This is one of the very old construction. The Church was constructed in the year 1895 in the Gallo-Catholic design and has great architecture. The main tower is 220 feet in height, the Small tower is 120 feet in height and both are visible from 8 km radius. It's a very clean & beautiful, people say every wish come true here. You must visit this place.

The Our Lady of Lourdes Church is located in the city of Tiruchirapalli in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. Built in the Gallo-Catholic design, the Church is devoted to Our Lady of Lourdes. The church is considered one of oldest of the 22 churches in the city which are older than 100 years.

Such a lovely church at the heart of the city. Has a rich history as well - read it before visiting and you will love the place more. Opposite to the church is the Old fort and next to it the 'I love Trichy' signage for selfies.

Amazing church. It has a beautiful architecture. The church is decked out in Gallo-Catholic design, from neo-Gothic spires to anguished scenes of crucifixion and martyrdom painted inside. In a note of cross-religious pollination, icons of Virgin Mary are garlanded in flower necklaces.constructed in the year 1890 AD. The church is situated near the rock fort. The main tower is 220 feet in height, and the small tower is 120 feet in height. The statues of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, St. Ignatius of Loyola, St. Francis Xavier and St. John de Britto are placed at the center of the tower. The church bell is set at a height of 90 feet.

Priceless architecture, probably more than 100 years, nice and peaceful vibe inside, not much crowded, and is an iconic structure of Trichy for years, the old Gothic feel is nice especially during night time. Must visit this place as it is in the heart of Trichy

The overlook of the church building itself denotes that it's very old nearly 100 years. Located at the centre of Trichy town. Just 100 metres away from Trichy Chathiram Bus Stand. During Christmas Day to New Year Day almost the Week fully the Church was decorated with LED Lights. The church tomp was in Good Height which can be visible around a 2 km radius. Around the church building near there is a garden also where we can spend some time. Usually from the morning to late evening church remains open only.

The prettiest church building exterior I have seen in India... It is absolutely stunning... A little lost in that cramped busy street and intersection but if one could walk around it and admire it from all sides, it would be simply out of the world. Don't miss seeing it, from the outside.

A beautiful church in the busiest place. The statue (Mary's)at the church is very beautiful. Oldest church stands strong and the Bell tower is very tall and beautiful. When ever I pass Trichy never miss to step in and pray. I get peace of mind.
