worst hotel i ever seen in my life. First point i went there with my family on 19-10-2018 and planned to stay for 4 days. No one in reception received us and transferred our luggage to room. The room was very bad and all the bed sheet and pillow covers were used and with lots of hairs on it. I requested to change, then after one hour of my report a small boy came and replaced with the one collected from near by room which is worser than the previous one. Second point is restaurant, no responsible person managing this, i asked for hot water to drink, even after 45 minutes they did not bring and food also not served in time and mostly chilled or not fresh we can say. Even dosa they con't give hot. Then in the morning we just opened the tap to receive hot water. The entire wall mixer unit came out and water with high pressure flowing inside. Reported to room service and they attended after 20 min saying that they closed the main line and if we need they can bring hot water in buckets. They don't have the mind of changing rooms immediately. With lots of difficulty we took bath. Then break fast, few old idles, a small quantity pongal as complimentary BF . I started banging all supplies and in-charge , then i got few small dosas hot with sambar. All these things i took in to the person in-charge, and he said we will take more care here after. I checked out and booked another near by good hotel and stayed where i felt really peaceful. My sincere advice do't chose this property for stay as these people are concentrating only on bar where lots of local people (bike and cylce riders) visiting every day minting money sufficiently. So they dont concentrated on others. Kindly don't go........... you will loose you total joy and happiness. This was the outcome from many people who stayed with us on the same day. Worst experience......... The best is sambar tested good I don"t want to give even one star but review can be posted with at least one star. so i selected one star

Very spacious rooms with hygiene atmospheric. Great location and temples are very nearby. Excellent food. Marriage hall and conference hall facilities are great. Airport and railway station transfer very easy.

I would've rated 3.5 no option. Pros: On the highway easy to spot, huge parking lot, decent rooms but don't book via hotel, too costly. Good breakfast quiet and nice staff. Cons: Next to nothing, all temples are in the city, it's even difficult to get autos or cabs. Restraunt is the only option for food. my guess it was opened with great expectations but didn't go well, I took the suite room still the TV was like 21inch.

Spacious rooms, front desk services are good. Room services are very good and quick services. had dosa and taste is very good, other foods also should be good. Hospitality of hotel and rooms are appreciated. Parking spaces are well enough. But completely open parking. Complimentary services has only water bottle, better if they keep glasses, water boiler, tea packs and tissues.

Rooms are very big and spacious. Toilets are clean with all amenities. More than 1500 persons attend that function,the management did a outstanding job. Overall food is outstanding.Car parking is very big,Best hotel in trichy.Restaurant service is excellent.

It was such a bitter experience. We checked in at 500 pm after a very long drive. The first thing, we ordered was food, as per the availability. Forget about what we really wanted but from their verbal menu. So we ordered bhajjis and paneer pakoras, which they promised will be serviced in room in 20 minutes time. After waiting for 45 min, when we called to check the status of my order , to my dismay, they say that it will further take half more hour as they boys have gone to fetch cooking oil. Can you believe this? And the bathroom was no nasty. Worst stay, I have had. I dont know how MMT recommends such stay. Want to know the complementary breakfast we had, they served nothing but plain dosas and idlis only. Ofcourse with sambhar and chutney . Dont waste time and money here.

Delicious food. Spacious car parking. Rooms are good. People coming to bar are decent. But the only negative point is the hotel is not visible while driving on four lane road. They may put a big signboard.

Location of the hotel is good but you need to have your own vehicle as it's outside the city on highway. It's very near to Srirangam. Restaurant is not good and there are no options outside. Rooms smell of cigarettes. They need to have non smoking rooms. Parking is very spacious.

Nice location.Airport transfer is very easy. Srirangam temple,Tiruvanaikovil temple,samayapuram temple,rockfort temple are very nearby.Butterfly park,zapp adventure sports are very nearby.Very spacious rooms with hygiene surrounding. Very spacious parking area.
