Stayed at Red Fox for couple of days during my visit. This is a budget hotel, but very well maintained and with spacious rooms. The service is good and the staff are courteous. The hotel is just walkable distance from the bus stand and the location is very good and accessible.

The Hotel is in prime location but the rooms cost around 3.5 to 4k per night which is high. Rooms are not clean, it is full of dust. And the AC is dripping water, I have added photos for reference too. If you open the window in bathroom you can see how dirty it is. Full of piegeonnest and heavy smell. This hotel lacks proper ventilation durto which the rooms are too dusty. You cannot stay here for more than 3 nights. THIS HOTEL NEEDS PROPER MAINTENANCE. THERE IS NO PROPER MAINTENANCE FOR THIS PRICE. only good thing is the staff. Unworthy for the money.

It breaks my heart how this hotel franchise has succumbed over the yrs As I have been told while booking this place that Trichy has poor accommodation, I had no choice but to book this. 1) the rooms are tiny and claustrophobic and they do all construction works at the middle of the night 2) we had actually booked a deluxe room but they had given us the smallest one. We had to give them an earful before we changed rooms. 3) the bathroom is pathetic. They put a mesh kind of thing on the door so basically people can hear you from outside as whatever business you are doing inside the washroom. 4) food is below par. Breakfast options are limited. And the portions are ginormous. Food quality is very very bad. 5) the only bright side is that the trainees are trying their best to serve us well in a sinking ship. 6) since it's near the central bus stop it's well connected. Stay here only if you have no other choice. Kind request for the management to buck up and fix the mess.

Highly disappointed while comparing other lemon tree hotels. Missing lot of things. No hair dryer. No laundry bag. No body lotion moisturizer. No floor mat to toilet entrance. Room size is too small. No bucket mug provided in bath shower. Water heater not working properly in morning. Pathetic complement wifi. Food taste is horrible. Menus are highly squeezed. Pros- prime location, nice decent breakfast, best noise isolation to get calm sleep.

Hotel overall is kept clean. Bathroom tiles slippery, I was extra cautious. A/C temp control doesn't work resulting room very cold. Breakfast variety, quality and service was very good

This hotel was booked by my travel agent, so I'm not that sure of the room rent and etc. Location is brilliant, barely 500m from railway station, literally opposite to central bus stand and about 6 km from the airport. Rooms are small, not very small, but decent. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and was really amazing. Buffet dinner was also great. I also liked the theme and Ambience of the hotel. Staff members were polite, especially the ones working near the buffet area. Even tho this is 3 star hotel, service is inching closer to 4 star. Will definitely stay again.

Rooms are too cramped for this price. The drainage in bathroom needs immediate attention. Water stagnates in the bath place. Food quality is good. Chef needs appreciation. The staff are very kind and humble. How come you charge for water bottles not at MRP rate in the restro. This needs immediate correction. I think this is against Govt regulation? Does not seem to be low end version of Lemon tree, as we get lemon tree properties for similar price or even less in some locations. Am not sure, though. But this place too pricey for this location.

Stayed at Red Fox Hotel for one night. Positives: 1. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. 2. Breakfast spread was good and was delicious as well. 3. Hygiene and cleanliness is maintained throughout the hotel. Overall a good stay.

Frankly it's not worth the price they charge for a night. The rooms are small, the planning of the door is a mistake. It opens right in front of the bed, whereas it should in the dressing area so there's complete lack of privacy. The room was adequately clean, with some areas missed (a total no no in covid times). The food is decent, nothing out of the ordinary.

A great hotel to stay. Good location - just 200 mtrs from the Trichy Bust Station. They've large parking space available. The rooms are prey neat, they have a training gym in the ground floor, wellness room, Bar and Dining. The only thing I didn't feel great was the cost of indoor dining.

Fake reviews. These all 5 stars fakes. They doing promotion with IZEA FLEX. Izea flex employee megha doing harrasment for putting review. She never give any money. Don't try to do.

