Arulmigu Bhoominathar temple as the name stands this temple is known for land related issues or problems. Temple is not that far from Srirangam and easily accessible with car. Amman sanndhi had sri chakra as well. Temple relatively looks new in terms of structure. Its worth a visit if time permits.

I will give 5 stars to temple (Wonderful, peaceful place and powerful God) , but reducing 2 stars for the priest/progithar who is making poojas . He is completely focussed on marketing the temple and earning the offerings. 1.Publicly asking the reasons for the visit of temple and reasons for the archanai and exposing their reasons in louder voice to everyone (Every persons have their personal reasons like infertility, land issues) 2.Mandating the devotees to offer gifts to temple ,eg: a newly delivered cow with calf and it's milk( that too he is asking with minimum 5 litres of milk secretion mandate )for a couple who prays for a baby ( Making this pure temple like bargaining place , this might also hurt people who are poor and unable to give offers) 3.Not allowing to pray peacefully, with his loud voice continuously talking like a teacher and asking offerings, marketing the temple. 4.After archanai, asking 101 ₹ mandately for archanai( only after giving 101₹ , he is returning archanai plate to devotees). 5.Mandating the devotees to call him , should come to the temple and give some amount of money to the same temple on the same day when prayer comes true irrespective of the devotees native place. Note: In my point of view, if you want to visit this wonderful temple, come with your own prayers and don't listen to any offer request while archanai. Make direct dealing with the god 🙂

Very powerful god for getting solved from any land, house, agriculture area problems. Very nice temple. Special pooja doing here for the SAND taken from ur respective land/house flat/agricultural land will be solved soon in a positive way.. Good place to worship ambal and swamy.Priests here create rumours and get money from devotees.When u tell the name of your company they tell u that it will grow if u do Abhishekam to God and distribute food to all.I think people are swindled here.Priority is given only to winners or vetriyalars in priests words.All devotees must b given equal status.Pray to God simply and He will do u good.

The Gurukkal tells mantras in an eloquent manner in Sanskrit as well as Tamil and asks people to repeat after him as well. It’s a unique experience here. Very old temple, makes us feel nice. Beware of monkeys though

Lord Shiva as Boominathaswamy praise devotees to get out of land related problems.....Nice ambience inside the temple.....Behaviour of staffs are really good and they explain the clarification very clearly if we have any. Ticket for archanai is 5Rs.

This temple is near trichy tollgate around 6kms.. very small temple with a crucial small parking area. Noon 12 closes and reopen at 4.30pm. No toilet, room facilities available

Very Devine temple, if you have problems in buying home or land, Swamy will remove the obstacles and grand your prayers. Only if your prayer and request are genuine. We must bring the sand from the place having issues. Priest will place it by swanynand perform Pooja then he will give guidance how to proceed afterwards.

Not a crowded one, reportedly effective reg land issues, priests are very good unlike the rude priests in other famous temples. They r very courteous. Plan for food in trichy

My native place Easwaran temple. It was a calm temple but now devotees far & near visit the temple to get the blessings of Easwaran & Ambal specifically land related points. Lord Suriya faces to West to see Easwaran, remaining of them face Suriyan from their places. Gurukkal Manikandan and Giri perform pooja. The temple is on the northern side of "Peruvala vaikkal" built by Karikal Chozhan. The town is around 10 kms from Chatram BS. A must visit temple

It's a very good temple.. have been there thrice.. but in recent times the priest is very much looting money from devotees in the ne of God. Also he changed the procedures of rituals according to his convenience. And the changed procedures are not effective as before.
