Worst services ever,rude customer service,receptionist name Francis was very rude.we booked 2 rooms for 2 days through phone call with the lady receptionist,later when we reach the lodge the rude receptionist Francis sold our room to his friend and using bad words,like a drunk person (scolding customer with bad word)with the customer.very rude useless worker ,my best advice for the owner is to fire Francis,I will surelysuggest my family and friends not to book this lodge.

Worst response from the front office guy I have booked a day back for two rooms they said ok I have booked but when reaching there with all my family they said we can provide only one room and keep on mocking us go and tell anybody else even to police 🚨 this same has been done to the other reviewer please go through and book if you need this kind of guys

Filthy rooms, surly reception, price gouging on airport 'cab'. Worst experience, stay away from this place

The location is near the airport,and I came for an interview but the cost is very very high. The rooms are well maintained .. it's not worth the money. U ill get more good hotels for this cost.

They have given me dusted towel. If we ask them to replace they will kindly replace it. Service was good on asking it. It should be in proper way.

A nice place to stay, the rooms are too small comapred to the cost of the hotel.

I had booked this hotel for my parents, the front desk guy behaved like rowdy when they requested for HOT Water. Being elder they don't have any other option to look out for another hotel and checked out early in the morning. The guy in the front desk is not suitable for this job and management should take necessary action to save the hotel business.
