the hotel for fungus) are really not worth to be in a service industry. Hence 3 stars. Location - Yes it's in a prime location and will be handy. Overall for the money you pay this isn't that worth. But for one night and just to manage what else you have around Chathram bus stand. So people have to choose this by compulsion and not by desire. Hope the management will heed to it.

None of the rooms had plug point near the bed to put the phone or laptop at charge and work on our comfortable level. I had requested for extension box since the plug point was far located, but the hotel staff did not provided after asking many times. And I had requested for single queen bed in same room tariff but hotel staff was asked to pay extra to get single queen bed which is not justified. But other hotel provide single bed at same tariff. My experience with hotel was not good.

We had a one night stay in this centrally located, well laid out, comfortable property, near the Trichy bus stand, earlier this month. The hotel room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Room service was prompt, the food / snacks were excellent. The inclusive breakfast was huge, with many dishes and service was prompt & professional. Their bar got quite busy at around 11 pm, and they stock a wide range of liquor / beer etc Would definitely recommend this hotel

Room was very clean. The lights and fans were well automated. Was not happy with the quality of the bed. The bed had lost its spring form . Not good for the back. The location of the hotel is great. Right opposite the Chathram Bus depot in Trichy. Lots of wonderful pure vegetarian eateries close by.

This Hotel has lodging facility and serve limited menu items mostly to the guests of their hotel. The dinning area is very elegant. The buffet they serve on pre booking is very nice. The Hotel is located in a prime spot that is in chathiram bus stand. People who reaching from coimbatore side cam easily check in

The location of the hotel was good. Though their rooms were spacious (for adults) with kids don't have enough space to move around.. The bathroom was OK. But they should improve.. The food was OK. The front office staff were helpful. (The two youngsters) Not the manager tho. Never get a cab through the hotel for airport transfers or for sightseeing.. Do your own research before you go. If you are looking for a stay in OK.. but better beware of the shortcomings...

This hotel does not even deserve an one star rating. Pathetic room with mosquitoes everywhere. The attached restaurant has very limited menu and I could hardly see people staying in that hotel eats lunch/ dinner. There is no professionalism and the person who sits in the reception is very casual. Seems like they want to attract tourists from Malaysia / Singapore and Indians do get a dirty room. I would never recommend / stay in that hotel.

I went to the restaurant. Ambience and service was good. Soups, Fish finger, fried rice and starters were all good. Phulka could have been softer. Butter chicken could have been better. The hotel was neat and well-maintained.

Neat and clean room, limited parking for 7-8 car in the front of the hotel, close to the main road, bit risky for the cars to be parked. Misleading staff who mention we had complimentary breakfast and mentioned the timing but later the next day we were charged for the same mentioning it was not mentioned in the booking. Breakfast was south Indian buffet, it was good with less option.

The rating which i mentioned above is just for the location advantage. I am a traveler visited lots of hotels the service level, cleanliness of rooms are not up to the mark...we ordered soup for a pax of 4 and it took unusual time and comparatively with other hotels in Trichy i am really dissappointed with the overall performance of vivid boutique tiruchirapalli. I would definitely say it is not worth for the money and it's not worth for a 3 star hotel

Hotel staff are friendly. But facility Provided are not maintained well like fridge, shower, sockets and room AC. They fix it when asked for but taking precautions before the customer enter would be more helpful than making us wait for hours to get it fixed. Else I liked the experience at hotel. I liked food and the service at their restaurant. shakthi was very helpful and constantly asking for feedback and working on making the food experience better for my parents and me. Only because of him the food experience also was better. He was well mannered and very kind in speaking, only 5 start rating for him though.

worst ever experience staying at this so-called boutique hotel! rude front office person, he didn't look like or act professional! no support staff to help in carrying our luggages to room! pathetic quality of interiors in room - broken noisy bed, rusty plumbing fittings, broken tv remote, stinking kettle (to quote a few)! housekeeping at the worst service, they will miss atleast one item during their cleaning process and we had to call them to get it (like water bottle, bath towels etc). just because I paid for all three days upfront, we had to stay, else we would have definitely moved to other better properties Please avoid booking this property!

Pros Staff(s) are well mannered and very humble. Special mention to Abhishek and Dinesh who were really helpful in sorting out the room issue 👏👏. Excellent breakfast, couldn’t take pictures but here you go, juice, pongal uthapam, noodles, and list goes on. Don’t miss the coffee. Cons Always thoroughly verify the room before check in. Look at the images the room was utter poorly maintained. Restroom was like both the palms on face. All taps were salt corroded. Night duty person (not taking names) had poor attitude. I was out for whole day and on return the room was left untouched even after 3-4 times request. Room fridge never worked😵‍💫. What hurts even more is, I was told it is a new hotel😔.

Stayed here for the annual RR Sabha music competition for children . The hotel was located centrally with easy access to transport to other locations. Very clean , great staff , special mention about Mr Shakthi in dining area . He was very cheerful and helpful .

Nice decent hotel. People who work there are very professional and responsive. the location where this hotel is is very loud due to the bus stand. The restaurant where they serve breakfast can use some new plates and cups. They are stained due to the use.

Second visit to the hotel. First was before covid and the recent one was on 30 Apr. The rooms first... It was a suite room which was ok... The rest rooms were ill maintained... All fittings had hard water stains... The bathroom door doesnt close properly.... The towels were rough as they had been worn out..the walls had seepage and the wall adjoining the door bell was broken Coming to service... Ordered for French fries and vegetable sandwich.... Called up 4 times... But still didnt get it... They had the gall to tell me that i must have called housekeeping and not the hotel... Called the reception and asked them to follow up... Still no response... For 6000 per night definitely there are much better hotels... I was guided by my stay pre covid and clearly was proven wrong... Avoid vivid like the plague.... The only decent point was the breakfast which too had its issues but over all decent.

