Very worst hotel in my life...... yesterday we bought parota and gravy......in that gravy we found cockroach....and parota we found plastic paper..... very bad experience.....

Parotta taste good and crispy but, kuruma is average Omelette good ok not bad

Food quality is okay, but parcel management need to be improved. Today (16-Nov-2022) evening i ordered 1 Schezwan mushroom fried rice, 1 Schezwan paneer fried rice and 1 gobi 65. Attender gave the parcel to me with an explanation like only mushroom fried rice was mistakenly given as mushroom noodles, i even accepted the food since i am in a hurry to take it my home. After opening the food at home, there was no mushroom inside noodles and no paneer inside fried rice. I am giving two star because atleast the gobi 65 was good. I request to the management and other customers to check their items are correctly provided or not before leaving the hotel.

My Overall rating is around is 4.44. The place was very near the chatram bus stand, Trichy. It was easily located and the food was very good and very good price for the food. Had only tasted a few items would like to try other items in future. Good for people who're looking for vegetarian hotel.

Worst experience. One of the worst management. All the staff are very rude to customer. No safety for parking. If we locked the bike they will try to theft, even the staff and a partner of the hotel is doing the same. One of the worst Hotel in Trichy. Pls don't go.

I would weigh in Suvai for food and family /friends gathering . I have been customer there from my school days for both their fast food joint and the restaurant. Quality of food is really good . It’s in a prime spot where you get to reach easily . I would recommend to give a try and then you will recommend to your friends and family!!!!

We were travelling from Velankanni. Found this hotel on the way around 10.30pm. Good and safety parking space. Vegeterian menu was good. Kind staffs. Location is easily accessible if you are travelling from trichy towards coimbatore, kerala.

Wide variety of vegetarian dishes. Spacious parking space. Kind staffs. Well maintained mini hall for any kind of family functions and corporate events. We had few of our family events there. They organised in a professional way and allowed us to choose customized food menu.

Came for a event organized at Suvai Mini hall in 1st and 2nd floor of the restaurant. I must say, the parking arrangement was pathetic. When u have a space for function hall that accommodate 50-60 ppl then ensure you have sufficient parking space as well, otherwise no point in renting it out and let the customers suffer.

Worst place. Most racist place too. Very bad customer service. They don't care about their customers. Will take 30mins to notice your presence. If someone recommend this hotel please go somewhere else.

Don’t eat here. My dad had his breakfast here and got affected with food poison and severely admitted in the hospital. Gonna complain a case against this hotel.

Food was awesome but paying our bill via UPI means it's irritating with cashier. He is old person(senior citizen). I ate for 90 rupees and I don't have enough of money then, I asked to use Gpay he said you can't pay via UPI it's above 100 or 150 only (I didn't remember correctly). I ask you Guy's Gpay can accept 1 rupees also then why are you showing the Gpay to normal customers? Irritating with paying bill....! Please change your idea about using UPI.

We did book a mini hall (Thamarai) present in this Suvai restaurant for our family function. Hall was very nice and the quality of the food they had provided was very nice. Hall and Food costs are reasonable.

Visited this hotel on 5th August 2017. Decent hotel with good atmosphere. Special meals is 100 rs with icecream, beeda, banana. Worth for the money and service so good.

My Overall Rating is 3.7. Vegetarian hotel located near Chatram bus stand. Ordered Mushroom dosa and pomegranate juice. Juice taste was below average, but Dosa taste was good and also size was big. Mushroom Dosa Cost - 90-/ (Comparing the Size it was ok i think) Juice - 70/-. (Not worth the price. Taste was awful) Below Average Drinking Water. Recommend to Avoid it if possible. Price is a bit on the higher side comparing to the quality. Will be difficult for Budget travellers to visit regularly. Will visit again.

It is in the main Rd at Charan Bus stand, towards Karur , easy to approach, a 4 story building with Lift. A small space for 3 cars in front of this Vegetarian Hotel. Very spacious dining hall in the Ground Floor. There is a mini hall available for a medium Functions of 100 Guests in the 2nd Floor and s Dining hall at 1st Floor. Both Floors are Air-conditioned The meals are ok
