Rooms are spacious and we'll maintained. Friendly staff. AC was working perfect. Cons- Pricing seems to be on higher side. No hot water service in the early morning.

They can improve the linens, beds, and other amenities provision to the guests. Also the guest should feel value for money they pay to the hotel. If they improve, they business will also grow further to a large extent, since they are near to bypass. The facility should match with the trendy name and the photos posted in websites

Rooms are Okish type.AC rooms has only Old model window ACs. Needs to be improved.Do not expect a Royal service. It is Average and Okay for 1 day Urgent stay. Staffs are courteous and responsive. One good thing is, it has 24Hr Checkin-out option with nearby Mahal(incase you come for a Marriage in the same campus's Vaibhav hall).Rates are bit costly considering the infra.

Any one going to stay in hotel please take care your things there is no secure for things which we kept in room, one day morning I went to office and evening I came to room there is no head_set some one is taken and when I asked to hotel persons they are not responding. this is not a correct manner to behave with customer things.

Rooms were run down and not habitable Dirty looking linen . No hot water . Electrical gadgets not working . Staff were trying to be helpful but they were unable to do much. There was ample parking though Will not come or recommend it to friends.

Moderately good hotel. Lot of scope for improvement. Staff training is needed. Room service food price is higher considering quality of food served.

Good accommodation but few many updates on A/c.. Tv geyser etc... required to keep counting with the other new Hotels in Tiruchy.

We booked hotel on the occasion of marriage in our family. Almost 30 rooms were booked. Unfortunately AC was not working throughout night citing power cut. Generator was there but no AC. We had selected guest in such a way to check in afternoon and checkout post lunch except 3 specific rooms checkout by evening 8 pm. List had been given to reception.But reception staff forced them to vacate sharp 6 pm without even informing us. Guest felt very bad and we r put into embarrassment. Arrangement of stay made ultimately not served any purpose . Jayaraman

The bathrooms had open soaps,totally unhygienic. Will not prefer staying there twice. But have to mention Mukesh, who was very patient in serving and explaining at the restaurant. He was the only reason we dined at the restaurant,else the food wasn't great either. Food was costly for the quality and quantity offered. Esp the coffee was way too pricy ...

Very very poor hotel. No proper facilities, staff unable to help due to unprofessional top management,insects in almost all rooms, tv channels only tamil mostly, AC also not working in some of the rooms, shameless thing is that they are also hesitant to provide enough drinking water. A nametag of a reputed group behimd it is just an illusion. This hotel seriously needs renovation both infrastruturally and also inmanagement

I stayed for 4 days their and it was a horrible experience 1. food is so so 2. tv is 20yrs old model 3. only tamil channels are coming on tv and no clarity is there 4.near by no market is there 5. old model rooms/ insufficient light 6. hot water don't comes in eve

Hotel Good . Staff Helpful. But Rooms not clean. Should do pest control. All d room Small Cockroaches r moving here and there . Even n Bathroom. And Location not in Main Road. Slightly Inside . difficult to reach by Auto. Should have our own vehicle
