Very bad hospitality, we booked 25 rooms, their AC compressor burst for 2 floors and the hotel was least bothered about informing, approaching to change the rooms and even apologizing for that matter. We had to call them to change rooms, their staff didn't understand English so changing 2 rooms alone took 2 hours. Meanwhile I tried calling the GM to communicate my needs to the staff, he didn't answer my calls and in the evening when I asked he told that he was tried thus sleeping. He infact blamed me for now answering his calls. When I got angry and told him that I will not pay a single penny, he locked our cars in the parking and told to give Rs. 1lac without any bill to let us out, like he was trying to blackmail and kidnap us. He charged 2,300 for AC room and 2,000 for a non-AC room. I wonder their could be such daciots in the hotel industry. We wanted to go to the next destination so we made the payment anyway but even after all this, he did not apologize. I strongly recommend not to book this hotel.

Last week on 20/8/22 me and my husband checked in the hotel. We entered in the room, the room is clean. My husband on the cling fan it's noise, so we switched off the fan and use air-condition, the TV remote not working because of the battery so we call room boy to fix it but he say the battery cover missing so he tell us to press the battery upon using remote to select channels. Then in the room they didn't prepare with towels and toiletries, my husband keep asking for 6 times they didn't send, they give us only in the morning after we call again and ask for it. We pay for breakfast which it include but they didn't give us because we checked out before they prepare breakfast but they didn't refund to us. Such a poor service.

I personally felt that this hotel is located in a shabby place. Does not have car parking although they claim so however valet parking available. This hotel is suitable for men.. definitely not for a family. Men just smoke drink and use the lift, I hope you can imagine the plight of others in the lift. Keeping naphthalene balls for keeping pests away but bed bugs won't stop biting once you sit on the bed. Me and my husband had rashes once we woke up in the morning. Speaking about the AC, it's unclean hence all cobwebs and dust hit you once you start inhaling the air. I woke up just to suffer a cold and cough. We had initially planned to stay for 3-4 days, looking at the condition of this hotel we moved out the next morning.

While entering we were greeted well and had a smooth check in, I needed an extra room so had requested the front desk on availability for which they said they had rooms available and i can choose a bit later as well. i had booked for a suite room through MMT. the room looked neat. we had a smooth check in as well. After a few minutes, we noticed that the AC & the fan was not working, when raising this with the reception they sent a technician who tried fixing and failed. they tried 4 attempts and convinced us that it's fixed. but sadly it was worse. Best part is when requested for a change in room they refused stating there are no rooms available, we paid for the best room in their hotel and ended up sweating all night long. I 100% do not recommend this hotel to any one at all

I had a good sleep in the room, cozy bed, clean room. No restaurant in the hotel. A lot of eating place is available nearby hotel. Overall good one.

It definitely is good for the price, and it also includes complimentary breakfast. I did spot a bug in the room but overall the rooms were a bang for our buck. Great location but parking was a bit hard.

I stayed less than two days. They charged Rs 5000. I dont mind about charges. The services are very poor. The only advantage of this hotel is location. Nothing more. When I entered the room, only the bed was there. We should argue for everyone. They didn't provide even the towel and very basic needs. No hot water. No person was there to get a morning tea. The information provided in the website is not true. Please think twice before booking this hotel

Hygiene is pathetically bad - the washroom/toilet looks like the one from a low-budget lodge. God knows who rated them a 3 Star hotel, I would rate them in par with a small-town hotel, forget the stars. There's actually very awful parking space - worst, the parking area has a narrow entry/exit and even the parking area is a narrow area between the building complex and compound walls. If you were unlucky to park your car inside and four more cars were parked further behind, you got to get the other cars moved before you touch your car. Also, the guard asked us to hand the keys but I didn't have any confidence to hand over the keys as I didn't trust enough if he's good enough a driver to unpark my car from a pathetic place as this. Getting back, the hygiene in the room was awful, not a single staff was trained to handle customers well, you got to stand at the reception forever until someone attends you. It was fortunate that I didn't book food with their restaurant!!! The only relief is you got other good hotels where you can dine, and there's a Red Fox hotel (you better book your rooms there than choosing Plazza!!!) where you got an amazing bar and good service and food. Overall, I couldn't think of one good aspect about this hotel, I even suspect if they wash the bed linen after each check out. DO NOT choose this hotel for a stay in Trichy, for God's sake...

