The worst restaurant in town. Don't be deceived by the number of different food items available here. The worst service ever. The plates and tumblers are unwashed. There are literally food particles on them. We waited for about 1 hour for a mere chicken biryani. The interior is not that good. And what is tat kids playing area? The slides and toys are broken its very very dangerous pls remove them or replace with good toys. The kids may get hurt. The ambience is 0. Food I can rate 4/5. A suggestion from my side for this restaurant would be increase quality over quantity, provide good Ambience, change the kids playing area, provide faster service, for the sake of ur customers follow proper hygiene, improve the interior.

I have visited this hotel by Nov 1, 2021 . This place has plenty of combo's and they worth for it . I ordered 3 State Briyani combo and Nool Parota combo . Briyani wise it was good but little spicy . Nool Parota combo must try and parota was so soft . Really loved this restaurant . Their serving time might need to be improved , otherwise no issues . Give yourself a try and enjoy . Poor hospitality and low quality food. They didn't provide hot water with a reason that "Kettle is not working!". Just have a look at their Thalassery biriyani. Note: Waiter informed us that they have a Kerala Chef!!

I went along with my family and had gadothgajan Thali. It worth the price. Though the taste of all dishes were good. All the curry's were very cold, the fish was very dry looked like it was fried days before. The juice glasses were very very dirty and we didn't like to drink juice in those glasses. The whole restaurant had foul smell & we weren't able to sit there. Overall experience was very bad. They had further desserts on the way for that Thali we ordered. Aala udupaa saami nu kilambitom :D

We came for Onam sandhya today and it’s the worst experience ever. Food was super cold and service was so bad. Took 40 minutes for someone to come to our table and get order. Attitude of the service people are so bad. Please don’t do Onam sandhya ever again. If you don’t how to do it and if you don’t have a good team please don’t do it.

Waiters have so much attitude, they dont even attend properly, they also take a lot of time to prepare, and sometimes forget about the order. Most customers get frustrated and leave after waiting for a long time. They don't even know how to prepare food properly, and last but not least, bills are overrated.

Went to this restaurant with 2 of my friends last week,after being lured by all the fake reviews with 4 and 5 star ratings in the food Delivery sites and google. But in the end finally it was a big disappointment when it came to the food quality. We Ordered 1/2 grill , 1 plate shawarma , 1 plain biriyani and 2 parotas. The plate shawarma arrived first in 20 minutes, it was hopeless. And the serving sizes was ridiculously small with absolutely no mayonnaise. The chicken was super dry. Followed by grill chicken which arrived after 45 minutes after order. The reason for delay quoted was they ran out of mayonnaise..(now we got the reason why the shawarma sucked)But good thing was after eating/seeing the grill, we felt the shawarma was 10x better. Basically it was not grill. They tried to makedo with the leftover tandoori chicken from the lunch (or previous day's dinner maybe).. Pathetic is just an understatement. There was No salt, No flavour, No marination, basically it had the texture of a well worn out bata leather shoe which had gracefully aged for about not less than 20 years! Next came the plain biriyani, which they claimed to be mutton empty, however it had chicken pieces! Duh! We didn't know what were they trying to prove to us! Probably they wanted to make good for the first two horrendous dishes. Maybe, but luckily the biriyani was the saving grace. Frankly, it was not bad (compared to the first two things we tried to unsuccessfully gobble)thats about it. The dhalsha was good.period. no comments about raitha..dont want to start again. Last order (parotta) came pretty soon along with the briyani. And it was ok(smaller case) standard complimentary gravy provided was unpalatable though. But we had to somehow finish it to make the taste buds forget that old bata shoe. Finally we couldn't take all this without a protest. So informed the waiter about their sorry state of food without any intention of getting any bill cuts..but they voluntarily agreed to waive of the charges for the grill.. To which we were surprised. But after 2 minutes the waiter came back and told they could not waive the complete charges for grill, instead they would bill for half. We laughed our heart out had nothing to say to him but paid the bill.and ran as fast as we could away from that nightmare of a place! Final words of wisdom, if you have a sunday to kill..or just feel like your existence in this blue planet is of no worth and you are this adventurous kind who dont mind risking your lives over a meal! Then this is the place to be! Enjoy your meal @ the gajapriya new victoria restaurant, trichy!

One of the best place to try shawarma! I have tried spicy shawarma and chicken Tikka roll. Spicy is okay to tatse. But the chicken Tikka roll will be more delicious! So I prefer to take chicken tikka roll when you're here and one more thing is Hot'n'sour soup is very good in taste!!! #chickentikkaroll #shawarma #spicy #soup

The best Non veg restaurant in Trichy central bus stand Coin Parotta - sweet with chocolate sauy, my fav i can eat all day Three region briyani - Delicious but quantity is less Mutton kili parotta - great with tender meat Chicken kili parotta - Very tasty with tasty tender chicken and serva Egg lapa - ok Gadhothkajan mega thali - 4-5 members can easily share this, no words to express this thali, everything in one place. If possible I would hav give ratings in negative for the staff's service and their attitude. If u want to experience the worst service, u should definitely give a visit to this place. Unfortunately their food is good but no one likes to eat at their enemies place right? Yes the staffs will treat you like u r an uninvited person at their function. Once we were invisible to them wen hardly 2 tables were occupied at lunch hours. 4 staff were gathered discussing their stuffs and never bothered about us who was peak hungry at 1.30 pm. The service was very poor. We almost waited an hour for food. Food was also not tasty. We ordered sambar rice which was served very cold. No proper response from waiters and they didn’t value the customers. Many people left because of the lack of service. We chose this place to try out Thali special but when we ordered the waiter was like order some other food thali will take time. Such a lame response. Not visiting this restaurant anymore.

I ordered veg meals from this restaurant 👎 Not satisfied😡😡😡😡, no salt in sambar and also in butter milk, worst food I have ever eaten , Please don't order in online if you order in online so you get worst quality food. Dont waste your money. Really disappointed......

I ordered maharaja non veg meals.. But they delivered jus non veg meals. No chicken, no mutton, no chicken lollipop, no kola... I called them and said this, but no proper response... Such a cheating thing.. Worst experience...

Combos are on par ok but in delivery they are missing items claiming that all items were send but it's not to the delivery platform it takes more than enough time to prepare food then to get delivered . Not attending class after placing order you'll be get suspicious that is there persons are working or not for a hotel with restaurant this shows there hospitality!

I was visiting this hotel many times because the food taste was very good , i request all of them to try the food varieties especially crab sup ......but service was worst all the time from my first time to till now better we can order in online or get parcel from hotel dine in is worst they didn't do proper service to the customer

Had new experience with Gadothgajan Thaali meals.... Good variety of meals for a less rate of 999. We were about 5 members who shared this big thaali... But welcome drinks & desserts are big let down. And most of the dishes require more improvement in taste. Hotel has good ambience and parking facility... I will give 4/5
