Worstest hotels ever visited. Poor customer service we have the right to complain to consumer forum the reason is: - poor AC condition - poor managerial service and cheap attitude to the customer - no emergency services provided - no ups Budget hotel means a hotel with essential things for accommodation like clean bed, good condition AC, clean restroom… etc.. but these basic facilities are not been provided in this hotel… no humanity… Whatever hotel it is customers should be satisfied with the service to ensure the fair deal…. Experienced these at 1 night of stay ……

Not great. Not recommended for family. Poor facility. I took the room for 1200 rs and the quality for money is nil. Bathrooms were not clean. Constant odour from room & bathroom. Only comfort was parking. budget hotel doesn't mean compromising Cleanliness. It's about compromising amenities. Cleanliness needs effort.

Not been to rooms, but checked in a hall for a meet. But it was totally uncomfortable, no adequate ventilation or aircondition. Not the standard expected in such a new building.

The reason for 1 star is, Google don't provide 0 rating. Worst than anything. Had Never seen such an hotel at lifetime. Just have 4 side walls with a roof. No cleanliness,no proper response,no power supply,no Ups backup,no basic facilities. We booked an AC room in which ac water falls directly into bed. Whole night power went off n we didn't sleep due to mosquitos. On top of all these..the manager of that hotel. His rudness was at such a way that. At midnight due to unclean Romy sister got cough and we badly needed hot water. I went down n asked him for some hot water...he said we can't arrange that now. I said u have gas,vessels n cylinder y don't u help us... Even I said I can prepare n go. He rudely said that's not for guest n it's for our personal use. She was coughing the whole night. If we ask something,he ll just take his mobile n keep at ears n walk off & the guest needs to wait until he finishes his attitude scene with his bluffing English.Never go for this hotel even if they ask u to stay at free of cost. Yes, offcourse we regret for the stay.

No facility to keep luggages when we go for early check in..the person in reception shown me a empty room in 3rd floor to place the things and i asked for chair he told he cant give any and told sit in the floor and asking early check in fee for it.he said in pity he given the room as i asked why i have to pay for early check in even there is no chair you provided.he told to take the things and vacate and come at booking time.very rude behaviour of reception person.

Very Nice place for family Stay with budget price.

It has good a/c rooms and the price for 2 persons with attached bathroom is 1500 gst Inc.

My room had chewing gums stuck on wall beside the bed, not spacious if 3 people are expecting to stay. We had smokers and drunkards as our neighbors and due to lack of ventilation in corridors, our rooms were welcoming smoke smell whenever we opend door. Bathrooms were good and had some space for parking. Over the call management spoke well. If the rooms are maintained clean and are strict with smokers, Comfort inn can get good standard.

Nit staff(11.01.2023) ,he is name I don't no . But he behaved rude and anger handling speech we are really disappointed its really really worst experience. Don't behave the same character to all those people's

Too far from Chatiram bus stand, Srirangam or Rock point temple. Room was way below average. One of the managers was rude about check out time. Be polite sir!!!

Worst.. Worsttt..PLS DON'T BOOK With that much 950rs.. Its better not to waste money.. Even in hurry better not to go. No lift.. No workers to carry luggage at night time. Bedsheets smelly and dirt .. Untidy rooms.. With geyser not working.. All prior NEGATIVE reviews are TRUE

Good hotel with clean and tidy rooms. Booked thier suite room which is like a 1 BHK. Very spacious and comfortable.

Very baad lodge setup in rooms are very high hot temperature there is no drinking water and bathing towel in room

Very worst hotel in Trichy, no genset power backup or even no UPS for lights and fans, we stay there on 25/12/2021 night, power cut from mid night 1 AM to morning 6 AM, there is a water leakage in AC. No proper bed sheets were provided. Guest comfort is not at all important to them, very worst behavior of the night duty person, conversations are voice recorded. No lift facility.

Worst experience... gave used old bedsheet... No room amenities like soap,shampoo.. Room was heavy smell..The stench wafted across the room... Pls follow the small small things..

Worst experience. AC had leakage and the room went watery in minutes. Had risk of falling off. Staff never cares about any medical emergencies too as my relative got sickness and the person available is not courteous about helping with hot water. If you ask, they ask you to look for a hotel with restaurent. On top of it, didn't have a genset and there was no power for the whole night. Even if you see the other reviews, the owner or manager's response says this is a budget hotel, look for different one if you need facilities. I too suggest the same, look for different one. Never ever think of staying here. Kaasu pona paravala, nimmadhiya irukkalam...

Good behaviour of reception Managers. The major negative points are Rooms are in 2nd floor with NO lift. Rest of the things are ok. At Trichy Uber services are very very Poor (demanding more money)

Nice location. Perfect pricing. Very courteous behaviour. Can be 5 star rating if the blankets and pillows don't smell bad. Over-all good place to stay
