Worst ever I’ve experienced so far at this hotel.. Caution - Outsiders(Non Trichy Travellers) better stay away from this hotel irrespective of your booking via OYO or direct. The font office staff was very arrogant and behaved cheaply. They easily cancelled my OYO booking saying the rooms are not available and demands 1000 extra rupees for the same rooms. When I questioned them, he was shouting me to leave as there are lot of bookings waiting in queue. Knowing the situation of the outsiders and looting their money as much as they can. Not much support from OYO as well, The alternate hotel given from your side was also full but they answered and behaved well. I had to look out for other rooms with my family at late nite 11PM. There was some luck for me on that day that I got a room finally otherwise I wouldn't imagine the situation 😣 I would have paid the extra amount that they asked and many would've done that on that situation earlier as well I believe, But it will encourage them to continue the same, That is the reason I'm publishing here for precaution of other visitors.

Worst rooms washrooms are so dirty. The bed sheet has fungus in it and also smells so bad. The room is so disgusting Also the poster outside says 999rs and inside the money changes. The room doesn’t even worth 500rs. This place is cleaned least after building it.

Last month I went to the reception and enquired about the tariff since I had to stay for almost a month in trichy.. The person at reception gave the tariff card and appraised me the tariff. I felt that he is quoting the room tariff at higher side, so I told him that the rates while booking online is far cheaper. He immediately got annoyed and pulled the tariff card from me and started shouting "when you have seen the rates online why are you coming to the hotel to ask the tariff". He was so rude to me that I felt that if I stay there I will be inviting problems from the staff. So I dropped the idea. The management should post better staff if they are really interested in continuing the business.

Horrible rooms and a terrible stay we’ve experienced in Trichy. Awfully dirty and utmost uncomfortable. The rooms in this property are a big blow to OYO. Very poor maintenance. No drinking water is provided. The rooms stink of cigarette smoke. No towels. No coat stand. No iron table. No remote for the A/C. Parking facility will score a zero. I’ve rated 1 star - not out of 5 stars, but, out of pity.

Very poor maintenance.. unable to sleep at all due to tons and tons of mosquitos.. my very very strong advice is that you just avoid this hotel no matter what..

Average hotel but clean rooms for normal price. Great location. Parking is a problem as they have very limited basement parking. Most of the cars are parked outside in main road. Location is excellent and convenient. Good for a quick night stay. Cigarette smell was there in room but not going away due to ventilation issues

Wow! Hotel accommodations were outstanding! When we stepped out of our vehicle- we were met by the friendliest men who warmly welcomed us. They took care of our vehicle and our luggage- as well as showed us up to our rooms- and made sure we had everything we needed. A guy was especially helpful, kind and most accommodating. He helped us with late check out and made it possible for us to extend our adventures for the day! Beautiful hotel and the friendliest staff!! We will definitely return!

This is on the Highway side. Access is very easy. Reasonable rate for stay.

I’ve traveled quite extensively and stayed in some beautiful properties but this one holds a special spot in my memory. Rooms are spacious and rich with all of the amenities you could ask for. But what makes this hotel special is the EXEMPLARY service.

My wife and I travelled to the IBRAS Residency for a mini baby moon in August. Everything at this hotel is top notch, and every employee we encountered went out of their way to make sure we (she specifically) felt complete comfort during our stay. We were upgraded to a river view suite free of charge. Thank you IBRAS Residency for a great baby moon!!

Everything about this hotel was on point. Housekeeping kept the room exceptionally clean every day of our five day stay. The doormen were always friendly and welcoming. Most of all, we were grateful to guy at the front desk for his assistance and openness with anything we needed during the stay.

The hotel was amazing. The restaurant was INCREDIBLE! One of the best meals we have ever had. The staff was very eager to help. The room was very comfortable. The views are fantastic and we will definitely stay there again when we go to Tiruchirappalli.

This is a very clean hotel. Very nice staff. We will return for another stay at the IBRAS Residency. All areas were clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet was really nice but no bacon. We did not get to try ice cream but we will at next stay. It was very popular.

IBRAS Residency . The service levels are out of the top draw. The lobby being on the second floor gives it an odd feel. However, once you get there the lobby is splendid. The check in staff are excellent and you get the impression nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are sumptuous too. For those looking for a bit of luxury this is for you.
