02.08.2022 - 1st visit Ambience was cool. Food was good not great, both mutton briyani and Schezwan egg rice, little bit salty. Service was good, They mentioned the duration of the time we have to wait, in advance. Price was affordable. 09.08.2022 - 2nd visit This time we have ordered Plain briyani, mutton koththu idiyappam and chicken sukka, ice cream and sweet lime. Instead of chicken sukka, we got pepper chicken. We didn't bothered to tell them it was wrong food. This time, main course of the foods were tasted good. My dad loved the mutton koththu idiyappam. Sweet lime was good. But the icecream taste was below average. Tasted like crushed ice with different essence flavour. It would be great if they offer Arun or amul icecream scoops. 19.08.2022 - 3rd visit. Okay. Now this restaurant turns out to be our favourite restaurant. This time I've ordered Spicy shawarma, French fries, chicken koththu idiyappam along with our regular orders. French fries was good. I didn't like shawarma. It's not my taste at all. IF YOU VISIT ARAB SPICE, the food you must try is Chicken/mutton koththu idiyappam. It was so good. And the price was affordable. ❤️

An total disaster so many uniformed stewards good decoration ..but completely unpaltable food ..i dont know is there a chef who inow basics of cooking the menu say virdhunagar mutton fry what came out was some uncooked meat ..chetinadu fish masala never even will visit this place in my life ..there is an neon sign outside with trip advisor 4 stars ..now i dobut trip advisor too for recommending this place

I just have loads to say about this restaurant as this is our family's go to place with our baby. The high chair and balloons r a biggest plus while v were able to sit back and enjoy our dinner. For this reason, we chose the party hall too for our daughter's 1st bday and the way they arranged d food and accommodated our last min request for additional folks was a biggest plus. Food is Good in taste , whatever we ordered not disappointed the only problem is poor service really they should improve their service, everything is served late we lost our appetite, more than that if we need something there is no one is there to ask we have to wait some times to get the server if they change the service it will be one of the best family restaurant in Trichy

Perfect place for lunch and dinner..... New varieties of dishes tried , chicken khabsa it's like chicken mandi ... Butter naan , panner butter masala along with kadai chicken good try but panner butter masala slightly had a sweet taste... Broasted fish new try nice ..... Chicken pasta also so nice........ Shawarma is must try soo good but naan is slightly dry. overall good place aesthetic ambience sets for perfect lunch

This place sells Indian, Chinese and Arab food. There is also a lot of fast food on the menu. Food in general was good. Indian dishes are very good. The Indian soups were excellent. The Chinese dishes are good. Arabian dishes don't taste or feel like authentic Arabian food. The meat had too much of strong masala rather than the subtle Arabian flavours. Service is good and staff were courteous. Parking is available right in front of the restaurant.

Had a good dinner at late hours today. We had butter naan, paneer butter masala which was too good, dosas and chutneys were very good. Though a non veg speciality hotel, we were very glad that we were able to get good vegetarian food (Purataasi month ;) )at reasonable prices... Highly recommended...

Everything about the place is average it can be so much more. The decor and lighting is fugly. Some tables have an AC directly overhead so food gets cold too soon. I'll give a 3.5 star rating at best. The place was clean so they do have that going for them. Price vs taste was a little bit out of balance

It was my first visit to Arab spice restaurant ✨The ambiance is very welcoming and chill too. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Foods are extremely well cooked!! The Prices for the items are really reasonable.

I called restaurant and I ordered Mandhi biriyani. Cashier person charged me 270 rs for one person. Chicken rice cost is of 179 rs. Madhi biriyani taste is like a gheera rice. They have given only small wing chicken piece for 270 rs. Very worst restaurant I have seen in Trichy. They are fooling us by keeping paid reviews on the internet. I suggest all not to prefer this restaurants.

Normally I don’t blame food but I had outside food after 6months in this restaurant and the next day itself I suffered from Typhoid. Thank you Arab spice for your double quality food. Kindly do have a concern on your customers. I trusted you that’s the reason I choose your restaurant compared to others and thanks for disappointing me.