Very nice, clean, near rooms. We were around 103 people and the hotel person arranged breakfast and lunch for us as per our wish. Stay was good.

I booked for 2 days but they cleaned the room only 1 time... rooms are tiny.. bedsheet was dirty. they charge high price but failed to provide quality service.. Don't go by seeing reviews and photos here... actually this hotel is not at all worth to stay especially for the people who come from bangalore..

Nice and calm with courteous staff. Well maintained property. Lift was small. You have basic amenities like restaurants and gym. Food was ok. You have many restaurants near by so this should not be a bigger concern. Over all a Nice 2 day stay.

Poor reception and room cleanness, availability on both tools are very poor. We can not even seen the menu card in our rooms but we can see the payment QR code. Poor hospitality.

Definitely This Hotel deserves to be a 5 star ✨ level Actually. When I visited this place for the first time I was impressed with their wonderful ambience of the entrance area with richness of the spacious and luxurious hall area with red white theme was beautiful ❤️. But I have not yet tried the rooms and food here , I wish to do it when I visit again. Situated at the hotspot of Trichy Center Central Bus Stand straight opposite and convenient to connect Railway Junction straight Outta . The Reception Area was Neat And Spacious .

Only best thing is that the Hotel is located just 20m away from bus stand and 700m from Railway Station. Rooms are worst and like a small container. Their commitment on tariff and Proposal are different. At the time of checking had dispute with them for getting the committed price over call. Restaurant was not cleaned properly and even the tables were vacant also , they are not worried about the next customer and it is kept uncleaned till the next Customer asks for it. Food also not that much tasty. Price is also very much high. You can choose this only if u get a room for price range of 1 to 1.5K maximum including tax. Since it is located inside City, don't expect a good view from your rooms.

I must say Chef Bharathi was the highlight of the place, made sure we were well taken care of. It would be unfair of me to not commend the other staff too. A warm place to be. We had a pleasant stay.

Very nicely maintained hotel, part of the Lemon Tree Hotels chain of hotels. They have nice parking area, a nice restaurant and clean and good rooms. You will feel well rested after a long day. Room cooling is working well and room service is affordable and very convenient. Definitely recommended to just chill in the room with a fresh lime soda. In breakfast you will find good options of idly, vada, pancakes, toast, fruits, cereal, multiple juices like watermelon and carrot and many other options I don’t recall. Enjoyed the breakfast and they also fulfilled any custom requests.

The Executive Suite room was good in terms of space. It has a living room with a tv and a bedroom with a tv and a connected bathroom. The bed in the bedroom was able to accommodate my wife and 2 kids ages 7 and 6. While I had to opt for an extra rolling bed (additional cost) that was placed in the living room. Overall it was clean, but the floor could have been cleaner and the sofa needs more vacuum power to remove the dust and dirt. The hotel is located close to Sri Sangeetha restaurant, which is a bonus. The hotel provided a free breakfast for us and our friends who stayed in another room, that is a welcome surprise. Disliked · The hotel was located at a central location, which was bustling with traffic. There was a constant audio noise coming from outside, speaking loudly via PA speaker, that went on till about 3 am. It was really annoying and disrupted our sleep since we only checked in at around 11 pm.

Visited this place on 17,18,19May2023 for a business trip. Located in the heart of the city , opposite to Central bus stand, this is a good accommodation option for travellers. Hotel property is well maintained and rooms are spacious, neat and clean and gives a superior feel. Staff is polite and mannerful. Tariff Rates are reasonable. Hotel has a attached restaurant with buffet meals. A few things can be improved 1. Full glass door or curtain for bathing area. 2. Warm water for bathing can be little more warmer. 3. Bathroom slippers can be provided. 4. Instead of soap, body shampoo can be provided.

