Biggest hotel property in the heart of Trichy, to conduct conferences. The conference hall is huge, can accommodate more than 1000 people with good audio visual system. Though old, rooms are good and well maintained. Food and service is adequate. Nice ambience. Parking lot is spacious enough.

Me and my wife Visited Sangam hotel for a brief visit. In comparison to other hotels I have stayed in Tamil Nadu, I can say that the rooms at an international standard. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they will help you from checkin to checkout. The hotel is well maintained and gives a homely feeling which helps you to relax. The food is also superb. Me and my wife ate at the Cascade Coffee Shop till we nearly exploded. Simply the food is that great, I'm not exaggerating here, we loved the Indian food and it's quality. We kept ordering things which couldn't eat no more. The manager Jude was very helpful and giving us suggestions to have things from the menu which we would like more. Safe to say his suggestions were also superb.

Honestly speaking, this place is risky to eat at. It was a Party on the 30th of November. And at dinner time I noticed a bad smell in the chicken gravy. I asked the captain to check and he said its fine when it WASNT. I insisted n called the host. He checked in n found that it was UNEDIBLE with a smell in it. We told the staff to change it. They obliged and came back later with a container of THE SAME CHICKEN but, they had to heated it and added a LOT OF CORRIANDER leaves to mask the bad smell. This is inhuman and much below the hospitality industry standards and is an issue. Please beware.

We just attended the dinner buffet. They need to look into their vegetarian menu. If you are Non veg then it's ok. The veg food needs to be a bit more spicy and tasty. Deserts were really good. Otherwise all fine.

It's a wonderful hotel. It's an old hotel so the rooms are nice and spacious. The service was very great. The front office staff are very professional & excellent in what they do. Their in-house taxi service was good too. The driver was prompt, polite & courteous. The hotel's breakfast buffet spread is great... I honestly didn't expect that in Trichy. Their food in general is good. In all, a great experience. We'll be back for sure.

We just stayed at this hotel for one night. The rooms are very practically appointed. Spacious, simple design makes the rooms comfortable without being pretentious. Special mention should be made for Dhanupal. His service was very attentive at breakfast. Overall, a very good hotel.

This hotel was very very luxurious rooms available and busiest business promotion meeting with all genuine customers and doctors meeting with large businesses

Pros: This place is a good option for premium stay. The sleep quality is good. Rooms are clean and tidy. The bed sheets and towels were spotless. Has ample space for car parking. Cons: The front desk people need to be more helpful and attentive. (Might have happened in my case when enquired about local information, they looked clueless) Feels like overpriced compared to other big cities.

Super hotel with tasty food and all facilities

Very long time ago. Now tried to book, but website says that under construction.

Had a distasteful experience with the front desk guy. Needs to be better trained or replaced altogether. But the other staff were very helpful and made up for his lack of etiquette.

Hotel is easily accessible and has spacious parking and reception hall. Rooms are comfortable and I enjoyed the stay very much. They have a very good breakfast with Shower in the bathroom had issues in the start but other than that, every thing was perfect. Though I stayed for one day only this time, I was happy and satisfactory with my stay.

My stays here though quite some time back, it was all really good.The stay duration was not more than a day. Felt very relaxing atmosphere away from the trichy town's traffic.The only missing thing when compared to the hotels near bus stand is the lively crowd and happening places. Over all felt every thing was perfect be it hospitality r the facilities ,taste,quality,ambience....everything.

Good spacious rooms with mini bar, fridge and TV. The toilets are clean and provided with good quality toiletries. Ample parking space and car rentals available. Thereare two restaurants and the quality of food is good and serves authentic South Indian food, both veg and non-veg. Though some minor maintenance issues were there, they were attended without delay.

Went on a new year's eve. They had a package for dinner buffet. The food was nice, but the live counter was crowded and had to wait for 20-30mins to get things. They dinning near pool area was nice. They had a singer performing live, but could not hear him in the pool area (some connectivity issue). The ambiance was nice. Some starters were oily. Desserts were nice. Overall a decent experience.

It is a star hotel in trichy. it is the only hotel having plenty of buffet menu lunch available compared with other hotels. Weekend buffet price will be high (~Rs.635/-) for adults. Lesser price during weekdays. Discounted price for kids is also there. Good caring while dining. As an overall superb for this cost and worthy. I loved it and enjoyed it...👍👌

There is no one to pick the phone. Why should they have the phone number??. This is an indication for the service provided at the hotel.

Rooms are not maintained properly. Right from door lock. I stayed 25 years back when my children were young. Now I went with my grand child. I thought why at all i went. Neatness and courtesy missing

Very old but modern hotel having asthetic look and beautiful decorated look. Ample parking space. Varried cusines. Taste buds are revitalized. A bit little costly compared to nearby hotels. Quality is assured . Comfort is ensured. Polite staff. Giving care to the regular and known customers.

This place has been one of my all-time favorite in Trichy. Very well-maintained rooms. Hospitality is excellent. Staff are courteous and friendly. The welcome-drink is usually the panneer soda, which is famous in trichy. The complimentary buffet breakfast always has a great spread of South Indian, North Indian and continental cuisine. The eggs are made to order. One can relish a very tasty masala dosa from the live dosa counter. For lunch, you must try their mutton biriyani. It tastes good. If you prefer vegetarian food, try the sambar rice and curd rice. Their curd rice has been my most favourite curd rice that I have ever had so far. The typical "Sangam Thayir Saadham" , as I usually call it, is a must try when you visit this place. The ambience of the hotel is excellent.
