High quality food is served at attractive price. Rooms are very neat and clean. Valuable service s tendered to the customers. Very close to the central bus station, trichy. Restaurant is also very decent to dine. They couldn't find anything reasonable for parking of vehicle.

Pls don't go to this hotel for stay and we had worst experience with this hotel on July-01-2022. We have reached there by night 11:30 and booked AC room for 1700. After enter into room the hotel person came and switch On AC and TV. But we didn't get cooling from AC. We thought it will takes some time to get cooling and we have taken bath and went to sleep. After one hour we realised that AC completely not working only fan was running in AC. I went to reception and complaint about AC. They came to room and they were doing something with AC remote. Then they accepted AC not working. I have asked another room with AC since I came here for night sleep and i need to drive another 500km after morning. They went and checked the room status and told that rooms not available. Pls note that the room service person was consumed alcohol and i even I cannot stand near by him. Immediately I asked refund but they arguing with high voice and refused to give money back. I never had such worst experience, so much of sweating and room temperature was too hot since it is in 4th floor. Without slept, we taken bath on morning and went to reception to hand over key and i asked to charge for Non-AC, but the receptionist told that he cannot refund any amount. They we had fight with him and he dialled to someone and given only 250 Rs after discussed with someone. So they charged 1450 for Non-AC room. The room was not clean and dust over there. Even we can't keep our bags in self, that much of dust was there. Request you all to avoid this hotel.

One of the dirtiest hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are like a cardboard box that is never cleaned. The floor was full of dust and hair. Ceiling had cob webs. The bathrooms was a disaster. I could write a lot more but such a disgusting hotel is not even worthy of my time.

Very worst service and the reception staff is very rude in behaviour.Unclean rooms and totally unhygenic in this pandemic situation.Customer service and treating customer in an lethargic manner.Money minded mainly focusing money and it's not worth for money. Had a bad stay and completely ruined. Think thrice before booking there. No toliteries provided not even blanket.basic dustbin is not available in room. Very important room not advisable for family .

I was there for three days. It was good, above average cleanliness, friendly staff, nice breakfast and lunch. Above all safety is highly appreciated.good for family. I am satisfied.

Worst experienwcw thwy charged 1500 for Ac room 13 hours and condiion of washroom is very worst all ac water was going through one dirty pipe that pipe must be white but now it is totally black and there were so many pipes outside celling and small cockroch in room and staff also rude behaviour neutral expression in there face as if we are staying there for free.. Note outside in board they wrote ac rooms 1200 but inside they told its 1500 after discount..so it is big liar Since its near to raiway station so i gone there but will avoid in future nearby also good hotel we shoud prefer those..

Hotel made solely for budget stays. Hot water from taps went out within an hour in the morning. Had to ask for dustbin as there wasn't any inside the room. Do not provide toiletries.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in The room was very worst and was not properly cleaned and sanitized The way of Hotel labour is also very bad They gave us an AC type room, but even though the AC was working, the room was not cooling A rat roaming around in the dining area meant the kitchen was very dirty There were too many cockroaches in the rooms There is no water facility or telephone facility the rooms are not cleaned daily Please do not book this hotel after reading all this We fight them and fight them and half change three times in one day

Pros:- Location and the staff. very close the Junction bus stand. Lot of restaurants are there near by. Very friendly staff. Cons:- Rooms were not neat, and there were lot of small cockroaches inside the room. Moment when you open up any food, you could see small cockroaches grouping up. Bedsheets were also not neat. Would recommend for urgent visit and stay not more than 1 day

Highly priced, not worth for the money. Flush was not working in the bathroom but still they had the break up for maintenance also room was not properly cleaned.

Price for a room was 1700 when I first came to enquire and when I came back with my luggage they were asking 2000. Since we were tired we agreed to it. The rooms were very small and not clean.

Roaches and spider everywhere!! If you like to carry some roaches back to home then this is the place!! Even after complaining, they ignored it. I won’t recommend this for both bachelor and family!

Decent rooms but check- in timings are fixed. They charge extra if your check-in and check-out timings differ. And also they allow minimum of 2 ppl in a room though 3 of them can be accommodated.
