Terribly annoyed !! Going with the reviews we booked a room here, there were no basic amenities like drinking water, towels, soaps etc in the room. The room simply consist of blanket and no nothing. Only good thing was ac & tv was working fine and room was spacious enough.. But there is no shops nearby even to buy a toothpaste.. u have walk half a kilometer to buy one. . Also the reception staffs thinks we r illiterates who dont know anything about online booking.. While we have to extend our stay for one more day the staff told that 1500rs but in make my trip the amount displayed was 1000 ( including all tax ) when we argued about it he told he cant come down from 1500.. so we simply booked in MMK for 1000 rs there itself and showed him.. and then he was like.. 'no no even though u booked in online, we have to accept it ' 😂 their motto was to loot money not to satisfy customers. Definitely a horrible stay. Poor service.They tie up with online bookings and don't honour the bookings and requests Yes ,of course we came early .But, accommodation requests are a part of customer service. Your reason for not giving rooms were not cos I came early.its cos you don't encourage online booking from the online platform that I had booked.That concerned platform itself has give a 2 star rating for you. Moreover, I could have still come by 11:30 am.But before that(I came by 5:00 and star inn representative has sent the request to cancel saying that I requested cancellation) you have written them that I requested to cancel.whic is not the truth.(Attaching the screenshot) I will share the screen shot. Your hotel entrance was pathetic.No light and not even a front face The premises was dark and not lighted.Dont say that I came in the dark. @Star inn: Be honest with business .Whoever gives you a business is a customer. Or if you don't like that online platform to be listed, don't list yourself in that as it causes hassle for common people like us. To be honest, I don't know how the rooms are.My star ratings are for A) their approach of customer handling B) Their inefficiency to handle front end. C) Their location which looked like a dungeon D)Their Receptionist who was a poor chap who needed to comply with improper guidance E) Their integrity that hurts customer( while we didn't request cancellation, they intimated that we request cancellation) Overall, I can even rate 0 , but there is no option.If star is your problem I give you five star.Dont worry .Chaging that right away @star inn,hope this is good enough to explain that I was not at fault.You could have been a bit low and not rude. Your property has still scope to improve. I will certainly take it up personally with the online platform to deal them separately.🙂

**This is going to be an elaborate review** I booked 2 single bedrooms here for a weekend vacation trip. First impressions: The room looked decent and good enough of 2 people accommodation. For the price paid, this is not a bad option. PROS: 1) This 'so called inn' is located in a prime location with really good accessibility to Restaurants,Bazzar, Bus Stop, Hospitals and banks. 2) If you are having tight schedule to visit places and just want a A/C room for sleeping at nights, then this is a good option. CONS: 1) The entrance of the Hotel wasn't obvious because this is a inn which is situated on 3rd floor of a multi-storey building. 2) In both the rooms pillows were really untidy(check the photos) but they covered it with a pillow cover which wasn't a pleasant experience. (Informed the front desk but no resolution) 3) There were no A/C remotes in both the rooms and we had to share one remote for both the rooms after getting one remote from the reception desk. 4) On the first run of the A/C we felt it was circulating the dust in the room since our nose started irritating. 5) Bathroom was really small and not easy to take a comfortable bath. 6) No room service. (They charge Rs.20 for a 1Ltr mineral water bottle) 7) They only have 7 to 10 rooms all together. 8) WiFi is not so great with poor signal strength. Don't even try using this network for official purposes. 9) Power sockets, Bathroom soap trays, window curtains were not in usable condition. 10) No Car Parking available.

Worst experience😩 Don't Blindly book rooms by seeing the ratings.. Toilet faucet doesn't work 😫 damaged taps, Room doors doesn't close 😑 Rooms were unclean👎 spider webs everywhere behind the door and in bathrooms. Blankets and pillow covers are not washed. Flies all over the restroom😒Requested for room spray during check-in(No responses) - ended up with musty smell whole day. Car Parking goes really worse on rainy days.. Had to park adjacent in muddy and slime place. 👎👎 No room services.. 👎👎👎 No hotels or shops nearby. You need to physically go and get your things😴 Unless asked, they don't provide the bills, ready to share bill only via email upon demand. The only positive thing is prime location and staffs pick your call even at midnight. Staffs could have been a bit more interactive 🙄

All in all it's an excellent deal! It is a bit hard to find your way there, and the business is split into two sections (apartment building, and a "resort"). The service was slow, and we could barely find people at the reception. However, they were kind and told us about the monuments nearby. It's a walking distance away from places like the Rock Temple, and Panchavarnaswamy temple, which I highly recommend! The downside would probably be the fact that food options are somewhat limited. You need to walk around a bit to find a more affordable place to eat. Once again, I doubt you'll find a better deal in the area. Highly recommend it!

Rooms not good, AC has dust in it, I have stayed for a night and next day i got severe cold, mosquitoes in rooms. Fan and AC is there but only AC will work or you should choose non AC room for the Fan, Bedsheets and pillows not clean, found a drop of blood in the bed spread. Only thing is Place located in main.

It is actually an yesteryear bungalow. Nice and clean. Nothing to complain. Everything will be a tad older(in a good way) including bed spreads. The fan regulators are piece of art, atleast 30 years old. So are the fans and other electricals. There are few good paintings on wall. Good restaurants are at walking distance. Parking could be problem. Have to leave car at roadside. Given the locality, it is just fine. Front office guy is fast and helpful. Overall a good budget stay at prime location.
