I
had
chosen
this
hotel
keeping
in
mind
it's
very
close
to
the
Central
Bus
Stand
and
had
read
mixed
reviews
about
it
on
various
sites
and
was
pretty
convinced.
When
I
entered
the
hotel,
it
looked
posh
and
I
was
pretty
happy
with
my
choice.
The
reception
and
the
walkway
to
the
rooms
gave
a
classic
high-end
hotel
feel.
The
rooms
here
are
very
big,
spacious,
with
appropriate
provision
for
your
luggage
and
clothes.
It's
well
lit
and
ventilated.
The
bath
rooms
were
neat,
clean
and
big
as
well
and
I
don't
really
have
much
to
complain
about
the
room.
The
Complementary
Breakfast
was
simply
amazing
-
the
variety
of
spread
was
really
good
and
tasty
too
:
But,
if
you're
looking
for
something
Non-Veg,
there's
nothing
they
offer
(Didn't
matter
to
me
cos
I'm
a
Veggie).
The
food
I
chose
to
eat
was
also
served
quick,
reasonable
and
tasty.
However,
the
table
clothes
were
with
a
lot
of
stains
and
not
changed
after
every
guest
uses
it.
The
staff
at
the
reception,
restaurant
and
other
service
men
(laundry,
room
service,
house-keeping)
were
all
courteous
and
very
polite.
They
even
helped
us
in
letting
us
know
about
places
to
visit
and
put
us
in
touch
with
a
Cab.
I
only
had
one
issue
with
no
hot
water
available
on
one
evening
when
I'd
to
head
out.
I'd
called
the
house
keeping
staff
5
times
and
even
the
reception
to
only
get
hot
water
supply
after
waiting
for
15
mins.
Considering
that
they
claim
a
24
hour
hot
water
supply,
this
shouldn't
have
happened.
If
they've
specific
hours
or
if
a
visitor
needs
to
place
request
for
supply
in
un-usual
hours,
this
can
be
mentioned
somewhere
in
the
bathroom
or
while
we
check
in.
That
said,
I
enjoyed
my
stay
here
for
2
days
:)
However,
all
in
all,
the
maintenance
can
be
improved
a
little
more,
to
take
this
to
higher
places!
1.
The
common
area
sofas
had
a
lot
of
dust.
2.
The
hand
wash
in
the
restaurant
was
very
poorly
maintained
and
had
a
foul
smell!
3.
The
WiFi
wasn't
even
working
during
my
entire
stay
-
if
it's
a
3
Star
hotel,
this
is
basic.
4.
Google
Pay
and
other
online
payments
are
not
accepted
-
This
is
so
basic
today:
Even
the
Chai
wala
and
others
have
GPay
-
this
needs
to
be
implemented
ASAP.
5.
The
music
in
the
elevator
was
too
loud
-
this
was
audible
till
the
rooms
all
night
!
6.
The
TV
in
my
room
had
only
Tamil
channels
-
if
you're
a
Non-
Tamil
guy,
and
also
want
to
chill
in
the
room
watching
TV,
I
had
no
choice
at
all
-
other
regional
languages,
Hindi,
English,
Sports
weren't
there
at
all
!
7.
Considering
it's
a
3
Star
hotel,
training
in
Basic
English
to
the
staff
would
help.
8.
A
Hair
Drier
in
the
bathroom
would
help.
9.
Few
Tissues
in
either
the
bathroom
or
the
room
would
be
good.
10.
The
restaurant
can
be
better
maintained.
The
table
clothes
are
very
dirty
and
not
changed
at
all
after
a
guest
uses
the
table.
