one of the worst hotel service I have ever seen.Waiters want to know their limit and do their job.

The room is average for the price charged. The location is good. But need improvement in the room service & room space. Cons : 1. Very small bed that can accommodate only 2 adults with one child. If you have another child, then this is not suitable. 2. Heavy noise of vehicles from outside can be heard from room. Sometimes intolerable 3. No RO system in the hotel. You need to take care of drinking water if you feel thirsty at night. 4. Room service is poor. Room service is unavailable when I requested for tea/coffee in the morning.

Super rooms. Near to Chatram Bus stand. Rooms floors are granite. Unfortunately granite will be spoilt, if we use acid or chemical floor cleaner. Hence some black patches appeared. Reception is very kind and helpful.

Please don't choose this hotel very worst experience we had , there is no complementry foods , and no proper room service they dint even provide check in kit, after 10times request they provided recevied only one kit for 4 people and for food orders have to pay instantly there is no policy like checkout paying this is literally annoying experience , even extra blankets are not providing, reception people so rude ..we had very worst experience.

Budget wise ok this hotel Room clean. Location too good. Truly a 5 star experience. I had the most comfortable and pleasant stay in this elegant and well designed botique hotel. Courteous staff at the reception, room service and parking. Special thanks to Front office who runs an extra mile to delight his customers. He ensured my stay is in this hotel be a lasting experience. I have not seen him saying 'No' but says 'will try'...which makes it a personal attention to a situation. Super energetic.👍 No complaints about room category offered and the services provided. The rooms were excellent and sparkle cleanliness in bathrooms. Super cozy beds to push your lethargy aside. Lovely hotel in all aspects. Also to mention - every staff in restaurant wear a 'Smile' always serving customers. Good to see this.😊 The restaurant is classy having a contemporary touch. Wonderful spread of Indian and Global breakfast cuisine. Stay once in this hotel and Iam sure you will definitely echo my feedback. Lastly ..A truly business class hotel you can think of ...be it for personal, business or a stay with your family. I definitely recommend.

Decent rooms located near the bus stand . We were checking for rooms nearby as our booking got cancelled. We got room here in the late night . Service would have been better.

Decent Hotel just next to Chatram busstand. Outside parking only max 3-4 cars can be parked. Rooms are neat and clean but bit costlier compared to other hotels. Reducing the rating only for very poor service. Lift was not working and AC remote were missing 😹 They have mentioned No smoking but drinking and smoking happening inside the rooms and hotel authorities are aware 🤷 Price ranges between 1800 to 2800 for 3 sharing Non AC and AC accordingly in 2023.

1. I checked the room before booking and requested the staff for a better clean room since the toilet is dirty and he offer another one. Toilets in the room still need better maintenance and cleanliness. 2. Standard size room with furniture. 3. Quiet clean and has a coach as well. 4. Hot water available all the time. 5. Toiletries and water bottle provided. 6. Has restaurants next to the hotel or in the same row. 7. Location is very noisy because of Chatiram bus stand. 8. Staffs are polite. 9. The price is little high but they provide 24hrs check in/out. Please do some maintenance to ensure cleanliness.

Water heater not worked in Room. When we complained about the issue they have not done immediate effect. after waited an hour we bathed in cooling water. We have wasted time about 1 hour and unable plan our trip on timely.

Best budget hotel located near the bus terminus. From here, it was quite convenient to explore the city.

Good hotel to stay near Chatiram bus stand Trichy. Rates are reasonable however hotel is located near main road one may face disturbance of vehicle load horns.

Stayed here on 21st December 22 as i couldn't find a stay near Srirangam. It was neat and clean. Decent price compared with the nearby places.

Simply 3rd rate. Rooms , location Good but no room service, no hot water for bath. Checkin if you are ready for cold water baths. Plus if you are in a rear facing room then be ready for Christian prayers at 5 am. Plus loud hourly announcement of the time.

The room has located prime location Chatiram bus stand, room looks pretty good. Buth the service was horrible December month early morning 4am we taken bath in cold water, hot water not available when we asked the recipenisit she replied irresponsible and showing her attitude to customer. While check in confirm that hot water will get or not. One more near by watch tower you will get alarm every hour once, even at 3am

It's a OK hotel to stay a day max. Not much worth the money paid. Hot water was not coming in the bathroom, we had small children with us and it was very difficult in the morning without hot water in the bathroom. The service person mentioned to keep the tap open for a long time but it doesn't help.

Booked AC room not working, hot water not working, no breakfast complementary but charged 1800 room, no dress ironing.

Stayed in the room for one night where the stay was pathetic since there were lot of bed bugs and the AC didn't get cooled properly which didn't allow us to sleep. On top of this the bed had springs which had projection outside and got hurt.

The staff behaviour was arrogant and quite unfriendly. When I checked in with my wife late in the night, the behaviour was unacceptable. It was quite uncivilized. Do not stay here. We travel very often but never such an unethical behaviour.

A decent hotel in a prime location. Clean rooms and veg and non veg options in the same building. They have an attached bar and a mini conference room as well.

It is a budget friendly hotel. But they are asking to pay additional amount for security deposit (Which I have never seen in any hotel)

Hotel is situated near the bus stop (walkable dist), rooms are neat and clean .. price wise it is affordable .. we have multiple restaurants in the surroundings for both veg and non veg . Only issue what we had was with hot water facility in the hotel no geysers in bathroom...

It was very reasonable for the price, not perfect but reasonable for a short stay, basic amenities worked well
