The room and other amenities are okay. The hygiene on the other hand is highly questionable. We stayed in a suite and the room was spacious and the lighting was nice. I'd like to point out that the bedsheets were stained. Everything was covered in dust. The bathrooms lighting was extremely dim and there was no window to let sunlight in. The towels were old and torn. The extra cots were extremely uncomfortable and the room's wallpaper was torn. The hotel is decent but if you are more of a clean and hygienic person, I'd ask you to think twice of booking this hotel.

We had reserved a room. But our train arrived early in the morning. And the people who were there in reception had conveyed to wait as our check in was 12. And we got a single room after waiting for a few minutes. Thank you for the supporting staff. But Kindly keep a rod in the entrance for the senior citizens to climb up the stairs. It was very difficult for them to climb up and also the washroom cleaning service can be added more. There are fancy sanitary wares(esp Water Tap). Kindly keep a note in the room for people who stay. We could not understand how to open the tap and shower was not working. Thank you so much for your support.

Stayed for a short visit, a night with my family. Rooms are compact and neat. Property located on the prime centre of city, just opposite to Holy cross college. Best for family stay as well as business trips. No chaotic crowd, best in its cleanliness. Room service are available on time, best deals available on other sites. Recommended for staycation too. Hallway and other places are maintained neatly. Only one drawback is parking, if it's full, we've to park our cars on road and no valet service. Since it's near to main places and heart it city, this place is highly recommended.

We booked 2 rooms. 1 room is in ok condition. The other room is so bad that I will never stay in this hotel again. The wall paper is peeling, the wall is dirty, some unfinished electrical connection, tv not working, very old ac control. The pros are good location and good restaurant.

We booked one room with 1 queen sized bed. The place was very filthy and had awful smell.The room is not as shown in the picture.Bathroom very shabby and dirty. It was mouldy too that no one was game enough to step into them. Hotel Staff was polite and apologetic. It was a nightmare staying here.

Stayed 2 nights here. Hotel location is right in front of a busy street and bus stop. So expect a loud sound the moment you wake up. Expect bad WiFi connection. Most of time I used my own data. There were multiple times of power cut during my last day of stay. The toilet door cannot close. Lights in the room were flikering. The worst hotel stay ever throughout my holiday journey in India.

Old hotel, but big rooms. Courteous staff, but the sheets etc, were not clean enough. No sound proofing, and quite noisy at night. You will hear speeding bikes and honking... Hard to sleep.

Made a booking with booking.com. contacted the hotel and told our arrival time. arrived at 3am. Was received by a staff on standby. Had a pleasant 2 night stay. Ms Arulmozhi was wonderful. She allowed for late check out as our flight was at night.

Booked after reading all the postive reviews here. Accessible location to shopping street and the Restaurant next door are probably the only good things I can think about this place. On the contrary, you will hear traffic till late in the night. Very tiny rooms. I booked an executive ac room for 2 adults and a kid but neither was the bed big enough to accomodate 3 nor was there any space to have an additional bed. Also had inconvenience with pretty much most of the other facilities. Terrible wifi, no hair dryer, not enough towels, unconfy old beds, dirty looking blankets- to name a few. recommend looking for other options.

The location was good. Rooms are big. The service was pathetic. It was a keypad entry unfortunately they had misplaced The keypad of our room and each time we come In we had to call the reception to unlock our door. The bathrooms was not great too. Hot water is supposed to be available 24/7, but we were unfortunate not to get it. The taps were spoiled and even after repeated calls it was of no avail. No proper checks were done before the rooms was alloted

We stayed here in August 2023, booked two rooms..three bedded room was very huge and comfortable for the affordable price..it was located near shopping area. There is adjoining restaurant linked through the hotel passage which is added advantage as we travelled with kids. Will definitely recommend

Very reasonable pricing for a 3 star hotel.excellent room service and great staff. You can also find a very good vegetarian restaurant within the same building. Only drawback is that the parking space is very cramped and difficult to park if you have a large vehicle like a Fortuner or XUV 700.

