Today I tried to do an early check-in and requested the lobby team, but they didn't allotted. I wanted to refresh and move outside, but they didn't respond properly, and in fact, no courtesy or hospitality to handle customers I am very surprised to see such kind of customer service. Request the management to make a note

A nice place to dine-in with friends and family. Given the location of the restaurant, it is crowded most of the days; however the food, service and facilities are good. The parking is spacious but no valet or covered parking available. The restaurant also has rooms and a rooftop bar facility- barring few drawbacks, overall the ambience and atmosphere is great to hang out

My first day was on 11/1/2023 a night stay from Malaysia , bed was not clean patches of stained in room No: 312. Since I reached late night , I just ignore but complaints to first counter in the morning. Then on 23/1/2023 stay in room No: 319, then starts the problems: 1. No hot water and bathroom water stuck, water not following out, floods the bathroom - 24/1/23 2. Toilet can't flash out on 25/1/23 , call housekeeping take time because of this I missed out visting temples. 3. Every frequently the door can't access card locked. Really the hotel maintenance useless and complaints from guests to check take long time. Only thing the morning breakfast is good and dinner. I informed my tour agent better not select this hotel next trip.

Stayed here for a night three days back. Have stayed here twice before but about 6 years back. Rooms are clean and well maintained. But for the rate charged( Rs 3900 all inclusive per double per night) expect the taps and closet to be spic and span. They were certainly clean and neat though. For vegetarians, the restaurant is a big issue becos it is veg and non veg and most customers (public) are non vegetarians. Felt v uncomfortable. Veg restaurant is about 5 kms away( Sangeetha’s) They provided complimentary breakfast with good spread and service. Stay was pleasant. The PRICE IS CERTAINLY V HIGH - should reduce at least by Rs 1200 !

The hotel is located not far from the airport and also right on the Chennai highway. Also, not far from tourist places. The rooms are clean and neat. Their breakfast buffet includes both Continental & traditional South indian cuisine, and its good enough to fill your stomach.

Superb place to stay. Rooms are big (size very much what you get in 5 star hotels). Service is superb. It has a great restaurant by name Kannappa.

Well maintained Good hotel. Polite staff and good access to all places. The restaurant is ok.

Clean room, hot water and good service. Front desk is very quick and provides all help needed. Close to major highway but also to the city, enough parking space if you have your own car. Breakfast was complementary and very nice service. I recommend this hotel for single or family to enjoy hassle free and good stay.

My first comment on Receptionist :Satish was friendly and very welcoming. Room environment was great. Clean and well maintained. Best place for stay. Even better if they provide hair dyer.

Once of the best family restaurant in Trichy for non vegetarians. The options for vegetarian is less but not bad. Quite a crowded place at all times booking table is a must before you take ur family and friends

Bad customer service with a worst manager. had a communication with Mr. Rohit Sharma who saying that he is manager of hotel but i feel that he is spoiler of the organization , Dear owner, Requesting you to change the staff or sell the property for your better future .

A well located property with access to all main roads. Food is moderate. Options for vegetarians are limited. Service is slow.

The hotel under renovations at the moment so a bit noisy and the room need to refurbished. No room or place for the drivers to wash up (sad thing to hear) The lift also dam slow moving up n down

The only good thing about this hotel is location from the airport . I checked in at this hotel on6/12/2023 at 11.00 pm and checked out on 7/12/2023 8.00am. I booked through Agoda and was charged my credit card. But upon checking out the receptionist said that they didn’t receive any payment and made me pay (7/12/2023) which is more than the amount agoda charged. Unfortunately my credit card was charged on 6/12/2023. I contacted the hotel management and they promised to refund but till today they have not done the payment. Very frustrating service. Today I have been calling but no answer. Only the waiters at the breakfast restaurant were satisfactory. Other than that very bad. If you wish to book this hotel, please check twice your payment. I’m still waiting for the refund from The accounts department .

This my second time at this hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Food very tasty. Location very near to the airport n all the shopping area. The rooms are well coordinated.Staff very responsibility. Next trip sure I will choose this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel last week, Rooms are good and spacious and Complimentary breakfast, Staff is well mannered and polite. Room service is also very good. And very close to Trichy Airport. Sure to stay next time here.

Not worth the price. No hot water in the bathrooms in the morning, drainage not working. Only good thing is it's location on the highway.

I stayed with my family in August beginning during our trip to Thanjavur. Huge parking, very clean rooms, washroom is epic and span. Service is USP of the property. Staffs are very helpful. Below is hotel Kanappa which serves veg and non veg food and it’s really delicious. The property is located bang on highway and hence identifying the property is also not a concern. Overall, value for money for the price paid.

