I’m a 28 year old American woman, traveling through India alone. I stayed here in March 2023. The location is great, if you don’t mind a bit of noise. It is in the bazaar and very close to Rock Fort temple, which is great bc there are always people around, it feels very safe, it’s very fun to walk around the bazaar and check out all the shops, and the temple is right there. I had a nice night exploring the bazaar and was glad my hotel was close. The rooms are basic, about a 7/10 cleanliness, but hygienic enough. There was some hair behind the beds. It’s an old hotel, there was some water damage on the wall. Shower was hot and very strong — best I’ve had so far while traveling. Staff is very friendly and 24 hour reception allows for late check in. They also held my bag behind the desk for a few hours after I checked out. Overall, not bad for the price and excellent location, but 3 stars because of cleanliness.

Clean n functional. Friendly n very helpful staff. It is a mid range hotel. Nothing fancy but neat. Worth the price. Booked twice here. Location is USP. most tourists attractions are within a 8 km radius.

Very rude behavior of hotel manager for just asking to give some drinking water! His claim is that I asked him rudely. TV is there but will not work. Telephone is there but will not work. AC is there but will not work. But bed was neat and clean. Will never book this hotel again.

Oky gud to stay. Near by shopping area best place to stay. But roomful dust no cleaned bedsheets no towels water bottle soap ntng provided just room with fan ac other than nothing. Room is sp duty asthma patient don't stay ...

Ok for one or two days. Located in a busy area. In road view is a plus. Room needs interior painting.

We had come from Bangalore to stay here for a night... Checkin around 7pm so climate was not so hot and we selected non AC room. Rooms were good clean hot water was available. This hotel is in heart of an market. 2 car parking are available but they may arrange if the parking is full. Darga is near but not walkable we have to take autorickshaw.

I stayed with my family of 5 for 2 nights. I was told I was getting an upgrade to a suite room at discounted rate, but I was not convinced I got any discounts. Room was spacious. Bathroom was not clean. Bathtub was broken. Hot water was unavailable for sometime. Complaints to reception were only partially attended to promptly. Overall, an average stay experience, except for the location.

Rooms are decent. Post pandemic there is zero improvement in renovation and maintenance. Food is bad 👎 😫 Hotel seriously needs to focus on the infrastructure improvement

Booked online via Agoda (Paid) for a non AC room. In person, I upgraded for an AC room for which I was suppose to pay ₹700 extra and I paid. But I paid additional ₹1100 for the room again. The ₹999 which I booked through Agoda (non-refundable only if cancelled) was not returned to me. I'm not sure who is at fault. Agoda says the hotel received the money but the hotel manager or owner says that he only gets the booking information and collects payment over the counter. Either Agoda or Hotel Susee has tricked me into paying ₹2700 for a room that has nothing except a TV, bed and a line for room service.

A hotel with older rooms. Average cleanliness. AC is good. Location is inside a local market. So can het food most time and autos will be easy to get. Very close to chathram bus stand

This lodge situated near by Rockfort temple and three storeyed lodge at affordable price. It also contains party hall and spacious places for meetings. The portico view and balcony enable us to enjoy the panaroma view of Trichy. Rooms are neat and tidy. Room service is promptly available. They readily offer extra bed, bedsheets. Water heater available. Cupboards with hanger facility available.

Nice room, excellent A/C. The bed is not good, so much body pain. The location is intolerable bcz it's located in the market.

Good place to stay, heart of the city with Rockfort in walking distance and shopping hub. I recommend this hotel. Room was clean and hygiene. Staff good and responsive.

Most importantly, pricing is on point. I was charged a K for two adults, and unlike the 'check out' timing trend, they offer you 24 hour stay. Ambience is great, hygiene is maintained appropriately. Over all good place to stay.

Liked the hotel and hygienic. Rooms were clean and though spent only 6 hours hotel didn't negotiate on the price.

Not upto the mark for their price. No room service at all. Hotel not providing any things like soat, coconut oil or dental kit. Everything u have to buy. Room rent is a bit costly for their quality. Bedsheets were torn too...

Rooms and ambience were good. Courteous service. There's a restaurant attached but practically useless. The restaurant starts functioning only from afternoon. You can get a coffee at the earliest only by 07.00am from outside because room service starts only from 06.30am. Limited parking facilities. Situated amidst busy shopping area.

Booked room online in booking .com with request early check in on 6.00 am.accepted..the reception manager not given room has he said check in was 12.00 and rude behavior attitude shows not accepting online booking.waited with my family and children's in road for more than 1 hour...24 hours timing followed in every lodge near by....not preferable to book this hotel in online....suggested near by hotel is royal satyam 3 star....cheep and nice staff better than susee park.....

Poor service by the hotel manager. We’re regretting to book this hotel. Hopefully consider about their services.
