Food tastes below average. Pricing is high for the taste.

Visited this branch for lunch when we're on the way to native. Ordered two mutton biryani, chicken lollipop, Mutton kola urundai(3 piece). Taste wise biryani & lollipop were good. Kola was average, in every bite rather meat u could find only channa dal (kadalai paruppu). Pros: Hotel has good parking area behind the restaturant in that busy road. Also they served rasam & rice as complementary for biryani Cons: Bit expensive. For 2 adults & kid costs me 840 Rs for above items.

Highly disappointed with the service, not satisfied with the taste of the food items. Tried NV meals, Chicken Briyani, Vanjram Tawa Fry and Fish Finger. Wait time after getting leaf 15 minutes to serve the veggies and curries which should be ready anytime and to get white rice wait another 10 minutes.. They like to have 1 time service it seems.. they ll never look again for the rice second time.. before you complete your food you'll get your bill.. how smart 😎😎

One of the famous Non-Vegetarian restaurant in Trichy. We ordered Mutton Biriyani, Fish Biriyani, Nattu Kozhi gravy, Chicken Noodles and Egg full boil. They gave thalcha and curd onion for Biriyani. Mutton biryani and chicken noodles are good. Fish biriyani not good. And Nattu Kozhi gravy gave slightly sweet taste. So it's also not good. Service and atmosphere are good.

Very disappointing at first we ordered mutton biryani and waited for 35 minutes they said in biryani the dum has not putted and when the food came the quantity was so less and the tase was also not that good if you guys need to tase the real biryani tase go to hakim's biryani

We have ordered chicken dum parotta (swiggy). Quantity is good. But quality is very bad. Chicken kuruma frothy smelling. Called the restaurant contact number. They told bring back because they have to taste whether it is frothy or good. Then they accepted that kuruma is really very bad and frothy smelling. They have changed. So plz before eat the food taste it first and smell it. Twice I had the bitter experience with this restaurant.

Very very worst hotel i have ever seen.. Too much cost.. Chicken briyani, rice quantity is high, but inly two small pieces.. Both chicken and mutton briyani tastes same.. Very worst.. Mutton chukka costs 228₹, but so small pieces only around 6 pieces.. Pls don't go here and waste money,also we ordered lemon juice, which took nearly half and hour to come and very low quantity.. It costs 40 ₹.. Pls don't go..

Worst place.. Chicken pieces in briyani was so chill. But briyani is hot. Doing business towards Monday. After 3 days had mutton briyani there. Full of bones only worst experience. Avoid thus type of hotels.

Your staff served us filthy nethlifish fry on 05/12/2021 & charged Rs.124 for that. This is very sad. Don't serve filthy foods in your hotel hereafter. The hospitality when you start the hotel is vanished. If you don't mend your faults you will loose your old customers.

We, a group of 7 members went for a family lunch on 08- 02- 2023. My uncle and his friend had crab soup. Later that day they had food poisoning and fever. They took trips and some medications to get back to normalcy.The soup was hot but the crab was cold. The chicken soup smelt bad. The biriyani was not up to the mark. Fish finger was good. Our over all experience was bad. We have been to other branches of banana leaf in trichy and went to this branch with the same expectation. But we were totally disappointed because of the health issues we had later. Concerned officials kindly look into this. Thank you

My went for there brand and quality. I usewelly take food whenever I go to trichy. Due to corna and less crowd. I went karur by pass road twice. Both time I got disappointed...I tried almost all items 5 to 7 members so I ordered / tried all .it's not worth for money But others ok like welcome ,parking

Very worst service. The way they treated was really bad. We have ordered butter chicken masala but they gave some Innovative dish as same as sweet Pongal. It was very horrible experience and so I suggest look out for other restaurants.

I really liked the proper south indian taste and the service is really appreciative. However, i tried bit of chinese food but it is not as expected like south indian dishes.

Worst server and One of the worst experience i ever had. I ordered mutton meals and chicken sidish. They charged 240 but gave only mutton gravy. When asked for other gravy they said it has to be asked to manager . Why I should pay 240 for mutton meals if will not get other gravy . Instead o ordered non veg meals I could have got all gravies for around 150. Charging more and giving worst food . The taste is also not up to the mark .

Authentic Tamilnadu Seeraga samba Biriyani is served here. Biriyani Aroma is mind blowing can think for a day. One can feel the richness of the biriyani taste with ghee flavour. If you want to try a worthy biriyani after a long breakup with biriyani or at weekends I would recommend this Banana leaf restaurant. Their chicken 65 is also soft and tender with nice masala. Shawarma,grill,tandoori,lollypop is also available. Price is medium high, but worth the taste UPI is available

Food poisoning. Dont buy shrimp or prawn items from this place they done clean it before cooking . The deveining of prawn is not done peoperly before cooking and it will cause severe food poisoning.

One of the good restaurants in Trichy. They have been maintaining the taste of biriyani consistently. This time I tried the kola / keema balls there but it was not that great. Hospitality is great. For parking you need to reach the back side of the hotel.

We went there having high expectations. But taste was bland. They don't know the meaning of Butter Chicken. Simple Chicken masala was served. Chilly Prawn was ok. Fried rice was also bland. But mutton biryani was good.

Extremely bad service. We went in at 3pm and the waiters were in no mood to serve us. We requested for hot water and they denied. We requested for extra spoon and it was literally thrown on our banana leaf. After raising this with the manager, the service marginally improved. Not going again.
