want
to
share
my
mixed
experience
during
my
2-night
stay
at
Hotel
Mayas
with
my
wife
between
7th
April
2023
and
9th
April
2023.
First
let
me
highlight
the
positive
sides
of
it.
Check
in
was
smooth
and
Fast.
AC
Double
Room
that
we
had
booked
was
specious
enough
for
two
people,
We
have
coffee
Tea
maker
with
adequate
Coffee/tea
sachets
as
the
case
may
be.
Quality
of
bed
was
good,
the
washroom
was
neatly
maintained
with
hot
water
ever
available.
Housekeeping
was
also
very
good.
Complimentary
Breakfast
provided
was
very
tasty.
Now
let
me
come
to
the
Worst
experience
my
wife
and
myself
faced
during
the
stay.
On
7th
April
2023
after
an
extremely
tiresome
visit
to
Srirangam
Temple,
Dialed
Room
service
[
Number
100]
from
my
room
301,
three
times
at
about
9pm.
No
one
picked
up
the
call.
I
called
the
reception
mentioning
that
No
one
is
picking
up
the
call
at
Room
service.
Reception
person
said
that
someone
from
service
will
call.
After
a
minute,
a
person
from
Room
service
called
me.
When
I
was
telling
my
order
he
cut
the
call
abruptly
saying
that
he
will
call
me
back
and
never
called
me.
After
two
minutes
again,
I
had
called
reception
who
said
that
restaurant
is
busy
and
I
have
to
wait
for
a
minimum
of
15
minutes
for
Room
service
to
take
order
itself
and
the
supervisor
told
him
to
inform
me.
I
went
down
and
saw
the
Geethanjali
restaurant
at
that
time
immediately
when
the
receptionist
called
and
found
to
my
surprise
that
hardly
3/4
people
sitting
inside
the
restaurant.
So
it
is
very
clear
evidence
that
Room
service
team
and
the
receptionist
lied
to
us
and
not
interested
in
providing
Room
service
to
me.
With
tiredness
we
went
to
a
nearby
restaurant
and
had
our
dinner.
We
felt
disgusted
by
the
treatment
given
to
us
by
Reception
/
room
service
treatment
on
7th
April
2023,
in
not
providing
the
Room
service.
Hence,
we
did
not
use
their
restaurant
for
dine
in
/
Room
service
during
my
period
of
stay,
based
upon
this
experience,
except
for
the
Complementary
breakfast.
You
can
avail
the
Complimentary
breakfast
and
Please
avoid
Room
service
as
they
will
give
you
the
worst
possible
experience.
Better
to
have
food
in
other
noteworthy
restaurants
nearby
[
Mayavaram
lodge
for
tiffin
/
new
Madura
Hotel
for
meals].
Hence
i
am
rating
this
as
2
as
for
the
price
they
charge
this
is
not
the
service
they
should
be
extending
to
their
customers.
