Due to COVID they are not doing proper maintenance. No complementary breakfast. Average quality of food. Even though I have booked suite - No drinking water and geyser is not working properly. AC also same. Advise before checking into the room check the amenities and take it.

Hotel Gajapriya the worst hotel ever in my life. The waiters are rude to the core with worst behaviour and absolutely no customer service most of the menu is not there they stopped doing it but still have the gadojkajan meals flex but they stopped doing it..asked for maharaaja thaali they stopped doing it.....asked for meals they stopped doing it ........they did not have mmost of the items in menu when asked what is available ...he said parotta so ordered kishi parotta with paneer for which I got two normal parottas with paneer peices in the middle wrapped in a cold banana leaf when asked the waiter has no explanation instead replied rudely that thisis how it is done. WARNING !!!!!! DONT GO TO GAJAPRIYA!!!!! WORST FOOD !!! WORSTWAITER !!!!RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

It wasn’t the same as it used to be. Very poor service and take a lot of time to deliver our order. Non responsive staff. Food is ok in taste and quantity. Avoid fish dishes as they are serving fish meat that tastes like it was frozen for months. The service quality has to be improved a lot.

We were so tired after a long temple tour and already booked 4 days ago. When we came to this hotel they provided some room with dusty room. We asked for safe drinking water since our water can is emptied due to tour, but they provide us some unsafe tape water.. next day we got sick by simply drink that unsafe water by coughing continously for 2 weeks its a worst one. Also the drawers are so dusty, they never cleaned the room and no hot water. Bed also has some insects, at night is a worst AC not at all working, we opened balcony and try to sleep. Room service is worst one room server came at midnight and asking whether we shift the room to another room. Mainly they never told the 4th floor is corona infected and telling only when we came there in person. They should have told this beforehand because its not safe for older and physically challenged. When we argued both the manager and hotel owner they told they ill give only 10% discount for room rent eventhough there's no AC, no hot water, no room clean, no drinking water and the rent is 2500rs for worst room. We immediately vacate the room next day evening and the room server shamelessly asking for the tip for poor service, worst room and bad car parking space. Like us few people vacate the room same day due to worst service. If your asthma patient better go for good hotel not this dusty room. In my life this is the worst hotel I have ever seen, eventhough am a regular customer for more than 3 years.

I don't want to talk about this hotel Worst experience I had Last week gone to Victoria restaurant (gadotgajan buffet lunch ) nearly waited for 1 hr in table to get food,, Persons are not friendly, avoiding a lot,worst taste,(half of menu only given) I will Never go again to this hotel It's my opinion and my bad experience that I am sharing,I don't have anything personal against them just disappointed with the way they were, Thanks

Rooms are very dirty and not clean floors and passage areas are very bad. Drinking water is the basic facilitty to provide by the hotel but they charging amount for that. Pls don't stay or book the room. They have charged 2016 rs for double occupancy. This is very very too much. That room only worth for 500 to 600. So pls look other good hotels in Trichy for rs. 2000.

I payed for 2 rooms at the reception and picked up the keys to my rooms on 30/10/23 and when i opened the rooms they were worst than jail. I immediately went to the reception and told them i want to checkout of here i dont feel comfortable with the rooms they told me they won't refund. Even after paying the money for 2 rooms i immediately gave the keys and left out of this place. Please stay away fom this hotel. It's poorly managed and the rooms are extremely bad.

Service is bad. Rooms are not that clean. Have ample space for cars only positive of this hotel. Hot water will take ages to come. If you love hot water bath don't think of selecting this hotel itself.

Once a very famous restaurant, now empty... mostly doing delivery...food is tasty, reasonable prices.

The Mutton Briyani on today afternoon for Rs.273/- was not worth even for Rs.70/- very bad taste and low quantity. The pride of Gajapriya restaurant is worst. I have informed to the Manager after half an hour but he said three cooks were changed the taste will be like this only.

The hotel lacks maintenance. The age of the hotel is seen and felt with dirty corners in the toilet. The seats were dirty and very untidy. The value for the money paid is not justified. Except for the location and from the office, it is just a manageable place to kill the night.

Location wise best, ok service, rooms are shabby...no water bottles, railway station like toilet...poor homestay type complementary breakfast....next to Kauvery hospital, we were staying there as it is easy to go to hospital and it served the purpose. The staff are courteous.

All dishes are absolutely good but recently they re not severing Tandoori items. Just check with them before stepping in...

Horrible place. Rooms were pathetic and poorly maintained. Room service was very poor. They did not have a dental kit and i had to wait for a towel for 45 min. The lady at the reception would hang up on you while ur speaking. It's never to go place for me

We came to have onam sadhya at 1pm, we had to wait for more than 1 hour. We previously called to confirm our table but it was useless. Don't come here if you want to have lunch and have a train to catch, or especially if you want to have food.

I visited to have lunch, and food was good but later we ordered for fresh juice which I was waiting for 15 mins and later on i canceled, in lunch we orders chicken biryani and found lot of mutton pieces and I received dhalcha in an broken bowl which i attached. Management need to take serious decisions asap.

Rooms are very old and washrooms are very worst . The most unclean toilet I have ever seen so far . Definitely need to improve the washrooms I had to wait 1 hour for checkout as there was no one in the front desk Definitely ask for a receipt when you pay advance as the front desk manager tried to loot me demanding I didn’t pay any advance. We confirmed with the hotel reception for two rooms. They agreed to give after one hour. When we enquired after an hour, they said rooms are not available. The staff Mr.Bharath was very rude. Initially he said no rooms. After we asked to speak with his manager, he spoke and agreed to give two rooms. They will not give water bottle and this will be charged. We agreed to pay for water bottle and he has taken 100 rupees for water bottle. When we asked why he charged 100 for a water bottle, he said you go out, we will not give you any rooms. He was rude and does not give any respect to any customers. Rooms are not good. Bathroom is not clean. Not worth for a stay. Don't waste your hard earned money.