Beautiful hotel. Spacious Suite room.Friendly and helping staff. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. Neat and hygiene rooms. Room service was excellent. Front desk was cordial.I love this hotel and would like to come back again.

The Grand Gardenia stay was a very poor experience. Room service is practically non existent. Trichy is a Religious tourism based place. The rooms do not cater to needs like a full length mirror, hot water or fruit bowls.It is also frightfully expensive for the facilities provided.

Good Hotel with Good Restaurant( Kannappa). Hospitality of the staffs are very good. Complimentary breakfast is good and hygienic. They have to concentrate in renovation.....

I had a pleasant experience. The rooms were well maintained. Room service was prompt. Another pro is you can order food from kanappa hotel to your room.

Located in close proximity to the Airport, Grand Gardenia gives travellers through Trichy a good and affordable option. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with a working desk for business travellers. The food is nothing much to speak about though. I had a soup ordered and though the non-addition of salt and pepper, instead providing the shakers in room service is a plus, the soup didn't improve much due to the wrong ingredients being used in preparation. Furthermore, the breakfast and especially the English Breakfast could use more variety. However this could be expected at a 3 star hotel. Where Grand Gardenia stands out is in its service and hospitality. Room service is prompt and efficient. The bellboys and porters are quite efficient and polite. When we had a medical emergency, the hotel staff went out of their way to ensure that we were treated well and properly, facilitating us everything from cab services to hospital admissions, with the receptionist clocking out guiding the cab to the hospital and staying well out of her working hours to help us. I would like this review to be a thank you and a statement of how well Gardenia treats its guests.

It is a great hotel with excellent rooms. The staff were extremely polite and caring. We were six in the family. Four of us were mildly unwell when we reached the hotel but became very sick later on. The hotel staff took great care, arranged for a hospital visit and even stayed for more than 30 minutes to make sure we were fine. Thanks to the staff, and highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were excellent. Complementary breakfast was excellent and kudos to team behind breakfast for their very good hospitality. Front desk staff both night and day were not supportive and their service were very pathetic. Property will get 5 star rating if management will appoint young talented guys instead of that aunties and uncles.

Today morning (06.01.22) I made a call to reception for today booking. One lady staff attend the call and roughly speaking and using harsh words. The management look in to this. Worst reception service. Hotel food is good. But staffs behavior roughly how we go?

I'm really Impressed.. Nice stay and polite staffs. They even arranged Hot food for my Iftaar Fasting at 4AM in the early morning. I'm so thankful to them. Rooms interiors and Bathroom are neatly cleaned and hygiene. Food is so tasty. Worth for money. Those who travel to or cross Trichy just give a try to stay here.

Really nice comfy hotel it is located just 4km from trichy airport takes 10mins by car.. The service and executive bedroom are really nice! Complimentary breakfast was delicious so much variety and good quality food coconut chutney was so thick so was sambar! And variety of breads and assortments

Very worst staff of Reception very rough behavior person David. No safe of ur goods because they will open ur room whenever u r going out. I was shocked and stressed when i was went temple alongwith my family i returned back my room opened and all things are collapsed by the hotel staff we kept costly items so shocked enquired the staff and the manager says sorry. Such a costly price given but full night i was anxiety due to the front office person David badly behavior also our family and Singapore my guests also taken night dinner at the hotel two persons affected vomiting due food poison three dsys suffered.

I have never been so overly excited by a 3 star hotel, and that too in Tamil Nadu. This is absolutely fabulous and the best place to stay if you are in the city for meetings or functions and the customer service and hospitality is impeccable and comparable to any other 4 star properties in Metros. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and has large and well-lit bathroom space. Linen and towels and all amenities are well maintained. Even the housekeeping staff are well groomed and attentive. Sleep quality is very good as the mattress is very comfortable and the ambience of the property overall is above par and the breakfast spread was amazing and wide-spread. Maybe this should be upgraded as a 4 star soon.

By far the best hotel stay in Tirchy, the rooms are very well maintained and air conditioned. The room service is excellent and the staffs are very helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing and very tasty. Overall a best place to stay with family and kids. Highly recommended.

Superb ambience.... Delicious breakfast (i did not like dinner... Filled with North and chinese dishes that don't nearly resemble anything)... Reasonable rates. The one and only irritating thing is that foot soldiers stalk you like a swarm of mosquitoes with an emphasised euphemism about.... You know what.....

We stayed for Three days in this hotel The room cleanliness was good and the service was also nice but The receptionist lady is so rude that she is keeping on scolding her assistant. The lady herself has done a calculation mistake but she just put the blame on her assistant if I would have not cross verified completely they would have surely cheated me. Plz educate your front office team how to handle your guest on explaining the bills.
