One of our most sought after facility, primely because of its location and great biz-class comforts for its valued clientele.

Giving the rating for the facilities I got for the price I paid. I stayed three days . Had an emergency visit to trichy and choose this hotel for the good wifi connection. Good internet speed and was able to do my work uninterrupted. They have a big parking space , so no worries about parking. Breakfast buffet variety can be improved, but the food is fresh and tasty. They don't have menu for lunch and dinner. You have to ask room service for current days menu which will be served only at room - very little items, so better to order swiggy :). Centralized A/C which works all the time and get good sleep though you are in the centre of town. Staff is very helpful, responsible.

The room was great. But the toilet was not clean up to the rathna mark. It was soiled. But compared to the other hotels in trichy the room was very nice and the cost of stay is ok.

Unfriendly staffs(not everyone), people visiting trichy with car drivers should avoid this hotel as they don't provide any facility to the drivers including rest room or clean wash rooms. Some staffs are very rude.Very near to central bus stand and also close to the railway station this hotel should be a favourite of travelling Company people and families alike as it is convenient because of the proximity to all areas as well as the highways. In house restaurant and bar is available. The room fare is reasonable. Hygiene is maintained. The service is very good.They have huge parking space. The only disappointment is there is no dormitory or restroom for car drivers. My driver has to suffer. Otherwise recommended.

Don’t book MAP (meal added plan) here in the hotel. The hotel staff is highly ill mannered and services are very bad. They don’t even deserve single star for there service.

Walkable distance from both Railway junction and central bus stand. Room was very quiet. Had a decent tasty breakfast as well. If needed I would stay again.

Room is neat and clean..its quite a big property..all amenities are placed in the room..they gave me a smoking room and did not even check with me. Pillow was stained a bit. Breakfast options were basic minimum..not many choices..

Hygienic rooms, prompt room service, decent restaurant (however ambience could be little better), well functioning dual elevators, variable sized banquet halls, (small to medium), adequate car parking, overall a very pleasant stay!

The rooms are clean and neat . Food is average though the location is near the railway station and the bus stand has so many options nearby. Ample parking space and service is also good.

It is a walkable distance from the bus stand. The food tastes a bit okay. Room rent is too costly and rooms are not upto the mark. Mainly don't take water bottles from them. They will charge Rs. 7 for GST. Overall experience is.. Don't get the feel of happiness and peace for the money that you paid for your stay.

This hotel is very very old rooms not renovated rest rooms are too old nasty and if you are staying for more than day they won’t bother to clean your rooms. I gave the room key at 9 asked to clean returns back at 3pm still room was nasty and I shouted at them then they sent two persons and did cleaning for sake but if you check out after few hours they will ask for extra money half day rent but they won’t be proper. Breakfast is with less option very average location is good pla Krishna is more worser than this better go for shaans suites blossoms hotel Even as an another option I asked to change the room reception guy was so rude he is not changing also but getting money they will make sure not leaving single penny not value for money

Very worst experience. Don't go ever. Service part : Even water is delivered in 30 mins. Forget about food ...it takes an hour or more (minimum). Rooms : Rooms are not cleaned properly. Even insects are there in the room. Staff behaviour is very bad including manager and even owner. They are just making people fool. Very very bad experience. The location of the hotel is also not good at all. Above feedback is very true and honest.

PL.A Rathna Residency Hotel, Trichy is a decent budget hotel and fits very well for the travelling modern Entrepreneurs and Mid Level Business Persons, Professionals, and Middle Income Group Families for their comfortable stay.

Came here for a function. It has a great hall with good amenities. Location is also very good, very close to central bus stand.

Worst hotel in Tiruchirappalli for corporate booking as we had booked with MAP plan....rooms are not clean and in Hygiene condition... highly unprofessional and rudeness behaviour of staff........in MAP plan every day cut the manu.....very bad experience...

Charges are very heavy and rooms are un hygenic and not providing food as per policy ...overall experience very bad.

This is one of the best places for its price range in Trichy. Very close to bus stand and railway station yet a top notch place. Centralised AC Clean Bathrooms with toilet and shaving kits Good beds and neatly maintained rooms The best part is the complimentary breakfast. Not a variety of menu but it is more than enough to satisfy your morning apetite.

Very poor and greedy people running this hotel. I had booked room through my corporate MAP plan even after that I am unable to take my meal because they didn't want. Just focusing on how to loot the customer's. Management is ultra bad will not listen to you. Please avoid this hotel.

Rooms corridor nice and neatly maintained. Key lock system is nice. Housekeeping service, trolley, cleaning checklist are nice. Dining are is so nice. Parking facility also good. Rate also okay for the quality of service.

Person who shows the room will not leave the room until you give him some tip. He said all things what bathroom is for, how to use the remote, what the fan switch, I am already in headache and he gave me some more. I gave hime 10 and sent out. Prime location but far away from srirangam and if planned for srirangam temple visit auto will charge or sometimes won't come at all. In the morning i am in need of a flight ticket printout I asked to do a favor they charged 20 for 2 pages, I payed them - not complaining, plan accordingly do such things outside which is cheaper. Washroom and bed are average for the money. Rest of the stuffs are good.

Reception was terrible, was charged an extra days amt for exceeding the checkout time. While it was written in the voucher to be 12 PM PM and i was still charged a days worth when I checked at 9 AM the same day. Still, I feel like the reception could inform the customers before their checkout time. They don't forget to call you for lunch and dinner so they get to charge you, but when it comes to doing their responsibility they do t pay any attention. I feel robbed genuinely. Worst reception in Trichy ever.

Hi friends, Room was clean and good. Compliment of Toothbrush, toothpaste soap was good quality. Breakfast also good. I am staying in economic room Rs.2150 single on Feb.2022.

Ok place... Poor response to request for drinking water... They like to sell water after the courtesy supply of 2 small bottles in the room.... The moment you exceed 24 hours ,, they charge full 2nd day tarrif,, which is unheard of... Not a single minute of extra time after 24 hours for one day payment.

A hotel very near to Trichy town bus stand. The rooms are just compact not spacious. If you are staying overnight this may suit you. But you will be surprised to know you don’t get enough for what you pay – simply over priced. Toiletries, water bottle and room service is ok. The complimentary breakfast is good, even though the items are limited. You get a large uncovered parking space

We did not stay. We went there to eat only. The service was very poor. The quality of the food was very bad. Even the roadside eateries food are tasty. Coffee was in bad quality. Could not even take a sip.chutneys was of bad quality. It's better they close the hotel.
