UNBIASED REVIEW....Had a small work in thillai nagar trichy....hence finished and searched nearby restaurant and finalized to go to A2B.....It's a bakery attached with small veg restaurant inside...Capacity approx 50... no separate bike or car parking is there...Air vent is there for adequate ventilation...Ordered for breakfast...Food quality is good....Ate onion Uttapam,,puri,,,venpongal ...All are good in taste...Cons...The service is below average ....It's not crowded in monday morning...Still the service is poor and price is high....Overall the food is good...But not the service and price.... EXPERIENCE MAY VARY FROM PERSON TO PERSON AND FROM TIME TO TIME...

This is Standard A2B outlet. With all standard menu. However when compared to any other A2B, this location has very small place place dining, with limited tables. Also Parking is a problem during peak traffic.

It's very tidy place. Taste is so good. Quality and quantity as usual. Ambience is not so good. Only Roadside parking as we seen

Though we order a lot from this place, we thought getting a dine-in experience. The restaurant was in the main market and had a decent footfall when we entered. We ordered pani puri but it was nothing like what you get in up North and was just average. The masala in the puri was too spicy. The podi uttapam was decent. Overall an average experience. Happy eating!!!!

They have a large variety of snacks and it's in a prime locality where there are not many restaurants like this. There's no AC. It's closer to Fort railway station in Trichy. The members follow a hygine system, and the food is of high quality.

Regularly use to order here! But! Today was poor packages and taste was so bad compared to previous! Also today they used some other rise for mushroom briyani! Instead of basmati!

My husband and myself have dined in your restaurant for so many years in Tamilnadu and Karnataka and even in Dallas Texas .But of late the food especially dosa, chutney are salty. Today I complained to the manager a lady regarding this. A2B sastri road trichy. Mrs. Uma Trichy .

Customer service not good if we order something they act like "Vadivel comedy" ( annanuku Oru ooothappam) they give different from what we order

Very very poor service noone listens the query of the customer and not interested in serving foor properly by listening .this is 8th-10th visit of mine in two years but still they are serving like above mentioned

Very less man power to serve the weekend croud. Only 1 female to clean the tables and hardly 4 servers.Very bad experience , every table had to wait for their food. The management should increase the workers during festive time.

Taste wise okay.. but the hygienic is important when it comes to food. There the washroom are near to the kitchen area... its not an hygienic place... Avoid visiting the that place..

The reason was simple. No Basic Floor hygiene, Very bad service, Taste was not upto the mark.

Food is good for the price Hygiene can be improved. Can try it once Try for South Indian breakfast options. Also they have a wide variety of sweets and savouries which are good ( better than the food)

Always busy but no response from service. We need to call the waiter and ask him to take order and others. Even space should be more organized. Only price no service. Went twice on same month. Facing same issues.

Great vegetarian food. I highly recommend the chaat items, and North Indian dishes. The South Indian dishes are as good as any other place. Very hygienic.

I have used to visit A2B for past 15 years. But today the food we ate was the wrost in taste and also take much time for serve the food. Salt was very high in all foods. Totally it was bad experience today.

I bought 2 Pav Baji today which was prepared by the cook with ugly bare hands, both breads and masala very carelessly half cooked having worst taste. This is the first and final visit to Thillainagar branch of A2B. Can't tolerate the way he prepared it. Worst.

Taste is good. But don't go here when you are in hunger. Everything will be delayed. Initially you have to struggle to place your order to the service persons. They won't attend table quickly. May be lack of resources. They have to make sure for quicker service as their price is at premium.

It is adjacent to the main road leading to Trichy Central bus stand. Good and courteous staff. Excellent indian sweets and food, juice varieties available. Good for family brunch and evening snack. Little expensive though. Has small parking space in front of the restaurant.

The food was good. But the seating area is very less and there is no AC. The service was good

I ordered one chole patura and one rava dosai. The chenna was not good I taste and not sufficient. Onion raitha not provieded. Chutner sambar was very little. Tastewise very average. But too costly.

At 9:30 am few food only was available. When I asked poori malaa they said not available. When asked for chappathi, they said no kurma available..it was shocking..Normally in all famous restaurants.all.verieties. available till 11;00 am. Only one cook was doing everything. One of the worst experience here.that food quality very poor and also you order lunch but you get food in dinner too late serving.

The network avl in A2b is very poor. I have used my debit card. But in my acct amt deducted. But credit information not showing in their acct. After that I pd by cash. Existing debit card deduction automatically they will crredit. He says like that.

Very poor service.... The management should make d service staff adequate in peak hours.... Hardly waited for 30 mins to give order itself... No proper response also... Very worst... No mind to eat at all...

Coffee was lousy and still charged rs.37 Wonder why such high charges and that too we have to stand and drink the coffee at road side. U get fantastic coffee for rs 20 all around this place.

Nit worthy of the money once upon a time it was a very nice restaurant nowadays quality is also not nice and the price is too high.

Rate is very high for a small food...5 rs vadai outside shop but it's 25 rs in this shop..taste is not upto the mark..sambar is very bad..must try chettinadu type sambar

Visited for ghee and milk sweets. Taste is good. The jamun and soanpapdi has been fantastic.

Decent place in Thillai nagar for veg food. I like their parottas. No car parking available, but car can be parked in the cut roads behind the restaurant. Not very sleek compared to other A2Bs, but serves the purpose. Has neat bathroom facility.

Standard Tamil vegetarian food. It used to be the case A2B with Sangeethas, Saravana Bhavan and other chains used to serve tastiest food. Now with ramping up their( all chains ) quality has gone down Alonf with taste and portions that also seen downward trend eventhough prices have increased. A simple/plain dosa costs rs. 70 + taxes whereas in cities like Bengaluru itself it will cost 50+% lesser. But service as usual is prompt, efficient and courteous

On the main road. Has 3 to 4 tables..No designated parking and hence could not park our vehicle. It is more to buy sweets /snacks. They deliver through aggregators.

Worst experience...taste is missing...Must have more employees to take care orders...and rate should be normal.. Customers will not care rate when taste and quality is there.. But... Disappointed

Food was delivered late , it took 1 hr for lunch in week end saturday as they had to cook rice for customers who came by 2:30 pm and in a hurry rice was not cooked properly it was like soaked rice very hard to eat, curd was very sour, koottu, poriyal were not tasty, only sambar,rasam were good. As generally on week end crowd will be more ,accordingly restaurant supervisor should plan for food quantity.

Other than food nothing is good in here. Especially the rest room and ambience of the restaurant is very worst not good for dining

Had lunch here and found it good. The only lacking part is the staff strength is little low and the waiting time is more. Appreciate the staff. Very kind people but very few in number like mentioned above and they have to attend to a bigger crowd

Excellent staff, right from entry to exit security guard's warm welcome, thanks at exit and staff's polite and cheerful response is exceptionally great, we should have asked him for a slight more spicy chat but the taste was great kids loved it and so did we. Need lots of improvisation in terms of Service. Not like olden A2B standards. The brand lost its charm. It still runs for the sweets, savouries, chats and their filter coffee.

Gone Worst. Sweets are very old stock. The very next day its got rotten. But the bill is so expensive... Not worthy at all. Bad customer service. No respect at all. We have to wait nearly 20 to take the order. My foot😡
