Decided to take dinner here with my dad after the movie. Time was 10 PM. Dining was available till 10.30 PM. Only one guy was allocated to take customer orders, so we had to wait for time being. We have ordered, Plain briyani (150₹), chettinadu chicken(150₹) and egg noodles(110₹). The server guy was quick and good at his work. Price, quality, quantity of the food. Ambience of the place. Everything was worth it. SUGGESTIONS : You should give menu cards to the customers, so that they can know what varities of food you are serving, and as well as the cost. It would be easy for the customers to choose their food with their budget and try new items. We visited very late in the night, so it's okay to not get menu cards. Probably most of the foods would have been running out. 😅

Ordered Mutton kari dosai and valai ilai chicken , Both top up with heavy masala, next day we suffered very much .

Very worst service I have been waiting for nearly 15 mins sitting in front this table, no one cares and people working here boldly telling cleaning will take time. And after 20 mins they’re telling no Biryani only fried rice. Very worst

One of the hidden gem in Trichy.Had mutton biryani which was Excellent but the heat was less, The signature dish is their chicken tandoori, chicken was so soft and fresh,a suitable piece for chicken tandoori.Biriyani was mild in spices and good amount of well cooked pieces,but the quantity of biriyani is more than expected, couldn't complete a full biriyani in single.Have to try meals some other day,as many were eating NV meals.Car parking is on the roadside only, but it's safe and good ambience. Worth a try, recommended ✌️

Been there on 13-11-2019. A good decent non-veg restaurant located on the Central Bus stand area and in a 10 minute walk from Tiruchirappalli Junction. Good ambience and service. Non-vegetarian food varieties that I tasted were good. AC and non AC eating area available.

Today I went this hotel. Management and waiter alse give respect and services it's also good. I think in this hotel is best for trichy Food quality & quantity rate also so far

The Best authentic style Biriyani on Trichy Location and the taste for simply awesome and a must try for Jeeraga samba biriyani lovers and the other menus like liver fry and tandoori also too good one 👍 😋

Foods are so traditional. Clean and neat environment. It's so near to central bus-stand. All the non veg items are so good. For the customer they are giving much importance. All local foods which are available in other cities are available here.

Worst delivery of orders. Delayed items supplied in the dining table. Panneer gravy was not so good. Naan bread difficult to break into pieces. Overall it's a overrated hotel. Not preferable..!

Very good hotel. Here vazhai illai kothu chicken parota, Chicken and mutton briyani, Crab lollipop these dishes are first class. Must try above mentioned dishes if u there in trichy. It is opposite to central bus stand so it os easy to go there. Value for money taste is excellent. In costlier hotel money will be high quality of food will be less. But here quality of food is very good and up to the mark. For middle class people excellent place for lunch and dinner. We can go to this restaurant with family no issues in dinning they have normal hall and AC hall both are neat and clean

Good restauran for Kanyakumari and kerala people.taste good than other trichy hotels.but personally I felt it is quite costly.but I recommended this hotel.chettinad chicken curry 👌👌my fav. definitely I Will visit again.i don't like paneer fried rice and butter chicken not taste good.biriyani 👍

Visited on 01-Feb-2020, again after relaxation of covid pandemic lockdown ....earlier the food taste & quality and service were good ...but it's note same as earlier. You can try one time! Good non veg restaurant near Trichy Central Bus Terminus. Decently good choice of menu.

Food is ok. The atmosphere and service are ok. We are going 9'O clock onwards on weekends. But so many items are finished at this time. I accidentally see in their kitchen atmosphere that's very worst and disgusting also.

The hospitality of the staff is great. Very unique and authentic taste. I had an egg dosa here, a sufficient amount of pepper. Went there a few times and, had a lot of non veg. Their Kari dosa is top notch. I highly suggest every one to try even just once in this hotel.

How come this much avg it reached .. I wonder May be fake 5 stars are too high Since thw location close to bus stand . You might end up here and the name too To be frank only the bill amount ia 3 star quality not the food You are hungry and you got only this hotel then you can .. that too with veg meals ..

I came from Malaysia and hubby bought Briyani from 3 different restaurants and later hubby revealed the name and came to know that Kanchana’s briyani was the BEST. Even my kids loved it.

Food is tasty especially meals, both veg and non veg. Best Rasam in trichy as of my opinion. Biriyani, grill items are average. Neat clean well maintained restaurant. Walkable distance from bus stand. Problem with parking space, price a little bit high.

I should give 3 stars to a non AC hall. Lots of smoke comes over there. Most of them is preferring Ac due to this. Food and service is fine here

Had dinner 2nd time. Good service rendered. Tandoori chiken is very nice. Mutton priyani is also quite good. Dosa, kaldosa and omlette are too good taste. Its convenient for those who likes both veg and non veg too. Karidosa & mutton sukka taste is also good. Car parking is difficult but two wheeler is okay.

The food is really amazing here. Mutton biryani was really flavorful and the BBQ chicken was cooked so well, that was one of the softest pieces I've ever had. Overall service is also decent. The AC section is well maintained but overall they can do a little better in terms of hygiene and maintenance.

As per my yesterday and today visit to this hotel. By veg and non veg food was very very tasty. One of best tasty food in my life. Hotel owner behaviour is very friendly. One good hotel with good manners.

Normal quality biriyani.. nothing special and totaly ok. About Non veg meals except rice quality all other good when compare other restrnts. Lot of improvements tobe done for good atmosphere..

I ordered a Chicken fried rice and i received a sufficient amount of portion with good amount of chicken pieces. For a Beginner it was a Good One... Let me check out with more number of people and orders.

The restaurant has a great and cool ambience. And coming to the food, taste is top notch with proper measures of spices and salt. Especially toppings of mutton on Kari dosa is flavorsome.

Me and my friend ordered chicken fried rice at 4pm, food was served cold but we ate it anyway. In the night we both had to go through food poisoning. It's been a day and I'm still feeling sick. I have eaten here before and food was always good and tasty. But yesterday had been a worse experience.

It used to be a very good restaurant but now the quality of food has reduced so much that we thew away the chicken biriyani (that too two quantities) today. I ordered through zomato and we received a very cold biriyani that's overcooked and the chicken was spoilt. It was evident that the biriyani is from afternoon (we ordered at night). They used to make great Schezwan chicken fried rice but nowadays 2 out of 3 orders the fried rice either lacks salt or lacks masala etc. I will stop ordering from now onwards.

We tried Biriyani, Chicken Fried Rice and Tandoori Chicken. Chicken Biryani taste was just ok. Tasted like home made which was prepared for the first time. Not a typical hotel type taste. Chicken Fried Rice was also ok. Comparing these two, Tandoori Chicken was good. Chicken was soft and easy to chew. Need serious improvement in Table service. It was crowded when I enter. Even after the crowd was gone, they didn't attend the table properly.

Comeback of the restaurant of the nineties. Kanchana biryani and non veg food here was my childhood memories. Great Non Veg food though price is high but still similar to other competitors. Mutton biryani must try.

If you are someone who’ve been experiencing constipation, this is the hotel to go. I hardly left my toilet for hours after I had lunch ‘from’ here.

Please review readers, Please don’t spoil your health. Money and taste is secondary consideration, minimum keep fresh healthy food. But they are served old stocked food, especially today I eat mutton briyani is not fresh, it’s surely old one. Then after that service person irrespective and rude replied, when I asked him. So please. Keep your health first.

Below average restaurant. Not recommended at all.tandoori was overcooked and like dried fish (karuvadu). The steel tumblers are not clean and with rice 🤢. Overall not satisfied.