My experience was so bad and horrible in this hotel. I totally disappointed during my stay in hotel. The toilet was so dirty and it was bad smell and stained in the floor. Bed spreads they were given in dirtly and stained one. Only soap and shampoo was given in toiletries. no brush and paste were given. Finally they complimentary breakfast is also very poor. They have displayed only Idly, dosa and upma. those are also not available at the time. Definitely I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay in this hotel. Their tariffs are like 3 star and service are like low calls hotels. Their car parking is also very very worst. They have not provided proper parking also. Over all very very bad experience in this hotel. .staff rude behaviour... insects were all over there.

Don't go by the photos. Only advantage is proximity to railway station and bus stand. Rooms are average, not so clean. Not well maintained. Their charges are much more for these rooms. Food they provide oly breakfast which is edible. There are good hotels around bus stand which you can use for food. Overal won't recommend for a family , ok for bachelors at this rate

This hotel is located near the City bus stand. This very crowded place and parking is really horrible. They have a very narrow way from back and that can accommodate only 3-4 cars. Rooms are clean and decent. But room size is very small.

It's a we'll maintained hotel with all the required amenities. I liked the ambience, location and accessibility of this hotel. Rooms were clean and beds were decent. We had some power outage issue in our room and the staff took too long to resolve, which is my only complaint. Also. They do not have enough car parking space available neither do they have a valet service. But overall the staff was friendly and our stay was very comfortable. And the most important thing is this place is 100% value for money.

AC is not at all worked ,Even after we informed technician visited but no use.simply the said it will work but never worked after we vacating the room in the next day evening we realise a little bit of AC but charges collected for AC room. Room is good .

The hotel is right opposite to the Trichy bus stand and we'll connected. The staff is good, they don't have a restaurant for the hotel, but they do have complimentary breakfast in a hall.and you can order food to the room. It won't be hassle as there are lot of good eateries around the place with lot of varieties.

Not a good experience, stayed in a room having power issue. No proper power plug, unable to charge the phone. Room got power issue, when we remove the key from main power switch, then the whole room get power off, we have to call the service person to switch ON the power. We asked for a room change but they didn't arranged a room. Stayed for 2 days with this all problems. Not recommended.

Lately cockroach ridden but staffs are firendly and offered to help with good rooms ..but every room is cockroach infested.. Management should invest in Pest control

I stayed there during first week of November 2022. Quality of the room were not upto to standard as they suggest. Cockroachs were found in my room and the other room where I switched from AC was not working. Maintenance is zero they just say yes but nothing gets done. Buffet Breakfast was the worst no variety or choice eat the same thing everyday...worst quality. Learn from your competition. Not worth the money paid. What you see online at the time of booking is not what you get.

First of all, not recommended for family to stay here. They asked us to wait in the reception when we check in. Looks the other person stayed in the room yet to check out. Beds were not clean and room service is very bad. Looks bedspreads were not changed for long time. When we complain, they responded as no other option is available. Its overpriced rent for the amenities they provide. Rooms were very small and not worth. They will charge 200 per hour for each extra hour we stay. Very pathetic stay we had at this hotel. Definitely not recommended if you have kids. Adding single star as it mandate in reviews.

Hotel situated bang opposite to the Central bus stand across the road makes it easier to commute to other places. Rooms were very spacious, approximately around 300 square feet, Nice bed, neat flooring, cleanliness was apt, toilets and shower area leaves you with nothing to complain. Perfect place to stay as the rent also is affordable.

