Worst experience in a hotel. 1. Asking for full payment before check in , which was not informed earlier... (one rude behaviour person call himself MD) even i paid the total amount 75k but he did not give the bill or receipt. 2 pathetic service 3 . Worst view for a hotel -when we opened the window we saw a sewer line going by 4. Anything we order - tea coffee etc .. the bill has to be cleared immediately 5. Tea coffee served in small paper cups 6. Impolite staff 7. Ac not working properly they have the ac control unit. If there was a negative star would have given that .....

One of the worst hotel experience, the staff act as if they own the hotel, the so called owner and his son aren't fit to run their own home let alone a hotel that caters to guests. Constant arrogance and acting witful to get as much money for little to no service. Just because they have a property in a prime location they assume they own the whole World.

Stayed there a few time and service was excellent.just beside hotel is a veg restaurant very convenient to have breakfast before heading out. Clean, big rooms

*Full payment of the stay had to be paid in advance before check-in. *No proper parking available. *Rooms aren't up to the mark,there were cockroaches, leaking taps in the washroom, and used shampoo kept in the kit. *No complimentary breakfast. Could have got a better stay for this price.

Lovely place to stay on a trip. Easy access to main temples and shopping area in Tiruchi. Staff are super friendly. Clean accommodation. Transport provided with knowledgeable drivers (upon request). Good place to stay for solo and family travelers.

The management was very pathetic. They were very rude and help required were not provided on time. Had a bad experience. Some times reputation gives lethargic mind that reflected their attitude with customers.

My hotel stay with Maya Residency was amazing and impeculiar. I was impressed by all the staff within the hotel, even when I asked if an auto can be arranged for my walking distance shopping. We spend 3 nights here while touring and everything was excellent. Mr Prakash the hotel owner was very obliging when we arrived earlier than the checking in hour. Their hotel rate is also very reasonable. Save your money and enjoy a comfortable stay at Maya Residency.

Worst service for price . 1. I asked for extra bed and paid for the same but they delayed it which disturbed the sleep. 2. We asked for water bottle before going to sleep. We waited for 15 mins then slept. They gave it after 30 mins after we slept.

Do not ever opt for this hotel, horrible experience with staff and owner. Prices not adhered to. Never go directly use third party booking as they charge extra without offering the additional facilities agreed upon.

Worst experience of the hotel stay. Kids did some inking on quilt and owner is an absolute arrogant in communicating it to us. Asking to take the quilt with us saying no use of him to keep it.. I understand his loss but there’s a way to communicate it. Also the inking can be cleaned easily with dry wash. Rather asking for a money in an irrespective way. Not worth arguing these people felt and left the money. I knew he can fix it. I can consider it as a donation given to his hotel.

Staffs are okay . .. their management treat you worst .. Better find good and better property instead of staying here.. there are few more available.. Decided not to stay or recommend this place anymore. It's my personal view..

Decent stay options for family visiting temple towns. Compared to 2022 prices, 2023 year has seen at least 800 to 1000 ₹ increase. Clean bathroom, room is spacious with cupboard and electronic Safe. Good part is Sangeetha restaurant right below them and ample car parking in next compound. I stayed twice during temple visits and no complaints. Simple stay but i felt it's little expensive with 2023 pricing.

Nice place to stay. Center of the city. Bu, auto, cab availability splendid. Food is also good in nearby restaurant.

I was staying at this hotel last month. AM Checkin 5.00 AM But the supervisor says that the guards are carrying guns when asked why the check out should be done in the evening. I paid 2240 but do not know why they say so. This is a very disgusting Resideny .My money. And my time was wasted

Average but nothing to write about especially for the price tag each room carries. The bathroom was below average while the room had sufficient lights, legroom, space for luggage etc. Visit only when no other better option is available in Trichy. Only saving grace was Sri Sangeethas restaurant on ground floor which serves authentic food at affordable price

The rooms were tidy and aesthetic. They were worth the price and were in close proximity to almost all the tourist spots. The hotel staff were helpful and were quick to help us in the check-in and check-out procedures. The bathrooms were also clean and the water was hot almost all the time. The A/C at the room we stayed was functional and it did it's job. The morning breakfast was also amazing and it seems like the place where they served breakfast was a popular destination to eat at Trichy. I would rate the place overall as a 10/10. I would choose Maya Residency for future stays and would recommend the same.

Room was a bit small and dusty. OK place could use better upkeep but has Shri Sangeetha’s restaurant just below which somewhat makes up for the hotel.

Good location. Restaurant adjacent. Good hotel unless your window opens to the dirty canal outside.

Pathetic AC. The temperature is stuck at 26 degrees and you cannot adjust it with your remote. I guess they are hard setting the temperature too reduce electricity bills. Avoid this hotel.

Rooms are quite good. Very ideally located. Reasonable rates for rooms. Well appointed and well ventilated and lighted rooms. There is a beautiful restaurant in the ground floor.