We tried Bun Parotta and Kadai chicken, taste is good but quantity is less for the billed price.

Ambience and everything is fine but service of the supplier is really to worst and every time I think they expect tips from us, I am went to the restaurant more than 10 times but one times it's good but if they have rush and non rush they have nowdays no responsing worst supplier and i have already told to them face to face but again the waiter has expecting tips i think so if we eat for 1000 ra have responing otherwise they think say our place is one side and they have doing their personal work like using Mobile phones and other irrespective activities worst of service but they got certificate also ? How it. Happen I don't know they have a certificate of good service but not their is 3 or more suppliers even though they will look off and itha order Kum namkum ena eruku kura Mari behave worst of all suppliers but food is okay and also they having using high salt in the food that will affect us please try to change this other wise your restaurant will go low in range and also their is no parking facilities when we look at the restaurant and finally even though the supplier won ask bill after the meal also we need to ask for 20 times for billing they were has a worst supplier in Trichy but hotel is okay. So kindly please take action against the supplier activity.

I am extremely sorry to write this review. Today, a day before diwali, I went and ordered chetinad chicken gravy. Wen i opened after going to home, I was shocked to see and taste that gravy. First time I am seeing a chetinad gravy in utter black color. Tasted as burned food. We r visiting ur restaurant hoping that u would maintain quality but u too involving in short profit making idea of giving worst food thinking that this day is for drunkard and u started to fool all ur customer.

I ordered Barbeque chicken and it is rotten, i had half of the chicken and it tastes different for me, so i stopped eating it. Now, I'm suffering from food poison for past 2days.. Please avoid taking chicken outside, because it is also not fault of restaurants, they might frozen it and they won't taste the food before serving it to customers..

I had recently ordered take away from here and , they have hidden charges of 5 rupees per order irrespective of the size and prize. Eg : Naan they pack in a foil and charge 5 Rupees for that foil. The person in the front desk mentioned for box they charge and it is how all restaurants charge. I have been ordering take away and they normally charge a common packing charge if at all and not individual. I ordered 9 items and total I paid 45 Rupees for packing. Even, I asked if we bring our own box will the packing charges be waived off, he said no, which makes no sense to me. I was also told at the end of the menu they have given the packing charges details which is misleading. Why cant the packing charges be mentioned at the top of each page.

Good place . It is in Bypass service road. TVS tollgate Trichy. Car parking can be done infront of restaurants itself. Security guard available and he will assist for parking. Kapsa rice and faham chicken is awesome. Good taste as like as Saudi Arabia restaurant taste. Price is moderate. Decent dining hall. Good rest room with Western type toilet. Good for family visit. No beverages available like pepsi.coke.sprit. Only their own juice and beverage service available. Dinning hall is semi partioned. Good privacy for dine.

Just the ambience is good. We have been made to wait 20 mins for each dish. Briyani was the worst i had in recent times. While traveling I chose this restaurant because of gud reviews but we had to spend 1.5hrs in this place due to the delay.

Really disappointed..order one briyani,one plate shawarma,BBQ garlic,parota...Briyani was ok...BBQ was terrible no smell of garlic and chicken was very hard and tasted very bad and when we asked them to replace they said they would do some alterations and finally added some pepper..now it tastes worst than the before..I don't think so the chicken is fresh...plate shawarma worthless for Rs150 ..quantity was very low and taste was below normal...parotta was good....one has to wait atleast 25 minutes even to get the simple food

The burgur u will take one bun cut half in pati give serve . 2 big bun unable to eat and costly, next I come 12.30 there is no shawarma (chiken wrap) so early to make it . I will wait 30 mins for a dish , give dish too fast to me so I will give 4* . Thank u for your good job

Today I visit the restaurant with my frnd and we ordered sawarma their The dish at Arab spice restaurant was Very tasty and well prepared. I love the service at the place , and the staff is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.