Avoid this place as it is not customer friendly and is quite chaotic. 1)Half of the time AC never worked in the suite room. They changed the room.2) Room Service is disastrous as it is all from zomato and comes without plates or cutlery. 3) Breakfast is served in a room tucked away on first floor and is on rear side. 4) Limited Parking on the rear side and is horrible. overall if you are travelling with family, it is not a place. Finally, Overall there is no single responsible person you czn speak to.

The hotel is located in a good location near the central bus stand and railway station also. Room quality is not good. There is no proper lighting inside the room and no amenities. Wifi service is also not good. Room service is also not good. If you ask for more water, it's chargeable. Somehow, breakfast is good.

I have stayed many times through online and sometimes on time booking in reception. Last time I visited through agoda booking. Even after we submit the proper IDs they won't allow to proceed the check in by saying about the new restrictions from agoda. The hotel regulations are made by hotel or other apps?? And finally they are ready to allow us by demand extra 500rs!! We don't have other choice that time. Hereafter I never visit this hotel at any situation. Hotel staffs are used cheap way to get extra money by mention new rules. I thought management also must be aware on it, cause they asking me to pay hotel account directly. So no use to further complaint. Better we should choose another decent and best hotel.

One of the best stay I had ever had,their hospitality was good, housekeeping service is good. For premium size room they provided a good king size bed, TV water bottle , changing towels bedsheet everything on daily basis,view from 6th floor is awesome which clearly shows the central busstand, it's just opposite to bus stand. Complimentary buffet breakfast was awesome.

Stayed for 2 nights. Close to central bus stand and trichy railway junction (Walkable). We took executive room for 4 people. ₹3500 with breakfast. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness and lighting can be improved.

Decent hotel to stay.This is our second time stay in Plaza.Location of the hotel is very good.You get lot of options to eat.Its right on the bus stop.Room is decent and clean.We have stayed as a family with extra bed for our boy. We booked thru MakeMyTrip. Other thing about this hotel is the tea shop on the entrance it's a nice one to get badam milk and jigarthanda

Stay was good, only one advice don't order food from KMS Hakkim suggested by the hotel. If u order biryani for lunch most probably you will get last night's leftover nich packed.

It couldn't be more centrally and conveniently located in the very heart ot the city. The apartment is fully equiped, and the hostess is THE most incredible one! She met me at the door to collect the keys after a very easy communication, and she was there for everything

Worst people management staff who assisted were very money minded hotel. we booked the room from app but the staff demanding the extra money and that too in the mid night it was a worst and bad experience ever..never ever go for this hotel greedy people. Hotel manager started tricky game to make money by refusing apps subject to availability but atlast i finished the game in my way. In the end Karma followed the manager.

Good size well furnished rooms with ample car parking, lift, free breakfast. It's just opposite to the central bus stand, commuting is very easy. Lots of restaurants and shops are around this place.

The air vent is not functioned can’t able to plug in the charger and continuous noise of fan whole night there is a leakage of water at wash room , no dental kits and too much of mosquitoes can’t sleep properly, Requesting team to ensure to get good customer satisfaction. Room is clean, but you gotta call for towels. Luxury for Luckiest is a useless slogan. There's no Luxury, the blanket is not comfy. The Morning reception staffs are unprofessional. If you book online, they'll be like "Online booking ku early check in kedayathu". We went in @ 10:30 and they were expecting as Onsite booking and they were standing up, giving respect, says room is available. When we said We booked online, that brightness went dark and they didn't even look at our face when we talked. Like they own that place and we we're like staying for free.

Among several stays this time it was worst. One of the Lifts failed. Alternatively no steps provided.. Steps closed by 2nd floor which against safety rules. Who in India bothers? Money only speaks. Charging enormously for extra bed but not providing cot. Only mattress.. Started cheating customers.

Stayed there thinking it's a 3 star hotel. There were insects in all the rooms. I got my room changed twice. In the third room there were less insects. This needs improvement. Otherwise staff were friendly and polite.
