Breakfast is too too good,room service is its not bad,repcestion service is worst,room is not clean,hot tape water is not working,i find a hair under pillow,dont waste your money plz

Room is too worst, cleanliness is notmaintained even they are failed to provide minimum amenties like proper towel and bed sheet. Food is not available and the snack section is unable serve the items mentioned in their menu card, some bad smell is coming from Room

Very decent hotel and worth the price. Had to stay for a single night. Bedding was on par with other good hotels. Rooma were neat enough. Coridors won't give you a plush feel, but being a budget hotel , it ticks all the boxes a family would want. Ac was good too. Didn't try the breakfast so couldn't comment on that

Very very bad experience the bathroom flush was repair water not coming and hot water not coming. So many cells like bacteria is biteing and room service was waste

We ask them the hall for an hour and the receptionist women didnt talk to the manager we had 5 rooms booked there and that woman is looking at us like we are begging them. Another women was polite though

A good place with all the necessary amenities, we had a good stay . The room size is a bit small but it had AC and bathroom had individual heaters. Only negative was the room was not aired properly as it smelled a bit musty. Also the lift was under maintenance the whole time we stayed.

Very congested room, too far from basic needs, lodge says they provide beverages and snacks, but when asked either they had no cook or it was closed. Very disappointing. Room is too costly for the rate quoted.

Very Bad experience. I was informed by the receptionist that the breakfast will be provided between 7.30 and 8.00am. We planned to check out at 8am. When I checked with them for breakfast, I was informed that it will be provided in 10 min.. they were dragging by telling the same.. finally i checked out without taking the breakfast.

Pathetic is the right word to describe this place. Room doesn't have hot water, No toiletries provided. You have to pay to buy a soap. Two idlies, one spoon pongal and an uncooked oothaapam is what they call Breakfast included. Not worth the money. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Place is good, hygiene and we'll maintained. But if you're booking through online, then atleast call them before get into there. Sometimes it may create difficulties. Then Confirm it on call from their part that whether your stay is going to be of 12hr or 24hr. Last time I got into there, I faced this problem. It's a long story. So long story short, "Call them before you get in there".

Bad- 1. They don't provide even a single mineral water bottle. Instead they keep the mug for water and they don't fill it until and unless you ask for it. 2. There is no sockets to charge your phone nor there are switches for light and fan near the bed. You have to keep your phone for charge near the TV socket which is very uncomfortable. 3. You can't reach the reception through the landline which is available in the room. 4. The room service is very poor. Good- 1. The bed is very comfortable and clean.

Good for this price. Rs. 1625/- for double bed Non-Ac room per day. 24 hrs check out time.

very worst behaviour front desk persons. we already booked a room but when we reach, they told all rooms are booked. without informing us , how they booked rooms for others?

Decent room with clean toilet. We had geyser issue. Hotel service was good. Coffee, snacks and hot water all came in fast..

Need full of revamp Bedsheets & Pillow Cases are 100 years old full of stain and ugly. Toilet doesn't flush and Bath room Tap water is dripping all night. Towels are dirty. Break fast is a joke. Smallest hotel room you could ever stay in the world.

Hotel located in a calm area. Breakfast is poor.... Very limited and no flexibility in Service. Sambar was like liquid. No Tea or coffee included, Very disappointing Breakfast to start the day. Room was alloted but not ready. My Check-in time was wrongly registered ( 3 hours difference) and was argued by the reception boy. No Tea or coffee till 7.30am and after 7pm. No closet to hang shirts or dress. Intercom Service was never responded. No final bill provided.

This is a hotel situated at a good location easy to reach from Trichi railway station and airport. It is a budget friendly hotel. Rooms here are clean and well maintained. They are not having restaurant so be prepared for outside meals. As far as room service and other services are concerned, they are at par with other budget hotels.

The rooms where damaged and there was no hot water facility ( but arranged by bringing from neighbouring room by their service) , But the Price which they charge for a double room can be reduced for these types of rooms!! Coz the hotel looked good and neat so maybe other rooms would have been good!! Otherwise it's a nominal rate!! The main reason for these adjustments is because of their 24hrs checkout facility..not like 12-12. More usefull to those who arrive during night hours!! Free complementary breakfast were provided( for A/c room ) Checking and check-out process were simple and quick . Easily assessible from tiruchy railwaystation.. Good budget rooms and we'll maintained for family tourists

We are booking in 2days. Room not proper maintenance, and only for morning breakfast 8.30 to 9' clk. We went late 10mins but he say food was closed.. So, the breakfast is average.. Night staff is not kindly speaking..

They not give vadai for childrens and they give very less food for children not proper food service they buy food from shop not themself. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
