Don't go to this hotel as it's no way worth, the lift is not working, the rooms are dirty and dusty, the bathroom does not have latches, unclean toilets, the room service is the worst, they show faces if you ask help, moreover they keep changing the tariff as they like and later fight with customers. Very money Orient and poor customer service.

Worst experience, the room size is too small. There was no space even for our luggages. We where not even provided with towels, when asked the hotel staff told the towel has gone for laundry and we could not provide any. This could be tolerated, but the worst part was the toilet. The European closet had a leak and everything leaked, it was so gross and disgusting. We where a group of 3 and we had no choice to leave the hotel as it was already late night. In the morning we had to leave the hotel without even completing morning chores as the washroom was disgusting. This has been a horrific experience and it was a total waste of money. Please stay away from the hotel. Also asked the hotel staff to change the rooms and they informed it's not a big deal as it was just the washroom. Pathetic service.

Decent stay, quiet place amidst all major tourist sites. Service is to be improved on keeping bed sheets, blanket and towels.

They need to Sanitize the Rooms periodically to prevent. We found Bed Bugs in the room. Service very good.

Good Location ✅ for shopping and but not close for❌ railway station(5kms) Amenities are not great but average for value ✅for money 💰 Toilets kept clean but not the room and the accessories placed like bed sheets and pillow cover during pandemic (Dirty Bucket and mug) No Tissues Coffee and tea 🍵 food ❌ not available but served from outside. No parking ❌ place

We are from Malaysia and we took 1 day room for stay. The toilet must be little more clean and the room service is good . The location also very convincing.

Nice hotel, but triple delux room didn't had much space and very small cupboards for keeping Clothes. Excellent room service.

It is a decent residency...there is no big difference for normal room and ac room..So if you visit that place just go with a Ac room is much better..amount is little bit extra then we expect
