    Worst hotel to stay at Trichy. Directly booked with Treebo Hotels. Room not value for money, bathroom washbasin broken, cupboard not clean and guard clothes were there, very old room infrastructure, Lift not working, noisy hotel, fan making sound, lights not functioning, AC temperature already set to 25 degrees and can’t be changed with remote. Personal experience with family stay at hotel. Won’t recommend to anyone for stay. Note: Do not get confused with decent photos posted on web/apps.

    Nice place to stay in peace and calm. This hotel has its own spa, bar and restaurant.. So I feel so comfort in this place. First I found it in oyo afterwards I started going directly... They have also discount.... Worth for couples......

    I stayed dre for 2days... very friendly staff. Rooms r Clean and tidy , good value for money. They delivered breakfast to my room which was absolutely fabulous.not ly breakfast the food they served simply delicious.. it was a very pleasant stay... overall affordable price , Excellent...

    This location in map is very much false and the hotel is opposite to Grand inn. The place is average and looks a little old. Bathrooms are so small and looks average.

    Bad experience, Room is very small two single cots( wheeled) provided booked for family it is very inconvenient, Broken glass windows of bathroom and no mess doors, more mosquitoes in that area as well as in room, no sleep for 2 nights , bed roles are not good poor cleaning, bad experience in my trip lift is not working

    Old property !! Stayed in 3rd floor,on a so called classic room for single occupancy charged 1599 + tax .Felt like slept on platform due to too much traffic noise . And they promote thier resturant food only allowed inside , which is 3 times costly then other good restaurants. Taste also pathetic , complimentary breakfast ..don't even try !! Overall a below average hotel in Trichy.

    I stayed in this hotel when it was know as Hotel sathyam by coastal grand. Stay was wonderful.....staffs and service was too good. Loved it.....

    Very very very very very very very worsted resaptionist she is asked extra money 700rs at hotal when I booked for goaibibo online.payment paid for gpay but she is asking for extra 700 and every works very worsted response resaptionist is worst bihaveing 😑😑😑😑 so any customer plz don't go this hotal

    I have never met such a rude receptionist. The lady shouted so badly over phone. The room was okay but bathroom taps couldn't be turned off. Tea was good but breakfast was horrible. We fell sick after eating idli. Most importantly, the elevator doesn't work properly.

    We family 3 of us.. its just nice for 3 person. Toilet very clean n water supply is good. Breakfast is very nice. Superb vegetarian food. Ashwin is the boy who working in restaurant there. Very humble boy who provided us a very good care n service.

    Hotel is at busy road. We were welcomed by Traffic, Noise and Pollution at the entrance. There are no rooms at ground floor! There is no lift also. All four senior citizens have been given rooms on the second floor! Had to climb up the stairs. πŸ₯΄ Rooms are congested and having very bad smell. Water is leaking in bathroom. Bathroom door doesn't close. Reception and room service bad.

    Complaint about Unsatisfactory Experience at Your Hotel Dear Manager/Hotel Management, I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had during my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the overall quality of service and the condition of the facilities were far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. First and foremost, upon arrival at the hotel, my party and I were greeted by an unpleasant combination of traffic, noise, and pollution at the entrance. The location of the hotel on a busy road created an unpleasant atmosphere from the very start. To add to our dismay, we discovered that there were no rooms available on the ground floor, which posed a significant inconvenience for our group of four senior citizens. Moreover, the absence of a lift exacerbated the situation, as we were forced to climb up the stairs to the second floor, causing considerable discomfort and fatigue. Upon entering the rooms, we were appalled by the cramped space and the overwhelming stench that permeated the air. The congestion in the rooms made it challenging to move around comfortably, further impeding our ability to relax and enjoy our stay. Additionally, the bathroom in one of the rooms had a leaking issue, which resulted in constant water puddles and added to the overall unpleasantness of the experience. Furthermore, the bathroom door in the same room was faulty and did not close properly, compromising our privacy and raising concerns about security. The level of service we received from both the reception staff and the room service personnel was severely lacking. The reception staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful when addressing our concerns and failed to provide the level of assistance and professionalism one would expect. Moreover, the room service was slow and inefficient, leaving us feeling neglected and dissatisfied with the overall experience. In light of the aforementioned issues, I am requesting the following actions to address and rectify the situation: 1. Immediate investigation and resolution of the water leakage and bathroom door malfunction in the assigned room. 2. Proper maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms, ensuring the elimination of the unpleasant smell. 3. A thorough evaluation of the reception and room service staff, emphasizing the importance of professionalism, attentiveness, and promptness. 4. Consideration of additional options, such as ground floor rooms or alternative accommodations, to better accommodate senior citizens or individuals with mobility constraints. 5. Taking appropriate measures to mitigate the impact of traffic, noise, and pollution at the hotel entrance, in order to enhance the overall guest experience. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. As a loyal customer, I had expected a comfortable and pleasant stay at your hotel, and I am disappointed that my experience fell far short of these expectations. I believe that prompt and effective action taken by your management will not only rectify the issues I encountered but also contribute to the improvement of your hotel's reputation and service standards.     Room did not have even a coat hanger! Gentleman at reception was unhelpful. Flushing toilet was an issue. Upkeep of premises, rooms not good. Location is poor. No good restaurant nearby. Lift was out of order. Only saving grace: The manager is concerned and takes interest.

    Only problem is that they give free breakfast only if you are booking through Treebo. I booked through cleartrip and free breakfast was not provided even if it was included in my reservation. Cleartrip took that responsibility but hotel manager was clear that breakfast included only with treebo side booking.

    Restaurant guy is with so much of attitude. He never gave us menu card. And if we asked price about the recipes his statement was like ' you can go outside eat with street vendors if you found it not suitable '. He is around 50_55 years old guy. Didn't asked his name. I tried reaching you via call. But not able to connect.

    Hotel was average for the price to stay. Service was good. It is located in a prime spot which connects Trichy main and Bypass. Stayed for one night to halt for rest.

    Not even worth for single star I have made Book thought Oyo and you check in time was 12pm I reached sharp 12pm and they made me to wait for 1 hour to provide me the room. They gave to room in 3 floor where lift was not working in hotel and I came with my parents and my mom had difficult to climb stairs staf was so rude and answer me that "it was not your home" main part after reaching room it has broken window glass and all traffic noise are inside the room. Can't even go to Deep sleep before of this noise...

    The room is not so clean... AC is not working in most of the rooms... the main reason am giving 3 stars the restaurant in that hotel is aswm....the foods they provide is worth for the money....

    Bad customer service and incorrect map location. No hotel exists at this location. No lifts were functioning and I wouldn't recommend this to old family members. Edit: I think the location of the hotel is corrected now. It is located near Cauvery bridge.
