It's just disgusting!!!! The beds sheets had hair, bcz they don't have changed after customers. We have to say to change. The floor is super dirty, but the wc omg just horrible. When they came to change they put the new bed sheets on the floor end step on it. And we say if they can change the pillow, they asked us to adjust for one day. I have put 0 star

We stayed on 26 and 27 Aug. Room 310 on day 1 where AC was not working. Changed to 303 on Day2.Toilet flush and wash basin were not working. Inspite of complaint they did not attend. No service mind. Did not bother when I talked to them I don't recommend this hotel for any family for stay. One towel only they provide 7nspute of informing them Don't change towel

Rooms are good and clean, but rent is little high for the ambience of stay. Parking is limited as underground parking is on construction now. You cannot stay 3 ppl in a room as beds are fixed appart.

Rooms are well maintained but the building is an old one. Easy access to the railway station and central bus stand. Rent is just ok. Charging 1500 per day

The chendhoor residency, located at opposite of Railway station Trichy.. along with restaurant, rooms are very neat and clean, service providing is very polite..and also quite calm environment..

Had the worst experience here while staying. Booked this hotel only because of it's location that was just opposite to the railway station entrance. Rooms looked clean on 1st entry. But the bathrooms were very dirty and not cleaned. To make it worse the toilet flush was not working. The phone provided to call the reception was out of order. Even after going downstairs to report this issue,they didn't arrange for any replacement of room or rectification of this issue. The AC remote was not provided at first and when they brought it it was found that AC was also not working. The solution provided for that was giving refund of around 300rs for a room which costed around 2240 Rs. If you have no other options only opt for this hotel. Don't ruin your travel experience choosing this one

I just went to enquire about the tariff in person. They immediately asked who is going to stay with you? They replied that they do not give rooms to couples. The way they replied is very rude. They don't know how to politely handle customers. The first question asked by me is what's the tariff. I got the answer at last after so many questions that too again I asked my first question. Finally I got my answer and left the hotel. This is not the way of running a business. Listen to the customer, understand what they want. I just want to know the tariff for a comparison not to book a room.

This hotel is economical and very clean and staff is very polite. It is just opposite Trichy Railway Station. All decent food restaurants are close by. Very convenient and comfortable stay.

I just had one day stay last month ... Very good, safe place .. Premium rooms. Family can surely opt for the service which is opp to railway station.

Worst Rooms. Water was not draining in bathroom. Inspite of complaing 5 times person did not respond. Hot water was not coming in bathrooms. Please do not stay here.

Pros - It is quite big and has lot of rooms - Rooms will be most probably available because many might not choose this hotel 🏨. I was able to get a hotel room here when everywhere else was completely booked or early morning check-in was not possible as it was booked for the previous day - Rooms are big enough - It has Lift 🛗. Neat and clean Lift. Seems like a new 🆕 Lift. Helpful for peoplewho can't climb the stairs - AC ❄️ in my room worked - TV 📺 in my room worked. I didn't watch it though. Just noticed that local channels were coming when it switched on on it's own - My room has a big mirror - My room has a big almirah with shelves Cons - Bed sheets and pillow covers had some old stains. Understandable given it's all white. I think it's all old and has just been washed but some of stains remain - The toilet 🚽 is old and not very good looking - since it's old, it has dirt all over on the outside of the toilet 🚽 bowl and the flush tank - The wash basin tap's top 🚰 was coming out, but there were no plumbing issues in wash basin tap like water leaking etc. Just that the top came off 😅. Gotta be careful and just turn the tap side ways. Pull it up by mistake, you can put it back quickly and easily by just placing it on top of the tap - It's an old building 🏢 (infrastructure) - AC is old - Almost everything is old

Worst service provider. No lights in the toilet. Flush doesn't work. Asked for room change which they accepted. But even that room is worst than my previous room. No proper service or maintenance available.

Awesome experience ! Adorable price big rooms and great wooden theme! Clean and well managed hotel! Just 170m from railway station ! Ac / tv / heater / complimentary breakfast ! All good must visit restaurant with bar ! Staffs are too friendly

Stayed for a day. Pleasant staff. Good conversation during check-in. Smiled and big goodbye during checkout. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Well maintained, overall. Worth the money. Walkable from the Trichy Junction railway station - Their biggest plus!