Very good property right in the middle of the city. neat well stocked rooms provided with electric kettle, running hot water, lockers etc. Ample space for parking. They provide room service, and the food was tasty. Rockfort temple is at walkable distance. Just one and half kilometres from the hotel.

Rooms are kind of ok. Rooms are getting older. The point is, why to adjust or compromise if we are paying much. Each room costs 3600 including tax. The staffs were helpful. Morning breakfast is not the best but ok. In lot of reviews, they mentioned about the bed and bathroom. I realised why all have mentioned these during our stay. Mainly the bathroom curtains and ceiling were old. Needs renovation. Cots have spring mattress. I doubt you have good sleep. Since it makes a big bend once you lean on the bed. Other facilities are modern. AC is good.

Iam regularly visiting in tap bar in trichy recently the service experience food quality it's going down. But some complimentry snacks are changed good kudos........ But please trained the staff and serve to the guest and one more ..thing a/c it's not working I'm coming like to relax of my mind but u guys are dissoppointing of too much... Very tastefully built Hotel. I would say Vivid is the best hotel in Trichy to my knowledge and taste. I also recently used their Party Hall and is very suited for small parties/functions with 75 Pax. Good Food, Great Team. Kudos to MD Suresh.

Hotel is very nice. Excellent set of crew. I am coming for the first time into this hotel.And I had great experience with the staff and incredibly helpful. Rooms was wonderful and clean. Restaurant staff Mr. Sakthi gives us excellent service and the hospitality was great.

Rooms 8/10- small but clean, showers are hot and water pressure is good. Beds are comfortable. Given its location on the main road I expected high levels of noise from traffic but rooms are well insulated. Parking - basement car park can accommodate upto 6 cars and surface parking another 6 cars. So it's sufficient for the size of the hotel. Food 9/10- we only had breakfast and were very well taken care of by Mr Shakti. The food is simple and tasty. Overall a lovely hotel to stay in

It's a nice and warm place to stay. It is budget friendly and the staff are pleasing and extremely helpful. The service is great and the food on the menu is also good. The bathialone have an issue of damp and mold growing smell which is obnoxious. If they can tke care of it then the hotel is really great.

Mediocre experience.. Very delayed room service.. I waited 2 hour for setting up extra bed in my room... Even a service for a bottle for water takes 1 hr.. You don't deserve 3 star status... Receptionist forgot to activate our room smart card at the time of check in... So we were staying out of room for 30 min because of his failure to follow SOP... Avoid it.. Go for another hotel nearby!

Room looked decent but bathroom tiles, curtains were all looking dirty and washbasin had a clog, which I don’t mind adjusting as it was just one night shuttle stay for us. But the service was pathetic. The reception team has no basic etiquette to deal with customers. Attitude was rude and very unwelcoming. Do not recommend staying here for more than a night.

The room was really nice and cosy. Service was good. However the restaurant was abysmal. Service was bad, food was stone cold. No fresh items were available, except Pongal, which we didn't want to eat as we had a long drive ahead. We had to wait at least 15-20 mins for idly and dosa to be served and they were stone cold. So we're the chutneys and sambar. Felt like it was refrigerated earlier.

Hotel vivid is on the main junction in Trichy on the Karur bypass road. I had booked two classic double rooms which were interconnected which i definately look for specially on a holiday with family. Both the rooms had view of the tiruchirapalli rock fort (malaikottai) The room size was decent, the washroom was also sufficiently sized. The teal colored sofas in both the rooms were not too clean and had dirt stains on them, and so was the shower curtain inside the washroom that had brownish yellow stains due to water and it looked dirty. The buffet breakfast was in the adjoining restaurant. The breakfast spread in terms of choices, and taste was very average. Considering my overall experience i would rate it 2.5 on a scale of 5

It was a decent stay at Vivid. Interiors were good but the rooms are very small. Curtains in the room & bathroom were really bad and they haven't changed it for a while. Breakfast was a complementary and the food was good. But they need improve their service and housekeeping. Overall a decent hotel.

I got the room for a good price. The hotel is located between fort n Srirangam near the banks of Kaveri. Location is of great comfort if you are travelling for site seeing. Rooms were good n clean. Bathrooms are clean but a bit congested. Ambience is good. Hospitality is warm. Buffet breakfast starts early at 7.00 a.m. n helps start our day early. Buffet has only south cuisine.

Hotel rooms were neat. I would give 8/10 for cleanliness. Breakfast spread was very good. Hot corner in the breakfast buffet included great options, a variety of dosas and puri all of which were prepared and served really well. Room a/c and light and fan controls were digital and weren't working well.

It's a very good hotel, the only concern is house keeping. They should improve it. Restaurant is average and taste is moderate. Particularly biriyani is average. Rooms are spacious and we'll maintained.

Stayed here for two days with my family. Poor service, not a 3 star or a boutique hotel as claimed, good location and a reasonable breakfast spread. Does not support a 24 hour check-in. Very pricey for the facilities, service provided.

WORST PLACE TO STAY My personal experience with this hotel is that its the most dirtiest place to stay. The place is a trash can. The lobby and the path to the room alone are good. The rooms mainly the bathrooms are trash. I would never prefer to stay at this place again and would not recommend to anyone as well.
