The best hotel to waste money and time. Out of all my ordered kinley water was only good. All the food taste extra salt because of their name i think, LOL. If you ordered soups for starter some dishes for main whatever you'll get dish after 30min soup there after. I don't have an option to give no star definitely i would no doubt In my opinion i wasted my money and time. Even worker of the hotel they eat some good hotel......

Taste is good and Ambience is just ok. From Starters we tried Tandoori Chicken. To our surprise, the chicken was very soft. In most places, it would be so hard to bite and chew. But, this was soft and tasty. Next we tried Fish BBQ. Not very impressed. Just ok. In Main course, We tried Chicken Fried Rice and Chicken Biriyani. Chicken Fried Rice tasted good. Biriyani is just ok. Brinjal gravy was so plain and not spicy. Doesn't add with Biriyani.

Went to have dinner on 13th may. We have ordered Spicy shawarma (105₹), Chicken Schezwan rice (200₹), Butter naan (50₹/piece), Chettinadu chicken masala (205₹) Spicy shawarma was not at all spicy. It's my second time tasting shawarma. I don't know whether the taste of the shawarma is bad or generally i don't like them. Taste was so bland and creamy. Chicken Schezwan rice was worth the money. Butter naan was so hard, takes long time to chew it. Chettinadu chicken masala was average. Overall the experience was not great for me based on the foods i have had here.

It's a average restaurant and average food taste, and service is worst to the core. I will not go there again. But 1 exception is the guy who sits in the billing a middle aged person is wonderful dedicated customer oriented, but having just 1 like that in that restaurant doesn't makes best. Its surving on floating customers to nearby shops. No foodie would go there often. It's not on my list .

I'm a proper south Indian, staying in Trichy now and finding good south Indian food is really really lot of varieties here on such economic prices. I found the open areas always better than the AC rooms and ambiance is also decent. The non-veg is all HALAL. We ordered various dishes of veg and non veg plus starters. They have good starters. I like spicy food but some of the dishes were bordering on being a little too hot. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I find the service lacking, because of lock down period. One man serves all tables and billing and also making juices also. I can keep going on and on Keep up the good work!!!! I will surely pay another visit next time.

I have visited this place many times. Food tast and quality is good 👍 Rate average. Service is good. Ambience average. After purchase time to food and relax. It's inside the FSM premises, parking is available but in crowd time u need to park outside Famous is chicken BBQ, Grill and BBQ Fish and Shavarma. Fish BbQ is my favourite one 😋

One of my favorite restaurant in Trichy. Had chicken fried rice, Tandoori, Fish BBQ. Chicken is so soft and Fish BBQ is awesome at best rate. A must try dish.

Very worst Restaurant. Highly priced, no quantity of food items, no taste, no cleanliness,..all the food items we ordered were of very very low quality and they served a tomato raita like something which was also rotten. especially the mandi biryani tasted horrible and I just parceled it and gave to a road side dog whom I used to feed daily even that dog didn't eat that biryani.

We had our lunch today here. Food was good and got delayed. We were waited for a long time to get our food. Even we waited for more than 30mins to get a curd rice. Restaurant waiter was not available. They even don't know whether the items are available or not. For curd rice also they have to check they said. No proper service. They must need proper training. First of all, there was no water available on the table. Most of the times, our glasses kept empty. Shortage of staff and we got irritated for asking water. It isca basic thing in all restaurant. Owner must visit and brief them, also ask for staffing. Having a restaurant with good ambience doesn't mean nice and fine dine restaurant. Need improvement in all aspects.

The Foods are Good in Taste and Nice. Briyani is Good. Fish varieties are good. Meal is good. Good Service but the crowded place makes food order is delayed.

Chicken biryani with basmati rice is the great attraction for us and served with gravy of brinjal fried in gingelly oil. Chicken BBQ is our regular dish where you get amazingly sufficient quantity of mayonnaise.

Bought shawarma and Al Faharm sorry to say Al Faharm is not cooked and I could see tissues and blood Horrible.

Worst experience, we pre booked Mandi, and asked them to block the same, and informed in prior for our table reservation too, but we went in person, nothing was available and, we had to order other than Mandi, then the service is pathetic in the party hall, very slow response and for each and every thing we had to ask 4 times for it's update, my friends from blore were totally disappointed, coz they were craving for mandi

Ordered Mutton mandhi today, for single piece mutton & biriyani rice they charged me 373/-. In the menu price mentioned as 230/- Worst strategy guys.. !! Atleast you guys would have served cup of gravy when I asked !! Today I'm not in the mood to argue, but you will get what you deserve for sure. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The service was not fine….no tissues….the food waste was taken through dining area thrice which was stinking all the way….which was not at all a way to handle delegates….not a good pleasant environment to have food….

We visited this restaurant on 19rh Feb 22. Firstly the taste of all food we ordered were ao..so..They took a very long time to serve. We ordered parcel 17sawarma almost an hour back but they misunderstood and prepared 4 less. I had to wait for a long time again for these four. The attitude of shawarma chef was so bad. He knew we were waiting and went on to drink tea and took his sweet time. There was no sense of urgency at all. I had to yell at them to hurry up. Here is the climax. He prepared those four additional shawarma with such a lot of spice purposely that those were not at all edible. This is unfair and unprofessional work. I demand explanation. I donit recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Food was tasty but the quantity and its cost is not at all balanced...especially in the case of non veg gravy items. The gravy qty is less but cost is a bit heavy. Ambience and the service is good ... Overall a one time dine in...

Hi i tried to call the number mentioned in the Google and fix a table for lunch , i wanted to order for Mandi but the person who spoke to me said he will call me next day morning but he didn't call me and neither replied to my call i am really surprised with this type of customer care attitude. i don't think you will survive with this attitude for long.

We ordered grill chicken take away and was served with smelly and spoiled chicken, noticed the rotten smell only halfway eating,thank god v didnt get food poisoning,worst experience,never going back.

I ordered butter naan and butter chicken masala, taste was good... but the service is 'the' worst.. never seen such a careless and unprofessional service in any hotels even in a roadside food stalls..Table was dirty even after cleaning, literally saw serving glass of water from another table to the customers in another table so it's better to order a water bottle which I did.. on the whole bad experience, bad customer service, had to wait a decade to fill your tummy in so called Kalluppu.. very slow and lazy servers.. P.S: Requesting Google to add '0' in the satisfaction section.. it would help people to rate such disgusting places.