The room is near the trichy central busstand. 200metres from bus stand and 900metres from tiruchirapalli junction. Rooms are ok.. not bad. AC worked well. The toilet is not good. But ok. The bed is neat and clean.

I stayed on 08/04/2023. Simply I says no updation no maintenance because old. Please improve. Mainly toilet commode is very old even tap I seen spider in restaurant. Improvement is required

Rooms are good, located very close to Trichy central bus stand and 1km from railway station, kauvery hospital is in walkable distance

The food combos available at swiggy was amazing. But the quality of food was really disgusting. Can improve that.

Long time back this was a good hotel to stay....but now it is not upto standards of a good place to stay ...even drinking water have to be purchased whereas in small towns we have hotels that provide water, bath towels etc. Even cleanliness is not present...I feel for the cost we pay for the rooms it falls short of satisfaction... should take efforts to improve the standards

Rooms were too old. Definitely needs renovation. We asked for iron box they didn't have. Breakfast was ok but I didn't like the ambience. The person serving was unhygienic. It costs 2k per day in sure they can do better.

If not the worst, this is one the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Such a filthy hotel. Room was old and unkept. The bathroom was very filthy. Had to visit Trichy recently for an emergency and I was in a hurry. So, took this room for INR 2500 as I didn't have any other booking and didn't want to waste time in searching. Rude staff behaviour at the front desk as well as in housekeeping. Complementary breakfast was just poor. Stay away from this place is the only thing I can say. For some reason, google didn't allow me to upload photos. Not sure whether it was blocked by the hotel.

Food was awesome! Especially their Gajoth gajan special was incredible! But they took approximately half hour to serve.

Our on the go dinner place, especially for the coun parotta and 3 state briyani platter. And no words to express the juicey drum stick chicken. Soooooo yum

Food is okay. But delivery time is too long almost 1hrs. order the food and go to purchase something then come to the hotel your food is ready. If you need hot water it also takes 30mins for coming to your table.

Need improvement in cleanliness. Wash room is of low standard. Hot water is a problem in the early morning.

There is no option for zero start otherwise i will give that. I pre ordered 999 and 1111 combo @11. I entered into the hotel @2.10. I received the dish @3pm. Just one dish. @3.20 i got 999 combo. I completed this @3.45. At tha same i said to them give me 1111 in the same time. But they served this @4.15. Then i said atleast give desert on the time. But i completed my lunch @5 still i didn't receive my desert. Then fight with them and left the hotel. I paid full money with waste of time. I didn't take desert also. I entered into my car then they give desert. But i didn't accept. I have a kid and aged people with me. I dont have mind this worst worst experience. I didn't see these kind of service before. At the same time three family ordered but they didn't received after one hour. So they left the hotel without eat. My friend refered this hotel bcaz this hotel is friend of relative hotel for him. But guys i u want eat lunch in this hotel plz enter at least@10am. Otherwise u will eat dinner.

Food is gd but service is very poor also delivery time is too long when we give order also they don't provide water also 🥵🥵 hot water timing -25min ,normal water timing -20min food timing -45 min They don't have more saidish bowls so customers eat fast and give server to the bowls otherwise they come and ask the bowls😂😂😂😂 food timings are slow but we eat fast😂😂😂😂

Hi I didn't expect from this hotel like this I ordered lunch mini meals with zomato first time only late and I started opening box rice was not nice and it was kept in fridge and it was old food I call the hotel person he gave me number to call I call him he told yes it was like that waht to do he is asking and he didn't respond property

Food and taste was good..service was good. Seems lot of deliveries going on through Zomato and Swiggy. We had to wait Initally for long time and we got menu card after sometime. But the person who serviced us was good. He made orders quickly and food came soon.

Exclusive ambience... service is bit slow but you will enjoy food. Ice creams are not good but rest of food is very good

Just now we are inside the restaurant for Onam sadya . We came as a family of 7 members . But the response was so poor. Meal will be ready only by 2 PM it seems. This is supposed to be a popular hotel in Trichy. Let me again if we really get by 2PM.

all the dishes awestruck but this time in Schezwan noodles the taste of raw egg is dominant and Sand Smell in fish too otherwise Breads and Deserts simply awesome,Very nice place for a foodie.

The ambience is good. The time taken for serving the food is little bit slow. The taste is not so better at the same time not bad. If you are to this restaurant give the ghatotkacha dish a try. It's a pack of all the food available at the restaurant and it would be enough for 3 adults to fill their tummy. It has a well spaced parking facility. The restaurant doesnt seems so much good from the outside but they have well furnished the indoor of the restaurant. It's an apt place for family to dine in. The coin parotta is one of the must try dish here.

We order combo of mutton briyani, Ella parotto with kolla vurundai on Sunday. I took lense to search the 3 prices of kolla vurundai. Briyani taste really worst and we felt bad taste Ella parota only good but money wasted. Also delivered 😣 very late by Zomato.

Location is a bit hidey! Taste was good, but i was expecting more for briyani...but not bad! Service was slow! But the special thing about this restaurant is the menu...a lot lf varieties you can choose from! Good place for trying decent food varieties
