Chose Blossom restaurant for a change and went with family to celebrate a special occasion, Regretted the decision, quality of food right from soup to main course was awful, service was non existent to say the least, Kitchen staff would leave the prepared food, uncovered, on the sideboard and the server would take 10 minutes to come pick it up and bring to table, he would hold the open dish in his hand and talk or argue or discuss loudly with his colleagues before bringing it to us, obviously spraying the food with his saliva as he did all the talking over it. After all the hassle finally we found the dish we were served tasted nothing like what the standard preparation of it was supposed to taste. The explanation was that it was their "home style" whatever that was supposed to mean! On the whole a good evening totally spoilt and an upset tummy the next morning

Vegetarian people be careful before coming to this hotel. I found chicken chunks in the biryani. I had specifically requested and confirmed twice before ordering that there will be no chicken. They made me eat chicken. Horrible experience. And after that not even a sincere apology or an effort from their side.Staff was less concerned about my condition.I puked whole night after that.Poor service.

The rooms were spacious. The housekeeping and front desk were very polite. The biggest problem was the quality of the food and the service at the restaurant. Completely incompetent servers, and the food was extremely mediocre. This is a problem which needs to be solved as it impacts the whole experience of staying here.

This is a review for two completely contrasting experiences I’ve had in blossoms hotel. The first was a horrible experience with the swimming pool. The water was clear and without any debris. But it was chlorinated so badly that it could not open my eyes and it got swollen and red. I would never step into their pool again. The second was very pleasant where some of their staff treated us very well even though we had only visited their pub and was not a customer who stayed there. They provided water and assisted when our friend had an issue

Good hotel. Good location within market place. Easy access to bus stand and railway station. Front desk staff doing good service. Housekeeping also appreciable. Overall good service by support staffs. Good for small business meetings. Good food served. Will revisit here on some other occasion. Good hospitality, good service keep going. Good

BAD RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE We six of us happen to have snacks and coffee. All the snacks (rice crackers, french fries, gopi 65 and mushroom 65) that were served had black debris/soot coated over it. Initially i thought it could be pepper but it was not the case. It was very evident they reuse oil repeatedly. Even the smell of the fried food were not fresh. Photos of french fries posted here. Since it was guest meeting, i had to avoid escalation intentionally. Avoid fried foods here if you are health conscious.

A small business hotel with almost all the facilities and sweetest staff around. The location is good with market place in the vicinity. The housekeeping team is extremely efficient. IRD team looked after by Bharathi is pretty smooth. Nothing fancy at all however overall a good experience.

It matches a 4 star hotel experience. One of the best hotels in Trichy to stay with. Great hospitality by all the staff members, guides well with required details to visit the places around. The rooftop swimming pool is awesome and there are plenty of options available in complimentary breakfast, Kids loved french fries very much. Valet parking available. The reception staff kept everything ready the time I reached the hotel.

Service was extremely good. The staffs especially those in the rooftop restaurant were the sweetest... And the dishes served were also excellent. Thank you for the wonderful experience to the entire team.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel for the third time. There is simply nothing to complain about as the service was beyond expectation. Kids enjoyed the pool and accessibility is great. would recommend this place for anyone visiting Trichy

Very nice hotel to stay. The staff here provide nice service and are very polite. They have a restaurant called "Kanappa" which provides nice food. The wifi speed provided by the hotel is also good.

Went for a function the banquet hall is absolutely great with the facilities. But the food is not even at entry level. Needs improvement.

Convenient location both for airport and market... Just 10min drive from airport and 25 min to Srirangam.. Great ambiance and the view from roof top restaurant and gym was amazing. On par with any other 5star hotels at big cities. The price is also the same.. Felt a bit over priced. The service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff. They can arrange can services if you require any and at a decent price.

Located opposite to kanchana Kari virundhu.. went here for one exhibition.. The exhibition was conducted on the 1st floor and there are a total of 7 floors in which 2,3,4,and 5 are rooms.. in the 7th floor roof top restaurant and swimming pool is there.. beauty lounge is also there.. In the ground hotel kannapa is there.. Lift facilities and wheelchair facilities are also there.. parking space for both two wheeler and 4 wheeler available

Food was very limited and taken so much time. Ambiance of candle light dinner was not good and our expatation was not fulfilled. Food what we order it was changed without our permission or knowledge

A very decent hotel with genuine staff. Hospitality was amazing. Ambience was amazing. It is absolutely tourist and business friendly. I had brought my Russian friend to stay with me and he was very comfortable as well. Pricing is also decent. Only things to improve are parking and communication. A great place to stay.

Stayed here with my family on 19 November and had reserved 3 rooms for my family of 8 persons - very impressed with the service provided by Mr Senthil and also the staff at the reception, mullai restaurant and even the security. Mr senthil was in close contact with me from the time I made the booking one month before my stay and was flexible to amend my Reservation due to unforeseen circumstances as one of my family member had felt sick . Some suggestions - the hotel’s cleanliness standard is acceptable for a short stay , more shampoos and gel soaps could have been given . We had to call in to request for these . Overall , this place can be considered by tourists for a peaceful and acceptable stay with good service rendered !!

