We dine in with our family members...we ordered both chicken and mutton biriyani... taste was superb and well cooked mutton and chicken pieces... Nice interior...well maintained...neat and clean...one of the busiest restaurant...good customer approach and service....food rate only little bit high... but reasonable...card payment is available...

Very good biryani! Watch out because the location of the restaurant in Google maps is completely wrong!! It is close to the big pond.

Worst service. They don't give time to order they are urging and the next minute you complete the food they are asking to move from the table very rude service we got . But food was soo good ❣️

We people of 6 members visited this Branch by 14th of August, 2022 . We ordered 2 Mutton Briyani, 2 Chicken Briyani , 1 Mutton Kola, 1 Chicken Noodles and Fish Finger Briyani - It's looks too oily and I have attached those pictures . They have not properly maintained nd served this briyani. They have mentioned their briyani as best in the city, but it was totally worse. #TOO_OILY #WORSTBRIYANI Mutton Kola - Okay . Fish Finger - Average Chicken Noodles - Meat was not good , felt like rotten Food wise , we are totally disappointed . They were less number of service peoples and they don't even serve properly . Totally worst service delivered from your end . Advice - Try to train your service people to serve for the people with kindhearted. Ambience and cleanness too bad . Don't speak yourself as best briyani, better try to have this words as a review from your customers .

KMS Hakkim Kalyana Briyani Restaurant is the go to place for briyani. Briyani is not too spicy and the taste of briyani is very special that you will not get anywhere else in Trichy. Especially this location has very nice seating and usually we come here in between shopping. It gives us energy to continue shopping.

Worst experience we ordered biriyani for that they gave dalcha as accompaniment, in that there is cockroach. We informed to supervisor but he is stating the if this is happen in your house what will you do?. This is the way they response to a public. If any thing happens to our family who is responsible. Irresponsible restaurant they don't care about customer life. They require only money.

We went to this NSB Hakim for the first time.it was little crowdy though we manage to get place after waiting 15 mins. As always the briyani was awesome and tastefull and we have ordered chicken fried rice which is top-notch with that we have order fish finger and chicken lollipop both were really mouthwatering with their mayonnaise.But the only drawback was due to crowd the service was little delayed and they could not occupy the crowd.overall the ambiance was good and food was really good.

The restaurant is located in the middle of walaja complex. Mutton biriyani costs ₹280 And chicken briyani costs ₹180. The mutton pieces are cooked very well.It is soft and tasty.The rice is tasty not spicy in briyani.Flavour is good. Adequate amount of mutton pieces are there but, the quantity of Rice is not enough in the bowl. Veg meals(unlimited) also available athe cost ₹95.

Taste was not bad. But expectations not fulfilled. KMS Special Chicken taste is good. Quantity of the chicken was not satisfied. Customer service is Good. Neat and Hygiene.

Whenever I go to Trichy we choose only KMS becoz of its taste but past two time I had worst experience the briyani was not good like as before and other items were also not gud taste .if u want to go KMS pls choose palakarai branch .

The foods are so good. Evening items are so good. Fried rice , chicken items , kaadai are all fine . Briyani is also good . Even we have all types of fresh juices are available and also falooda is available. Parking is somewhat tough. Clean and neat environment.

Taste is average. Tried Briyani, Fried Rice, BBQ Chicken. Briyani taste is just ok. Fried Rice is comparatively better. BBQ Chicken tasted more like Tandoori and nothing to near BBQ. Main advantage is large seating capacity.

Food is not upto the mark. Biriyani is very poor like a lemonrice. With less pieces of chicken. I have dinned at new branch in vayalur road. No worth for money. It also made some food poisining.

Hi, Sorry to say this. I never had this kind of worst food in Thanjavur/Any where. I went yesterday to KMS Thanjavur for eating delicious food but my expectations was gone wrong. The Briyani was just like Tambrind rice as well oily... and the Grilled chicken was not hot and felt like it was prepared 2 days back... And I had order prawn gravy...It was also hard like old stock.... I recommended to people to don't go there for eating food... Because we will forget how is the briyani taste... Again I am sorry to say this.. Just I want to report you to correct it in future (if possible)...

Mutton and chicken Biryani was over by the time we ordered. So tried egg biryani and roti with chicken curry. Taste of the biryani was good but the curry was pretty bad. A reputed restaurant needs to maintain their quality and standard in all the items they offer.

Very very less service man power for food delivery and food orders.. Booking time 30 min.. Then order time 30min.. After they are reply biriyani not available it will take time.. Finally 1.30 hours waiting then got a food... Nearly all places full.. But service man only 5 or 7 person.. How to manage all customer.. My thought Need to improve the man power...

Schezwan fried rice is not that delicious. briyani is ok ok taste. bit costly when we compare with the taste.
