Usually reasonable. But last week we went after our purchase around 9.45 p.m. with the family. Servers were in hurry, hence we ordered selected dish yet it is not upto the standard of Padma hotel. Two sets of chapati ordered were totally crispy like pappad and just breaking once tried to eat. We compliant this to the server though he accepted but repeatedly told me that the bill is prepared and asked to come next time for the bill adjustment. (Bill prepared without informing us). Who cares to visit again to adjust the bill for their bad food? I think the response shows not interested to have loyal customers but only floating customer as the place busy.