- Got misled by the name Maya's. this isn't. This is Maya's residency. A namesake of a spacious hotel nearby. - Parking is a dingy 12 feet deep garage, to which access is about 70 degrees downwards. If you don't know how to move your car inch-by-inch, your front underbody will hit the floor - They charge for water bottles beyond the first day. - We chose a family room for 4 but they don't have more than 2 bedsheets, instead they give blanket (Guys this is Trichy not Ooty!!) - Payment to be upfront. Breakfast NOT included - Room were decent - good A/C, bed etc - faucets in bathroom were damaged. and they have a window in bathroom which opens to your main room. (I think they tried something like a romantic honeymoon room of a 5-star hotel and failed miserably) - Unless you did not get a reservation in other places, avoid this.

Horrible non flexible management. Arrogance at peaks ! Highly priced ! Behind the hotel is huge drainage so cannot open the windows for fresh air ! Worst parking place for ur car in the basement ! Car gets hit below when entering n exit ! Restaurant below for food laso is over priced !

The owner inspects the rooms without asking for prior permission. Same behaviour exhibited by the staff members. They don't care to ring the bill , ask for permission for privacy reasons. One of the worst treatments in a hotel I ever come across! For one of the smaller lamps not working (could have been repaired easily with 100 Rs.), they charged us 1,200 INR to buy the whole set. Please do not book this hotel and book any other affordable better hotels in Trichy, near bus stand.

Such a worst experience. Even though the rooms are good. But the approach of the staff are always changing. The rent will charge for 12 hrs which is totally undigestable. They will change the rules according to their convenience. They never care about the customer service since they are located in prime. Such an worst experience which I face twice.

Made a stay here with my family for one day.. Good place to stay with family. Prime location suitable for travel to different temples. One suggestion: Please provide morning coffee atleast . Ramp in under ground parking: Slope to be reduced.

The room was quiet spacious but the bathroom is super tiny. The reception staffs are impolite, had a restless time answering their phone calls. Check-out time is stringent, they do not offer flexible services for outstation guests. Also, they do not treat their employees in a respectable manner.

We have just arrived to the property. The photos are accurate, that is what you will find although with much more dirt and grime. The bed sheets are stained and far from white. The bathroom hasn't been cleaned properly in a while. The shower glass and wc seat are grubby and the tiles as well. Just because I have already paid and now it is 23:55... how long will I wait for the clean sheet I asked 20 minutes ago.? So now you know what you will find. Last update, two dead insect were found when changing the linen. Really disgusting 😒

The owner Mr Prakash is very very helpful. He takes care of everything. The staff is polite spoken and quick in service. The owner and his team helped me with so many things. I was traveling with my old parents who eat only Jain food.. the owner helped us find a pure vegetarian restaurant which offers Jain food. Because of heavy crowd, we couldn't have proper Darshan at the main temple of Swami Ranganathan. The owner arranged a person who went to the temple with us and made sure we have good Darshan. We needed to visit a hospital.. the staff guided us with the hospital name and directions and even gave reference which made our hospital visit quick. This property has AC non smoking rooms which are big in size. The mattress and pillows are very soft and the bathroom fittings are new and branded. Hotel has elevator and parking facilities and you get hot running water in shower 24/7. There is a very good pure vegetarian restaurant by the name Sangeetha just next to this hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious and service is quick. Location is central and near to all major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was our trip to Trichy as a family after a long time. We had senior citizens and kids with us and we really wanted our stay to be comfortable for all of us. This is where Prakash and his staff made our stay completely stress free. They took care of all our needs right from choosing the right rooms, parking and transport of our baggage. The rooms were clean and all appliances worked as it should without any problems. The big upside of staying here is that of The Sangeetha's restaurant right in the hotel. The food was great and above all really hygienic. I will stay here again and I recommend it for anyone stopping over at Trichy for a night!

Had a good stay. Staff were very courteous. Rooms were neat and sanitized. Hotel is centrally located, could go around easily from there. I expected it to get noisy because of the proximity to the main road, but it was thankfully quiet inside. Parking was available in the basement of the hotel. Lots of restaurants available at walking distance, so no problems with respect to food.

My room was very clean. I felt safe as a solo traveller and the manager gave great recommendations about things to do. Location was central to temples and restaurants.

The hotel is nice and clean. The service are good. When ever you need the room service, they will be send to your room immediately. The bathroom is clean. Only the a/c is not cool at all. In middle of the night you will feel so warm. No choice, have to use fan all the way. Did complaint but no any changes been made for it. Other than that, it is very convenient hotel. There is restaurant just beside the hotel till night 10.30pm.

One of the best places I have stayed in Tiruchirapalli at an extremely cost effective price. The Hotel room ambience was extremely admirable, with a lavish King size bed and a huge walk space with in, proper decorum maintained by the Hosts including the Washrooms. Good and prompt in attending calls with more responsible women working was a good catch. I met the owner himself incidentally while departing....Was extremely simple man and concerned about the customer' Satisfaction. Food and juices are being served in the room at a quicker wait time from the restaurant near by, which was tasty as well. Would certainly prefer my stay at Maya Residency when ever I visit Trichy. I highly recommend others too👍💯👏

Situated at a Good location which is very close to chathram bus stand. They have a few slots for car parking. The rooms are decently sized and with good interior work. Customer service is good overall responding to any calls promptly. Sangeethas is located in the same building and hence good option for veg food.
