Affordable price and good service. Hot water , AC, room service, easy access, car parking are good. But no complimentary breakfast is provided as mentioned. Please don't provide false information while booking the rooms.

I don't even want to give one star to this hotel. The worst experience I have ever had in my life. Bedsheets are not washed,towels are torn,wifi with zero speed,giving water bottles,soap etc only after asking them. They are charging heavy and not giving even the basic facilities. They are not even changing bedspreads daily. Please don't choose this one for your stay and get ruined. Their charges are like 3 star hotel but sevice is very bad. One of the staff is very very rude . I would suggest not to go to this hotel at any emergency

Worst experience ever. Dirty rooms, Rude and unprofessional reception and staff. Sewer water flowing in just next to entrance spreading stinky smell and breeding mosquitoes. Rooms bed sheets are dirty, when asked to change they says they don’t have another bed sheet to change 😇 Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel ever.. Attitude of reception: “If you don’t like it cancel your booking”😅 which we did and got another hotel much better than this one 😄 and fyi we booked 2 double bed rooms and 1 suite room. Cancelled all three 😄

Very budget friendly hotel. Only getting to that hotel below the bridge was cumbersome. Rest all was good. They don't offer food services and you have to eat else where outside. The rooms are neat and clean.

This is far the worst hotels I have ever stayed ! I had initially paid the full amount for five days as per my plan , but due to some emergency I was not able to complete the stay in the hotel , for that I asked for Refund ! They promised me refund , but they told they needed two days time It has been four months since I stayed and no refund since ! Two people Arpudharaj and Arun are in the reception! I asked for Managements number for Refund , but they have been behaving very arrogantly and they have also not refunded my amount ! I am sure many other customers have also been facing the same issues I urge everyone to find some other hotel , they put you in pain and agony when we go for a stay in their hotel ! Worst management ! The staff has been spoiling their belief of customers !

An superb quality hotel to check in. The hotel is well maintained and rooms are very neat and room service is quick with no drags. The assisted me for early morning check-in and also guided me properly to visit the important pilgrim places. The ambience of the hotel is really good and very calm with no disturbance. It delevered all the needs which was essential and the lift provision is also well maintained. Over all it's a good experience and will check in again if further visits steps in for Tiruchirapalli.

stayed at Non Ac standard room.. spacious room.. clean wash room.. provided towel, soap and water bottle. Good parking facility.. Evening time lot of mosquitoes coming from outside. fan regulator was not working.. always running at full speed.. over all stay was ok..

Room was clean. Stains on bedsheets. Used my own sheets. Sheets looked washed but oil stain was seen. Otherwise ok. Provided with soap and toothbrush and paste. Wifi was slow. Just slept for a night.

It was just a okay kind hotel. For the money 1008 Rs I paid for Non A/C Room, it's really not worth as fan was running full speed. Regulator is of no use. Comedy here is the recepeptionist says all crompton greaves fan are like that. For summer it is fine. But for winter? Evening I went out and came back. Power was not there. Nobody cared to switch on generator also. No water bottle, nothing provided. Soap also the roomboy giving it as if he is giving gold coin to me. Soap only right. Such a worst attitute minded guy. Thought of staying 1 more day. But sorry, I cannot think next visit. If I swich off fan mosqutos r coming. Not sure whether I can have good sleep today. Please don't waste your money. You can get same non a/c room with proper amenities in 650 outside easily. Dont expect too much here.

Stayed recently. The rooms were neatly maintained, the staffs were friendly. The front desk people provide water bottles and arrange for taxi services. The double room costed around 3k for 2 nights. Overall I had a very nice and enjoyable stay. Would recommend to all my friends and relatives.

Worst behaviour staff, I booked a room call for non AC and also I told for payment, while chek inn they told only AC room available, there is no entries , receptionist also behaved rudely

The water in ac was leaking andd i complined and they cleared it out. The hygenic was worsti could able to smell the acid and penoil smell. I unexpected in rush i booked the hotel room by beleiving ibibo ratings. I booked two rooms for 6 people charged Rs2240 for each rooms. Plus cleaning chrges rs 200. There are many good hotels at better price and clean hygine. Most of their are fake .

The parking car is trickey also road width is not comfortable for 14 feet cars. Only walkable or by auto good to reach hotel. Room service are not good and we won't get tea or coffe from staff. They have to change towels.

Cleanliness is very bad. Bed sheets, pillow covers are stinking. Rooms are infested with cockroaches. They don't provide the same facilities as it's displayed in other aggregation websites like goibibo. Overall not worth the money.

Rooms are bit expensive for non-A/C rooms 2 people price is 1130 with gst you will get other hotel rooms for around 950 with better service

No free breakfast as mentioned in the website. Dirty linen and towels. Single blanket spread horizontally on the double bed. No bathtub as mentioned in the website. Asked for tea in room service. Promised in 30 minutes. Never came. Remote for TV came after three reminders overnight. 4kms from the railway station. Best avoided.

This was one of the worst hotel.. We ever planned to stay. .. The room, we checked in had blood stains in bed sheets.. When showed to the guy in reception, he bluntly told us.. Either, stay like this or cancel your booking..They refused to change the bedsheet. Either, they do not have extra bedsheets or are just pure adamant. We finally moved out and got a much better and Class service in hotel Shaan. Sincere request to all, please do not ever plan to stay in this hotel. The reviews, u see are paid reviews. Only words... Unprofessional and pathetic.