I came to Trichy for vacation and booked A/C room few days before, When I arrive hotel front desk receptionist given a kind welcome and they given a clear instructions about room. Rooms are very clean .House keeping persons also good and kind.After too much of travel I got a good sleep here. Whenever I had some doubts,I used to call reception and they given a proper answers very kindly. An hour before itself they called me and told about check out time,that is quite good. If I come next time Trichy,I'll book room in this hotel for sure 😊

I had booked a triple room to stay with my family. The hotel was located in the center of the city and it was easy to access. During check in process, as the breakfast was included in our package I asked if it is possible to provide it earlier as we had to check out by 6 am. However, I got a response that the restaurant will be open only from 7.30 am. Hence I had to forego my breakfast. After checking in to the room, we found the room was clear. But, at 5 am we realized that the hot water was not coming. It was a need of the hour as it was heavily raining the previous day in trichy and the water was cold. We had to adjust to it as we were in a rush. When we asked for coffee (at 5.30 am) the request was denied saying the restaurant will open only by 7.30 am. We paid Rs. 3,546 for this stay and I would say it was not worth the cost.

The hotel is conveniently located near to the airport which takes approx. 15 minutes by auto. I've booked an AC room and was fully satisfied with the room quality which is as good as any 3 star hotel. Complimentary breakfast was hygienically edible and yes , more than sufficient in quantity. Only issue - hotel is a bit understaffed so you won't get prompt services but the staff try their level best to accommodate your requirements as early as they can.

We had a nice experience with hotel Deepam as well as the partner restaurant Sangeetha. Both are best in their service. Especially the special dinnar "Elai porotta" were so tasty.. We will again visit the same destinations. Hotel deepam gave us a nice and clean room. And their service also remarkable one. Thank you🤝

Service by the boys were great and prompt. Reception ladies were terrible, I wondered if they really understood my request. They created a mess with my request for room type and created delay after my request for water. Later on when the reception phone was picked by the boys the issues were sorted quickly with room type and water. I am giving 3 star for the room bcoz this room had lift attached to other side and we were disturbed by the noise of lift movement and people speaking loud during late check in and noise from renovation work. Or other wise this hotel is nice place to stay during next visit...even though it's in busy location, but handy ...but few option of near by resturants.

This is the second time i took rooms here. Very nice place , cleanliness is excellent , service is good. Helpful staffs. Parking is available , Restaurant is available.

I did online booking for me and my family. The hotel is moderately priced. Rooms were small and the intercom was not working. In one triple room there was no moving space when 3 cots are put. In one room the water was dripping down from A/C which could not fix even after 2 days. Even Delux double room, there was no moving space.The location is a good 20 minutes drive from Railway Station which is rather inconvenient as one has to pay a decent sum by engaging Uber etc. Further Srisangeethas which is situated in the ground and first floors are giving out average quality and limited varieties of dishes and on a few occasions many dishes may not be available. However their Mini Tiffin and Podi idly were great. Coffee and Tea supplied in brass tumblers were just average and not of good quality. Check in and check out was easy. The only dampener is that one has to pay 10% of the total booking cost for confirmation of Booking.

It was a pleasant stay here. Rooms are very clean and the hospitality is so good here . All the staffs are so supportive here. It's located in heart of the city. Car parking is available at the basement.

This hotel is located in heart of Trichy accessible to all the important tourists attractions. Ambience of the hotel is very cozy and nice. They have a restaurant attached and food served here is delicious.

Excellent stay for a night. Room was upgraded for us. Neat and clean rooms. Awesome service by the staffs. They have little parking space. And they don't have room service for Food. They provide only tea/coffee/milk at room. However the restaurant is just downstairs, you can get takeaway yourself.

Very average only. A/C stopped working. But showing 19 degrees. I think they gave a room 103, that is least used by guests. There were no bathroom mat. Not even a tumbler to drink water or drink cofee, tea. For each and everything when we ask only they give basic amenities promised. Fed up with their service I myself purchased mosquito liquidator which should have been provided by hotel. Really not worth the cost I paid. Having said that it's not bad. Good one. Very slow room servive.

