A Strong ❌ to this restaurant. Won’t recommend this restaurant for anybody. Poor quality and customer service. Don’t know how to maintain the crowd. Food was served late and it was not hot. Taste was a disaster. Plates, tumblers and other vessels were not washed properly. Purely Disgusting 🤮 cashier said the server guy is inexperienced, you just write the feedback and leave. Intolerable 🤬

I have been quite a few times, a good authentic place to have veg cuisines, they also have a mini hall with no extra charge just with extra maintenance for small gatherings or engagement. My sibling and one of my cousins got engaged here. Good service

From the past 2 times, the order they sent is totally spilled. They can't afford a simple cello tape to seal the order. Don't recommend at all. No taste. And even they can't accept the mistake. Their manager is worst in all of them.

Worst meals, service and ambiance I have ever had in any A2B restaurant , all the vegetables are half cooked, the sambar they give in a very small vessel which is not enough for the first serving of rice and had to wait 5 mins for extra sambar, charge extra for a appalam, had to wait for 10 mins for the waiter to take order and 15 mins for a meals to get on my table. Do i have to wait 30 mins to get a first bite of food please note this is not even peak hour it was 3.15pm. Very disappointing, upset and expensive experience. Trichy A2B reputation has dropped.

The worst A2B I have ever visited. We visited at 7.30 for dinner and we got a table. We were made to wait for 25 minutes even though we approached 3 servers to take the order and finally went to the bill counter and asked them should I wait or leave and then they took the order. They provided water which was worse than a roadside shop. Adding the pic. Idly was served within 5 minutes but for fried rice and Parota they took another 45 minutes from then. There were so many customers like me waiting and few were arguing with the servers why not taking the order and delay in providing food and how Zomato orders are delivered in less than 10 mins as we were able to see the delivery people come and leave the restaurant so quickly. I myself saw almost 10 people waiting and arguing with them. Such a horrible experience. Finally to pay the bill they made me wait and I immediately went and told I will not wait more than 1 minute from now and will leave the place without paying if I am not provided the bill and I got the payment done immediately. The restrooms were very clean. Limited parking space at the back side of the restaurant.

Very crowded even at 10pm. Very late in seving food. Don't go when you are so hungry. Taste is exceptionally good. However I am not sure about quality. Because we witnessed a server taking leftover chutney from a table and serving it to another table.

Definitely the best group of restaurants among TN, usually many ppl says that price is high,but it's definitely worth for the amount you pay. A2B never compromises on their quality and food products. In karurbypass road Trichy branch we ordered mini lunch which costs RS 125 includes a delicious ghee kesari and 3 variety rices- sambhar, tamarind And curd rice. Accompanied by a piece of chapathi and guruma. They also provided vathal and a pickle packet. It was neatly packed without any leakages. * Next was Chilly Paneer- the best ever I had in town, paneer was so soft and a perfect chilly Paneer after many days costs RS 195 , can be shared by 3 members. Overall a good restaurant with good service and quality. They accept all type of cards. Highly recommended.

We recently went twice in a week for lunch. The service was very poor. Noone came to take orders for more than half an hour inspire of requesting. The waiters are very rude. This is the last time I am visiting any A2B in life. Felt insulted. The worst thing is we paid in cash and they didn't give us the bill even after 10 min. So they gulped the entire bill. Congratulations to the management for this mismanagement.

Although they do not have all d items as per the menu still whatever is available has good taste. Moreover the ambience is really nice.

Nice food with reasonable price, but the place is crowded and orders take a lot of time to get served. One another suggestion is, please introduce larger tables. If a group of 6+ people came, then it's difficult to seat them together. But overall the restaurant is very good. These are just suggestions.

The taste and quality of food was top notch. But the price was bit high than usual. We had naan and aloo gobi masala. Aloo gobi masala taste was good but there was so much oil. That was one thing which i noticed.. Naan was perfectly done.. We had curd rice. It was served with pickle and papad. I felt that quantity can be bit increased for the price which they've quoted

The food tastes good..But the attitude of the billing counter person was bad..I had ordered for parcel lunch, snacks and a juice to drink but they took more than 30 min even to get the juice..I had mentioned we had left behind a patient in hospital and had come to get parcel. Still she didn't bother and was delivering all online deliveries that came after me.. On top of it she had missed to keep 2 items which I had to come all the way back to get it. Whether it was intentional or not, she was rude when I questioned her about the incompleteness in service

Been a regular customer of A2B wherever I visit for the quality of food. Though it is premium priced I like their ambience and neatness. The item I ordered was Mini tiffin, consisting of Idliy, Pongal, Vada & Mini Masal Dosa with accompaniments and a sweet. The Dosa was cold. Mini Vada had Maximum oil oozing. The Tomato chutney was stale. I must agree that the regular Vada and Dosa ordered by my group were hot and good quality. I wish the management looks into the above issue and see how they can improve in the deficient areas.