Stayed here for 4 nights . The rooms are near and clean . The airconditioner was fantastic. The rooms are a tad small. The bathroom needs proper maintenance. Did not try the food . The location too is close to the Central Bus stand.. The staff Venkatesh at the reception is very helpful

Hotel location is very good right infront of main bus stand which is the central location of Trichy and 10-15 minutes drive away from airport. Rooms are spacious, bathroom is clean. TV is having almost all required channels, including hindi language. Breakfast was good with decent choices. But the price is very high, considering 4k terrif, its costly for sure.

The hotel is ok, but just opposite Trichy Bus stand. There is some continuous awareness announcement being blared out till 11 pm. Very inconvenient. Service is good, Gokul in front desk, Udayakumar , and Nitish in Housekeeping are polite. Bharani is super efficient. Selva in front desk went the extra mile in making me comfortable. Ishwarya greets me every time, with a smile. Rooms are good, clean, and comfy even for a long stay.

The hotel is centrally located and commuting to various places is easy. Morning breakfast is good. The entire hotel is kept clean. The rooms are very small. The hot water for bath in his available 24 hours. You may not have a pleasant screen view time as the surroundings around the hotel is not great. The outside sound levels ( due to bus terminus) may disturb you inside as the glasses are not sound proof .

Only the location is good. Team members especially in the front office are very rude ( morning guy on 01.12.2023). Additional charge paid wrongly is not yet paid back to as per their commitment. Also for booking a room it will take too much time to get the confirmation since they are handling centrally from a remote location. Will not visit again and rooms are not worth the money. Just now staying at Redfox hotel. On checking-in scanned the qwerty code of their in-house restaurant and ordered for 2 sandwiches online. Evenafter 30 mins no order. When called thru their phoneline then they accepted the order and after further 30 mins sent 1 sandwich, when again called & informed of the online irder, then it was informed that their website is not working. Further, now I find that no bucket-mug was provided in the room. When asked a rude came that only 10 buckets are available in the whole hotel and was provided only on request and when my request was all the buckets were distributed, so now no bucket can b provided. Now as i am with my family with old people, how come yhese old traditional indian people will b hvg their bath under shower ?? For this question no answer from the receptionist. NOT AT ALL SATISFIED AS THE HOTEL FAILS TO PROVIDE BASIC NECESSITIES OF THEIR CUSTOMERS BUT RECEIVE RUDE REPLIES !!!

Decent low budget hotel. Located next to Trichy bus stand. Rooms are small but sufficient. Families may find it crowded. Breakfast is limited but decent. In room dining is mostly north indian and Chinese. You have to leave the hotel to savor some south indian food. Overall a decent experience. Not that great and not bad.

The bar is neet and clean no issue in that . And there are only 2 servers available in the bar , so if you order something , it will take little time to come . And the bar don't have smoking area inside the bar , you have to go outside for smoking. And the main thing is bar is very small in size comparing to other bars , but the person whom don't like crowd will be liking this bar . In whole bar is simple and good ☺️

A Prime Property managed by competant professionals bang opposite the bus stand in the center of the city. A welcome change, definitely! Defying the logic of cramming the whole area with as many rooms as possible, they have gone for the narrow single corridor approach with rooms on either side. The rooms though small in size does have the essentials for a quick overnighter! Overall a pleasant stay with quick and efficient staff!

We happened to stay in the hotel for a night during our trip to Tiruchirappalli and one good thing about this hotel is the location as it’s just next to bus stand and you will have everything at your door step. The hotel has gym , bar , ample parking space and rooms were packed with necessary toiletries. Also buffet served in the restaurant is pretty good with range of varieties Now coming to worst part which was cleanliness and service - There were ants at multiple places in our room and we saw also dead insects inside our bed duvet which made us feel totally uncomfortable to sleep in the bed. Also staff needs education on how to value and treat customers . Hotel parking staff was just sitting and watching us and not bothered to assist even though we were clueless on where to park the car . The room service was pathetic and our multiple calls for towels just went to dead ears and we never received at all . Lastly internet was a joke for a business cum 3 star hotel and you can possibly go for a walk and come back itself while trying to view anything