No hot water. Staff cooks story about heater being on and we need to be patient. But hot water never comes. We asked for empty plates to eat food. They just gave us dirty dishes. Plates were smelly and still had oil from previous eaters. Extremely dirty. Yuck.

One of the best hotels to stay at in Trichy. We had been on a temple visit and booked our stay at Hotel Deepam. The staff were extremely kind to allow late night check in, they greeted us with smiles and showed us to our rooms even at the late hour. We then vacated all but 1 room and they were ever so kind to allow us to extend the room for few more hours without any extra charge l. Rooms are just the right size allowing for 2 bed combos and 1 extra mattress that can be requested to be placed on the floor. The washrooms were nice and tidy and running water in the taps with No foul smell or such. About the rooms: Approximately 14*13 rooms with double cot or 2 single cots with clean mattress and duvets. Central air conditioning with switch board for temperature controls Complementary Water, soap and shampoo and clean towels. Clean western style toilets with shower facility. Geyser fitted in each washroom Television with cable TV connection. Good and classy Wardrobes to store your clothes. This hotel does not have a attached restaurant but the helper boys will be my Chn happy to get your your choice of dish from a close by restaurant. Overall Comfort 9/10 Service 10/10 Courteous staff 10/10 Rooms and facilities 10/10 Elevator 9/10 Connectivity:8/10 Value for money 10/10

Really a pleasant stay ... Reception people are very decent and kind Room service is good.. cleanliness is really superb.. 24 hour hot water supply is another good thing..Location is also in the city itself.. Safety place for family stay... Really worth for the money.. Only disadvantage is limited car parking facility that too is too small place.. other than that everything is fine..

The USB of this hotel is good customer service. I was a solo traveller to India and Trichy. They went out of the way helping and assisting me to make my stay a pleasant and memorable one. In addition, the vegetarian restaurant of the hotel serves affordable and quality food that your taste buds can not resist.

Worth the stay, location is smack in the middle of town and very convenient to walk for shopping. Hotel itself is being kept quite clean and well managed and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were adequately sized depending on need. No bed bugs(we booked 7 rooms so it's safe to conclude). Only suggestion is to make available services like kettles, hair dryers for patrons. Definitely will return next round.

Room was spacious. But parking facility was poor. The hotel is on road and very small parking area. Even though I had booked the room for 3days I didn't get a reserved parking area. 2days I had to park my car on road, which was so annoying.

This is my 4th time stay at Hotel Deepam. Recommended to my family members and they too stayed here as well liked the hotel. Strategic location and clean rooms. Very helpful and polite hotel staff. Stayed at premium double bedded room. Booked thru Goibibo which offered a moderate tariff for the said room. Loved our stay at this hotel. The staff are nice to behave and co-opeartive. The hotel i s located in a busy area with a closer proximity to Chatram bus station where local bus service is operated. Chennai Silks and Pothys are two prominent textile shops situated next to the hotel. The room where we stayed is in fact spacious and well maintained. There is a restaurant named Sangeetha attached to the hotel which offers delicious veg food at a very reasonable price. The ambience is good and the staff serve you as if we were there guests (and not a customer visiting their hotel). One of the staff Mr, Senthil Kumar is active and very nice to behave which should not be misconceived as a negative remarks on other staff. As mentioned all the staff behave very well. We loved our stay at Hotel Deepam.. They undoubtedly earn full score for their behaviour (with professional approach) and cleanliness and ambience. If you wanna visit other places nearby you can book cab or auto thru Ola. The drivers with whom we travelled behaved very nicely. The hotel really worth its salt whether it is for family or couple or friends

The ambience of the hotel is great, the rooms are clean and aesthetic. Located near shopping malls it is a good stay. And the hotel along with it is just perfect, tasty food and service. More importantly, the interiors are serene.

Stayed for 2 nights in a premium triple bed room. So spacious for given price. The morning view of Rockfort vinayakar temple from the glass window was nice. The shower is maintained well.. parking is a little tight. Overall a very good stay.
