Been here on 07.05.2023 for lunch. Decent quality food for affordable price. Had pulirice (Rs 50/-) and a mosambi (sweet lemon) juice. The hotel is located at a convenient location in Trichy, service was quick and hygenic. Road side parking available.

Poor with handling the clients, without knowing the availability of the food, billing guy billed for the food which I have ordered, pls change ur behaviour if not no one will come to ur hotel for there kinds of things

We went at 9 pm for dinner. Dosa idli were available. Women servers do a great job at the hour. Parcel section was much crowded that time. Dining hall was spacious.

Decent Veg food, had a mini lunch for Rs.60 and the quantity was ok for the price. Also had a badam juice which was not great and over priced Rs. 50. Polite staff and good place for family dining. AC dining/non AC dining option is also available.

They will be providing special meals only if you sit inside AC room. We ordered special meal but the supplier is not providing as. He is telling only if I sit inside AC hall he will provide the spcl meal. Foolish act by the hotel. *So the hotel will provide spcl meal only if customer sits inside AC hall* even if the AC hall is not suitable for customer.

A decent vegetarian hotel in Trichy

This hotel serves different varieties of South Indian breakfast. We placed an order online, and the delivery was pretty quick. The Pongal and Idli from this hotel was good, but the Vada was too oily. Accessibility score of packaging: two on five. The food from this place was delivered in nondescript packets, whose contents would be difficult for persons with disabilities to identify. There was no information on the packets in accessible formats for persons with blindness to read.

Worst serving , no respect for customer who dine in. U will get irritated by their serving. But their food is good. But no hygiene. They dig their nose in and handle snacks . They never mind to serve after ding nose in front of costumers. Beaver of this hotel. It may be ok for hurry burry people who come to visit Joseph eye hospital .

Good. Normal healthy food of all sorts for nominal price supplied. They try to meet all the needs of diners at all times. Quite encouraging.They sell their own snacks and juice varieties.They can go for a separate rest room for ladies. Cleanliness should be taken care

Food quality is very good. Service is excellent. I was there for lunch as well as for night tiffin. One of the best restaurants in that area.

Waiting time is very high! Car parking is available. Attitude of employees is not good. Food is good and tasty. UPI transaction is not available in this big hotel that too in this technological world. They accept only card or cash payments 😕

They offer wide variety of freshly made snacks , muruku, boli, mixture and butter biacuits very tasty and good quality this hotel has affordably priced lunch menu lile tayir sadam (curd rice ) , lemon rice , vadai and other variety rice which tastes like grandma's recipe . Best in town for vegetarians affordable lunch , tiffin, snacks and breakast

We happen to have podi idly set dosa here. The taste of podi idly was up to mark . Set dosa were very soft and tasty. High quality food and hygienic.

Worst customer service, misbehavior and attitude towards customers. They don't have gpay or phonepay demanding to pay only through cash. Cards minimum above Rs.200. Customers are treated badly by the servers and cashier. Just like the customer service food was also terrible. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

One more enduring landmark for the foodies in the city. It has its regular clientele visiting the hotel for its trademark Sambar. This is not located near the hubs for the moving population but yet has a strong customer base of the locals. This has been made possible only by the consistent taste and quality.

Veg briyani (61₹) was tasty and good.Sambar rice (52₹) was not upto the expectations. It had more sambar and less rice. Lime Juice and basanti was good. Cost wise budget friendly and customer service should be improved.

Veg.Meals tasted good. Mushroom biryani we ordered was just Mushroom fried rice (Instantly made with masalas and basmathi rice) Poor service as they bring the food one after the other in a cup. Comfortable seating and good parking space for that Area.

Well, the waiter who served us didn't even know the menu properly, also the food was expensive but not worth it. We ordered a side dish for fried rice but had to wait for a long time. In my opinion I recommend this restaurant, if your hungry and could not find any other restaurant but if you looking for a worthy food, I don't recommend it.

Three stars im giving now bcoz i prefer this hotel mostly to eat rava dosa and chola buri but last time the taste is not bad not that much tastier as like before taste become very less chola buri is good but something taste comes down than before kindly change it like before..... Service is good

Food taste was good. Dishes were served hot even at 10 pm. Restaurant needs some cleaning definitely. Not maintained well. Though it is spacious the dirt spoils the look.

I won't recommend this hotel to anyone, one of worst hotel in handling the client starting from watchman to supervisor level. Please train your workers on how to treat people. Completely disappointed.

We ate dinner here last night. Had a very good experience. The waiter was helpful and guided us in what food was available at the time we visited. He always had a smile on his face. Good quality, spicy, food on a budget. Would recommend.

First time in my life I went in search of a ladies restroom and found commode missing. All that existed was a hole and flooded room.. Since I was accompanied by my husband ended up using the gents restroom

Waiters were irresponsive peoples. Food quality is good but the service is worst. Most of the time waiters were gossiping with female workers and they don't attend the customers who were sitting on the tables. For everything we should wait for 5 to 10 minutes for the servers after stopped their gossiping they will come and ask our requirement. Very good food and poor service.

Evening time snacks are not hot. You need to go by the time they make it to eat hot. I should say the quality of food is really nice and they are improving everyday.

Flavorful iddlies.. wheat rava upma... Probably the only restaurant in Trichy serving sodhi in accompaniment to fresh made in-house idiappam. Coffee to be improved.

Worst customer service 😡with best food quality and high price. Please do not enter this shop when you are scheduled with some other time fixed appointments. I'm sure you should wait for long time even if you are the bill no. 1 I personally waited for 25 mins eventhough I was bill no.1 of the day for breakfast just for 12 idlys which was already ready to be served with me scheduled for a train which is 35mins from then.

Yesterday night I had dinner in this hotel, service & food was good, 150rs is my bill amount & card payment is only above 200rs,no upi & I don't have cash in my hand and I inform to cashier this is my first time I visit here, please do card payment & cashier was Moaning & rude behaviour. Finally he done card payment.

Ordered food for take out. Variety of vegeterian foods available and are excellent in taste but the foods are bit pricy and since the hotel is so good, there's huge crowd for this place too as people keep swarming in. The order gets delayed sometimes due to crowd and there's no waiting room separately to collect the orders.

Hygiene is seriously questionable in the restaurant. I’ve ordered thayir vadai and the server took spoons from the leftover kept in another table, washed it in wash basin and brought it to us. Once we were done with Thayir vadai, the same server repeated the spoon washing episode for another customer. This is atrocious and unclean behavior from the restaurant and serious steps shall be taken by the management.

Decent food, decent price. Still the food price is much less in Bangalore. Also you can get idli and dosa from morning till night with lovely filter coffee for Rs.10 or 15 max.