I have Visited Nearly 30 branches of A2b .. I think This Was the Wrost Branch.. Foods quality is Too poor ..We are Not able to Eat Properly So Not recommended for this Branch

🍴🍝 Went to this shop for lunch with my relatives. The food was very nice! They had a lot of food in the menu so whatever you want to you can find it. We had a splendid time here. Restroom is nearby but the thing is you have to wait. We also bought sweets from them which were also nice. Would recommend to try Rasmalai, Mysore Pak, Milk Peda, Kaju Katli. Overall it was a fun experience🥙🥘

It took a very long time to get orders. Supervisor is un responsive. Tables were not cleaned properly flies were in the table. Not properly cleaned utensils.

Very worst service. More than 30 minutes nobody came to our table to take orders. After I complaint in the billing counter a person came and he too served like a tortoise speed. Every time I had a same issue in this restaurant

Never prefee this place in weekends. Food quality gone to ground. Worst service. Not even they are ready to provide water. We need to follow them to have water then think about orders. Once I order they said few chatneys were not available. Only with the name, they are surviving which will not last for more days.

Nice ambience very quick delivery insanely wide spread stuck to a ..err unusual combo for a light dinner ...1/2 bowl of soup and 3/4 of a chaat plate ...kids polished it off with hot chocolate brownie with icecream. Only one crib ...too spicy to my lining

We experienced with our family. Worst service from the order taker. The taste of the food is not to the bench mark. The gobi manchurian was fried lot and the oil used was poor for even fried rice or for dosa. The waiter was very lazy and arrogant. Except parking everything needs improvement including the coffee.

If you are someone want to spend more time waiting for food and get a good food you can try this place. The time taken for brining food to table will be more. If you are someone who is not in hurry then you can try this place for good food.

Costly, the Food is good but not their service especially if you’re there between 9 and 10 pm. I had been to this place 5 times in the last one month in the evenings. Waiters show their face, murmur if you ask them anything for a couple of times. So much of confusion they made in the billing and delay. Update 10/06/2025 I got a "Response from the owner" asking me what went wrong. I couldn't be more clearer, I guess. If you would really like to "Fix it immediately" reread my above comments so you will know. I could think of the following reasons >> 1. Waiters could be underpaid 2. I see you're under staffed 3. Billing delays

We had lunch here. The food was good. But the service was very poor. We ordered South Indian meals and after about half an hour they placed the tali. After that nobody bothered to ask what we wanted. Very poor service for a big brand like A2B. If lunch was like this, I had another bad experience when I tried buying some sweets. I picked up three sweets and one khara and after packing they took about 20 minutes to prepare the bill. Very poor service. Should improve

Decent restaurant that is family friendly. They have good vegetarian options, but the oil usage in food needs some serious improvement. Lots and lots of oil in the 'chilly parotta' and 'mushroom munchuriyan' we ordered.

Went to A2B today for a spl occasion but the whole evening was a fiasco it took ages to find a waiter. Order was placed 1. Bel poori, 1. Also paratha 1.paneer Tikka,asked for falooda the service person said he needs to check but never turned up. Received the below poori after 15 min had a funny smell whether the tomato was spoiled or the potato informed the waiter he stared at me as if something aloo paratha and paneer Tikka came to the table after 35 min dam cold I couldn't make out the difference between raitha and aloo paratha. I had to beg for a bottle of water literally I had get up from my table walked to the counter for a water bottle. So iritated wanted to leave asked for the bill didn't arrive then had to ask for the table no it was 6 again had to go to the counter for bill they had issues with printing the bill had to summarize the items eaten paid the bill complained in the counter nobody bothers about what I am saying they are busy on the phone. So pathetic even if I didn't paied the bill and left the hotel also nobody is there to care. I recommend people not to try on a special occasion day.

Taste is similar to that of other branches. Staffs near the Entrance are Good whereas when we move toward the family section some are sloppy. However parking is available behind the building. A passage leading to parking just adjacent on the right of the building

I went here at 8am. I think there is less staff to handle the customers at that time. Ordering food itself it takes time. Food quality is good, Ambiance is good. We have two wheeler and car parking available.