The rooms are neat and clean.. But AC was too old and ac remote is not working properly.. in tv Tamil channels are asking to buy.. only hindi and kannadam channels working..

The blossoms venue is simply a joy! The atmosphere is brilliant and the team are so welcoming. Will Sibley in particular makes outstanding cocktails and really makes you feel at home. It is rare to find a place that combines elegance with a sense of star quality. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the venue. It is a must for anyone who visits Brighton!

Awesome place. Recently attended a function invited by my friend. Beautiful Banquet hall, Elegant ambiance. Food is very tasty, we took some shots in Vgate bar before lunch, quite affordable drinks available.. excellent ambience inside the bar too🤪.

A good place to stay during visit to trichy . Good rooms , food and a nice bar . The roof top restaurant and pool gives it a good feel . The premium rooms that I took were spacious and well appointed. Parking was good too .

Rooms are nice and spacious and beds are very soft. The service was very nice, especially the man in the elevator who was very kind. Very close to the city centre. Price is a bit of a problem but overall excellent.

Very poor service by hotel restoran reception. Waited for 1 hour for 2 cup of masala tea. End up I cancel it because later I realized their 2mins is 1hour. The Executive Room is clean, spaces and very big and their Toilets clean. Located surround with good food area. Overall hotel is excellent. Disappointed with their customer services.

Executive king room had a very small bathroom. The toilet and shower was horrible. Bed was good and comfortable. Service slow. Check in wasn't very friendly either. Not sure if staff can speak English

This review is about the roof top restaurant. I have been to this restaurant several times. The food was very average in the earlier days. But in recents times they are much better than before. Ambience is the major plus point. One of the most classic ambience in the city. It’s my favourite place to meet my friends. It has a pool alongside. So it’s really a good option for getogether.

It didn’t look like a 3 star hotel. This has all the facilities for a 4 star or a 5 star hotel. Lovely rooms, superb food and good hospitality by the staff. Credits to Bala at the rooftop hotel. Consider staying here when you guys are in trichy. Worth the money.

It's a elite hotel with multiple on-site amenities. Their rooms are decent and well maintained and pricey. Room service is prompt. Most of the rooms has work table and chair incase if you need to work during the stay. They have package prices for marriage bookings. Food served during the occasion for which I visited this place was good. There is always room for improvement in their services. However I would definitely recommend this place if you're expecting an excellent service.

To be honest, I didn't have much expectation about this hotel as I only booked it for a night because I had a flight to catch the next day. But the experience in the hotel has been most welcoming. The staff are polite and accommodating. The room I booked had 2 king beds, very clean and spacious. My family enjoyed our lunch and dinner at the hotel's restaurant which was on the 7th floor. We ordered chicken briyani and egg briyani for lunch and sandwiches, podi dosa and garlic naan for dinner. Everything was delicious. Their dessert, brownie with ice-cream was absolutely delightful. Job well done to the team of Hotel Blossom. I will definitely book this hotel again if I were to be in Trichy again.

Highly recommend this place for short or long stay. Staff courteous, polite, kind, friendly and helpful. Booked directly for 24hrs check in and was given good price. Room service excellent at all hours. My son enjoyed the bed, tv, fridge and indeed the stay!!

Booked rooms for a wedding event. We were not given the promised rooms at the promised time as the previous occupants did not checkout. Hence, we were provided with upgraded rooms for free of cost which was unexpected and nice of them. Enjoyed the stay here. The property is new, opened only in 2018. The rooms are spacious. The amenities are up to date with cctv at several spots, swimming pool, gym, restaurant, bar. In room dining, 24 hours housekeeping available. Car parking is available within premises and for large vehicles like vans, TT, a parking lot is available nearby. Wheelchair friendly entrance available. Price is slightly on higher side but it's worth the price. Recommended for best stay and experience.

Stayed for a day and we were welcomed by the staff in reception, we were treated royally, the credit goes to Mr sridhar reception manager. We ordered food and the room service was swift and the food was excellent. All the staff are cordial and all our requests were fulfilled promptly. Buffet breakfast spread was very good and all the dishes were excellent. Overall the the stay was memorable ,thanks to the GM Mr Saravanan for taking care of all the guests personally 😀

Just try everything else in that city and if you find all sold out you can attempt this. Else don't venture. In-room dining is the worst I've seen on this planet in my personal experience. Staff are crazy they will knock door. Push you aside. Keep the food on table and take the tray and runaway. They are just pathetic to simply put it in one word!! Stay was very comfortable. Bit expensive at Rs.7000/night. Breakfast has a good spread but lunch menu was very ordinary. Parking is also adequate. But overall, the hotel is managed by very decent staff.

Everything was perfect in this stay. Staffs r really good and welcoming. Breakfast was nice too. Rooms r well maintained. Such clean rooms and bathroom. Perfect if you're looking for or expecting a decent nice stay. They also have a pool at the 7th floor with a restaurant space beside. That's really cool as well. Car parking space also available.
