hotel
and
very
poor
guest
behaviour
for
corporate
and
bulk
bookings.
Not
worth
of
money.
Room
service
staff
are
unprofessional
and
casual
attitude
with
no
sense
of
managing
buffet.
Very
slow
house
keeping
/checkin/and
room
service.
Food
quality
is
poor
not
at
all
tasty.
Rooms
are
very
dirty
with
bed
bugs
/
stained
toilets/
AC
issues/
wifi
issues/
not
suggested
for
long
stay
at
all
.
Worst
part
even
after
complaining
they
donβt
correct
there
behaviour
and
standards.
Property
is
very
big
but
no
facilities
and
very
far
from
city
and
nothing
around
to
have
transportation
to
roam
around
and
visit
city
at
any
time
.
U
need
to
book
rented
car
or
stay
back
in
their
depressive
hotel.
They
donβt
match
the
standards
of
aviation
people
and
big
airlines
like
Indigo
and
AirIndia
had
always
complained
regarding
there
service.
Staff
are
very
old
recruited
at
room
service
who
are
stubborn
not
interested
to
upgrade
their
knowledge
and
behaviour.
Reception
has
there
own
attitude.
House
keeping
staff
always
body
stinks.gym
hygiene
is
not
maintained.
If
my
company
wud
have
not
booked
in
this
hotel
then
I
wud
have
preferred
to
stay
Vivid
hotel
which
is
in
the
town
and
service
is
10
x
better
then
SRM
.
They
r
only
good
for
temporary
one
night
events
and
if
any
company
is
looking
for
bulk
bookings
please
donβt
waste
ur
money
even
if
they
offer
heavy
discounts
as
itβs
this
hotel
except
the
exterior
look
nothing
is
worth
